@JioCare You know if feels like cheating. The sales guy when he sold the connection said Rs 2500 is refundable deposit, I take it as it is. Now when I cancel, I get all kinds of explanation. Installation charges and security deposit. Very disappointed.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have put up multiple complaints since August 2020 regarding my connection installation and wiring fault made by Jio engineers, but there has been no resolution. The engineers talk in abusive and harnessing manner.
