@JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

@JioCare 2 days since i raised service ticket for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come y'day. It's going to be end of the day on day 2 but no sign. Will you guys keep connection on if I delay the payment by a day? Will you compensate for service deficiency?

due to pathetic 4G speed of @airtelindia, going to port out to @reliancejio. @Airtel_Presence used to be the best network but now the network quality is pathetic, especially the data speed literally sucks and tests ur patience,in 2004 used to get better internet speed in #Airtel

@JioCare That many a people in my area r could be simultaneously using Jio net should not be a valid reason for slow net and occasional no net to me particularly when I require .This means Jio requires 2 use mre powerful instrument in my area to cater seamless services .

@reliancejio @JioCare Please come out with voice only plan, as your data plan is useless. As we have to take other broadband service (wifi) for basic mobile use. Jiocare says your data is slow because more people are using. Do you want people to pay for data but don't use???

@reliancejio I'm a senior citizen (76). As I had problem with Voda connection, I got it ported to Jio. Your representative gave me Sim at home % promised to help insert Sim as I don't know. Despite many calls, he is not responding. Pl help. I can give contact number in private.
