    @JioCare paid jiofiber on 2nd Oct,installation done on 4/10, but still Internet connection not activated, several follow up with sales & engineer team, nothing happened, customer service number not working, live chat not connecting, no proper reply for email, worst ever service.

    @JioCare How long did I have to wait for resolving the service request w.e.f 08.08.2022, The pickup representative of @JioFiberChennai who picked my device from home was updated misrepresented, it is ur fault one month old device and running good till 30.07.2022,

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @_MukeshAmbani It’s very painful to see a simple query is not resolved for >1 wk & ur team doesn’t take an effort to clarify too. Best is u have a toll free but no agents speaks other than bot If this continues u may lose ur customers -unlucky jio customer

    @JioCare Out of 6, 3 days internet not working in this billing cycle. Really uncomfortable with jio fiber. Lets think about during work from home, without internet how can i manage.

    Moved to @JioCare from @Airtel_Presence. Reason: Airtel does not support prepaid esim in smart watches. Was an Airtel patron for more than a decade.

    @JioCare I am facing issue in my router from the past 5 days from the time of installation. I am getting only 10-20 Mbps speed on 2.4 GHz. Band. Two time service request raised but no resolution. 8248363580. Please change router.

    Jio Fiber is down since 4 PM yesterday (SR00001B7TSC) and frequent disconnection minimum 5 times a week. Jio Fiber is becoming unreliable internet connection in our area. No proper solution. Check on this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio network is worst network of the year in 2021 my mobile number is 8667680360 my recharge is 599 totally waste of money .I request for change network jio from AIRTEL AIRTEL is good compared to reliance jio (But I was 5 years of jio customer)

    @Airtel_Presence with @reliancejio offering bundled internet service I am in a terrible dilemma whether to switch my 40mbps connection over to Jio. It quite a rage these days in apartment complexes. Not sure if Xtreme is comparable..

    @JioCare @JioCare if you cannot solve this issue, say it transparently, I'll choose to go with other networks who looks super reliable. They are all up and running super fast. My network bar is just 2 pts, Internet speed is 30 to 60 KBPS.

    @JioCare My Fiber connection was cancelled and devices were collected in May 2026 by your team. I was waiting for refund, but your team started calling me to pay bill for June 2026!!! Despite telling them many times they can’t update the records. What is the issue with your CRM.
