    @JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

    @JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

    @JioCare it's been three days since my jio fibre has lost its connection. Every service engineer is coming and not taking any actions. It's very frustrating to me. Some times thought of to change the network. It's been happening frequently. Kindly take the necessary action.

    @D_Sumit5 @jio_fiber very true, all they have in their app, is silly marketing promotions, @reliancejio Your My Jio app is the most useless app ever. Put a way to raise issues there and if possible Live Chat option. I don't wanna see Jio Mart offers there, when my broadband is down.
