    @reliancejio @JioCare I was promised that a service rep would come home and collect the device 2 days back, with your customer care exec providing confirmation. nobody's turned up yet. My issue is now open for 20+ days now #jiomarketing

    @JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

    @JioCare my jio fiber no is 4479624957, my registered mobile no 8072628448. Jiofiber not working since 8/2/2021. Made complaints and jioteam closed my complaints without attending it. I requst that donot charge me for the period during which the connction is not working.

    @JioCare I recharged through Amazon Pay and twice your app said the payment failed and then shortly afterwards I get a message that my account has been recharged. Twice the money has been debited.n please help.

    @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

    @reliancejio Jio network is worst network of the year in 2021 my mobile number is 8667680360 my recharge is 599 totally waste of money .I request for change network jio from AIRTEL AIRTEL is good compared to reliance jio (But I was 5 years of jio customer)

    @Gaurav03191289 @reliancejio @airtelindia Now I regret having done advanced recharge for my jio prepaid connection. All money wasted. Extremely poor unstable internet connection in the name of 4G network. Even at night time around 2 am their network is slow

    @JioCare Don't bother! your Engineer visited the site today, said some optimization is done, god know what! the network bars remain 1 to 2, internet speed remains the same. Just hoping till the Airtel tower is activated, there wont be any downtimes for 8 hours straight! Porting all #'s

    @JioCare But Sir at least improve the network to usable standards. All the money I've spent on advance recharge is being wasted like this. If there is no improvement in network I will not recharge any further and move to Vi @ViCustomerCare
