I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. In last 1 week everyday of the week the WiFi stops working and only gets reconnected after raising service request. Previously it used to happen once or twice in 2 months . Tired of this company now.
