No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

In this 4 months these people asked 10 times to give some time . But they dont even look after the issue . Myself begging to these guys for my money and they dont even care . Its an pure scam .

I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

System is so inefficient that eSiM has not been activated till now. Jio Care does not seem to be caring for its customer.

The MyJio app doesn't even show the name of the technician. It keeps showing "Assigning Engineer". Your service has been pathetic in the last few months.

Plan is 150mbps forget 100 it's staying below 50 sometimes just 10-20mbps only, even youtube is buffering sometimes. Date & Time: all the time.
