    @JioCare This is what ur person said few hours back & been telling since 6 days. Within today it will be restored and complaint is escalated to higher authorities but all false promises. Bad service from such a reputed organisation.

    @JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

    Sir/ madam i haven't received my refund for jiofiber . It has been more than 3 months . If i got get my refund in 1 one day i have to complaint in consumer support . Worst experience in jio . How many mails how many calls . This is not a joke .@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiber

    @JioCare I got this strange text message. With reference to Service Request Number SR00001BCO8V, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +914479697446 is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.

    I recently ported my wife mobile number from Vi to @reliancejio. Not at all happy about the network coverage. Forget about 4g 5g, there is no signal at Kolapakkam and in particular her school where thousands of teachers use cell phone. We are planning to move out of @reliancejio

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @JioCare 2 days since i raised service ticket for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come y'day. It's going to be end of the day on day 2 but no sign. Will you guys keep connection on if I delay the payment by a day? Will you compensate for service deficiency?

    @JioCare if there is a issue with the jio pole, your service engineer said that I need to raise relocation request so that they change my network connection to another pole within the street. Pls confirm whether do I need to raise a relocation request

    When spoke to amazon prime customer care, they clearly stated the plan was effective from 1st Dec 2021 to 1st Dec 2022 which completes 12 month/ one year subscription. Why @JioCare @JioFiberChennai is cheating customers continusoly in the name of benefits? #JioFiber #Jio

    @JioCare these days we are not able to communicate via your network. Even with wifi calling feature there is a lot of frequent disconnections. Even in prime business areas

    @JioCare Inspite of not using our airfibre data large amount of data has disappeared and our monthly limit exhausted,, it shows 315 GB used on 6 July 26 which is not possible to use this much data with 1 tv and 3 mobiles.please connect to customer care representive

    Extremely worst and pathetic company name is Jio For last 3 days We are facing internet issues, still the issue hasn't been resolved. We cannot connect to customer care also, they have this AI based system due to which there is no one to hear our problems. @JioCare @reliancejio
