Jio 4G india's slowest 4G network 652MB video download took 24hrs worst experience with jio 4g. i already complained in jio customer care. Bsnl 3g better than jio 4g. @reliancejio @JioCare

Im getting worst internet speed @reliancejio @JioCare at my location, especially after evening 6pm and above i couldnt even send a msgs in whatsapp.During day time its ok the network speed is average.kindly fix the issue ASAP.

@JioCare But you guys never treating us part. Last complaint was raised months ago but closed with known issue and took 3 month to resolve. Now it's 5month. Nothing going good...worst at the best now...

It took @reliancejio a few days, but I must say they demonstrated excellent customer support and satisfaction. Kept me informed, involved folks from Apple, and fixed this weird issue where iMessage and FaceTime stopped working for me after coming back to India from a trip.

@JioCare @reliancejio Today I went to jio store in chennai, mmda arumbakkam branch to change the mobile portability from airtel to jio, Jio store executive behaves very rudely , they won't give information and I got a very bad experience. He speaks very hardly with rowdy manner

@JioCare Well nothing happened in between and no one cares to contact us for any resolution. The installation has been done without any connection available. This was beyond any limitations of professionalism. Now if I cancel my connection you will deduct amount from my security deposit.

@reliancejio Now-a-days,Jio provides very low amount of Internet Data plus other services Compared to VI(vodafone+idea) network. Example: In 449 rupees VI provides 4GB/day for 56 days means 224 GB data+ data rollover +binge service whereas in 444 rupees Jio provides only 2 GB/Day for 56 days.

@reliancejio The reason behind continuous weak signal at Hojai, Assam for last two days is not known. The CC Extv gives the memorized the computerized sentence. So irritating as everything is spinning (busy) except making calls. Pls solve the problem ASAP.

@JioCare It's not done yet and after multiple follow up it seems no one is coming for installation. If this is the case cancel my booking and refund now. @JioCare If I can pay at the time of booking then it should get refunded right away in case of non availability of service.
