In this 4 months these people asked 10 times to give some time . But they dont even look after the issue . Myself begging to these guys for my money and they dont even care . Its an pure scam .

I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.
