    @JioCare +914479691511 Got connection on 2/10/2020 , still not activated, after several follow up with sales team & engineer team, still now query is not resolved, i am really fed up with the service in initial stage itself, think i need to cancel the connection & get the refund

    @JioCare paid jiofiber on 2nd Oct,installation done on 4/10, but still Internet connection not activated, several follow up with sales & engineer team, nothing happened, customer service number not working, live chat not connecting, no proper reply for email, worst ever service.

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any easy way to connect to your customer care, everywhere I go, it is automated voice and could not get the details I want. Today #myjio app showing that I used 8 GB data in just 3 hours time. Now I'm running out of data.

    @JioCare jiofiber internet was not working since last 2 days. Already raised a complaint regarding this and appointment fixed at my premises by yesterday 2-4pm,but no show,again i called your CC, they are telling person will come on 27th oct?? Seriously? 20 days? Even in chennai?

    @JioCare I recharged for Rs.251 pack instead of Rs.249. Can you please help me in updating the pack. Rs.251 seems to be a data pack where I'm already in a 3GB/day data pack and I don't need further data packs.

    @JioCare JIO Fiber +91-4435601545. Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

    @reliancejio jio fibre network is down for the past 3.5 hrs in chennai Iyyapanthangal area, 600056. and no action from jio network on this. Remember that many are working from home and this is jeopardising our office works. #jiodown.

    @Airtel_Presence u dont provide true unlimited calls... i made call to this number 18602102484 and my total balance got dedcuted. @reliancejio never charged the above number. @Airtel_Presence fraud service.

    This must sound like music for @reliancejio. There has been a huge decline in customer service quality at @amazonIN over the last 3 months. Initially thought it was due to festival overload. But it looks like it is more than that.

    I'll recommend everyone to avoid installing Jio WiFi, Their service is extremely poor, and they never connect you directly to a service executive or agent—they always redirect you to their IVR bot. My WiFi has not been working for more than 3 days. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Still stuck with <10 Mbps despite multiple complaints. Ticket SR00002KKP0I reopened, now “on hold” with no action. This is unacceptable service and false promises. How long does a basic fix take? Escalating this. @TRAI please intervene. @JioCare

    @JioCare Useless customer care service. I have never experienced such a rubbish customer care. Plz see the reference & do the needful. Dear Customer, Service request no SR000034A52J has been raised. From 15 days I am calling for resolution but no one is here to care about.

    @JioCare My Internet bill is surprisingly came more than every month. I tried to connect to customer care and it’s been over 15 mins waiting to speak to one person who can answer my question?? But all I get is music…such a pathetic service…they will not wait one day if you delay payment, but when coming to service it’s worse than the worst…

    @JioCare is one of the most incompetent customer service out there. I raised a service request a month back, which was supposed to be completed by April 6. And @JioCare is still asking me to wait more.
