    @JioCare Didn't expect such a poor service from your side. Booked for Fiber connection and waiting for more than 4days for installation. Installation rescheduled daily and no response from engineer. Is this the way to function?

    @JioCare Hi all. Thanks for twitter support provided. I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I hope this is not repeated in Future.

    @JioCare @reliancejio please help i purchased new sim of jio. It belonged to someoneels before me. I am getting daily calls asking for old owner of this number Please change my number ,i don't wan to purchase new sim.

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

    @JioCare I would like to disconnect my jio fiber connection as I'm shifting my home.. but I couldn't contact the jio staff. When I googled, it says to call 1800 893 3399 but when I called them, he said to call 1800 896 9999 since they don't cancel the orders+

    @JioCare it's been three days since my jio fibre has lost its connection. Every service engineer is coming and not taking any actions. It's very frustrating to me. Some times thought of to change the network. It's been happening frequently. Kindly take the necessary action.

    @JioCare i have raised request for my Airtel SIM MNP and i received a call from Jio representative. He asked me the Service request OTP number before sim delivery. Sim not delivered yet and he has closed the request.
