    @JioCare 2 days since i raised service ticket for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come y'day. It's going to be end of the day on day 2 but no sign. Will you guys keep connection on if I delay the payment by a day? Will you compensate for service deficiency?

    @JioCare Raised a complaint yesterday for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come between 11 and 12 noon. But no one called. No one has come.

    due to pathetic 4G speed of @airtelindia, going to port out to @reliancejio. @Airtel_Presence used to be the best network but now the network quality is pathetic, especially the data speed literally sucks and tests ur patience,in 2004 used to get better internet speed in #Airtel

    This must sound like music for @reliancejio. There has been a huge decline in customer service quality at @amazonIN over the last 3 months. Initially thought it was due to festival overload. But it looks like it is more than that.

    @JioCare @JioCare Thank you for your effort, Process of refund was initiated on 25, Nov. But the amount is yet to be credited to the source account. Service Request number SR00001F7WQI regarding an incorrect recharge. Kindly look into the matter on priority basis.
