    @JioCare paid jiofiber on 2nd Oct,installation done on 4/10, but still Internet connection not activated, several follow up with sales & engineer team, nothing happened, customer service number not working, live chat not connecting, no proper reply for email, worst ever service.

    @JioCare Issue resolved. But, again my internet is not working since yesterday morning SR000012FMG3. Kindly fix the issue permanently or guide me how to cancel my jiofiber connection. Such a waste of money and getting frustrated during work from home timings.

    @JioCare Out of 6, 3 days internet not working in this billing cycle. Really uncomfortable with jio fiber. Lets think about during work from home, without internet how can i manage.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely unprofessional team. Incapable of providing basic internet services. No wonder they have fallen way behind in competition to @reliancejio. Other network providers are ready to offer better services in 2 hrs and they are still asleep.

    @JioCare Very poor service and support from JIO. They took 2500 Rs from me. I will never ever go to Jio again and push others not to go for Jio. ACT customer service much better than Jio

    @JioCare I took new Jio Fiber connection last week and it did work only till yesterday.Since yesterday evening It is not working. We have been Continuously calling customer care to resolve the issue but no response yet. Planning to close the connection and hope I will get money

    @JioCare jiofiber internet is not working since last 2 days. Already raised a complaint regarding this and appointment fixed at my premises by yesterday 2-4pm,but no show,again i called your CC, they are telling person will come on 27th oct?? Seriously? 20 days? Even in chennai?

    @Airtel_Presence with @reliancejio offering bundled internet service I am in a terrible dilemma whether to switch my 40mbps connection over to Jio. It quite a rage these days in apartment complexes. Not sure if Xtreme is comparable..

    @reliancejio @JioCare (1/2) From last 30 days Jio has been very slow in our area. We can't browse , stream apps and videos due to poor net connectivity. Especially in Night time Jio becomes too harsh. Kindly improve network Strength and frequency in our area .

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio - Strictly initiating Jio Fiber cancellation. I got the connection on Dec 2021 and this a first outage I am facing. No updates, no technician visit. I am calling customer support right not and initiating cancellation. Thanks and goodbye!!
