@JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

due to pathetic 4G speed of @airtelindia, going to port out to @reliancejio. @Airtel_Presence used to be the best network but now the network quality is pathetic, especially the data speed literally sucks and tests ur patience,in 2004 used to get better internet speed in #Airtel

@SandhuKamaldeep @JioCare I got jio fiber and paid 4500/- security. When we shifted state , we requested for transfer of connection. Jio refused., we asked for pick up from new state. Jio refused. So we paid security deposit and got new jio connection. Enjoy good service. Forget refunds.

@reliancejio Today I made 2 calls for the issue. First customer care executive hung up the call without resolving the issue. Second customer care executive named Nisha Biswas said that if we recharge the plan prior to the expiry date our new plan will be activated from that date.
