@JioCare You know if feels like cheating. The sales guy when he sold the connection said Rs 2500 is refundable deposit, I take it as it is. Now when I cancel, I get all kinds of explanation. Installation charges and security deposit. Very disappointed.

@JioCare @JioCare if you cannot solve this issue, say it transparently, I'll choose to go with other networks who looks super reliable. They are all up and running super fast. My network bar is just 2 pts, Internet speed is 30 to 60 KBPS.

I am using jio sim from a long time but from few month i am suffering a lot due to data usage issue. I currently have 1.5gb/day pack nd at midnight only i get msg of 50% usage then aftr half hour 90% and then 100%.. i don’t even use my phone data all night @reliancejio @JioCare

I canceled the Jio Fiber connection before installation. Never been happier! Atleast, now I don't have to follow up regularly with @JioCare regarding installation. Paid the deposit on 6th March and the installation date kept on postponing.@reliancejio 🙌 @reliancegroup
