    It's getting close to 3 months and no action only give us time give us opportunity it's high time I got to move this as case in consumer court for justice @DoT_India @reliancejio @GoI_MeitY one simple refund issue man @HathwayBrdband @airtelindia you refunded rs 2 through cheque

    @reliancejio 2nd issue jiopos only run on jio connectivity .So if my sales 3000 pm I earn 90 rs monthly and I do 149 rc for that connectivity .Why when airtel given 1 gb and free calls to retailer no need to sales jio from jiopos it's waist of mny another portal used

    @gopalakrish @dimaagkoshot Yes, can get only 40Mbps max in Velachery...the customer care has told the speed is upto 100Mbps..😦.. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioGigafiber #JioFiber .. I'm getting 90Mbps with @airtelindia ... But I'm waiting for today's announcement..!

    @reliancejio . Our facility in Karur was visited by two executives from Reliance Jio on 8th Aug and they have assured that they will fix new tower in next two weeks on or before 23rd Aug 2019. I will update you accordinhly.

    @ACTFibernet This is very bad, I still don't have a resolution for the outage...I will wait a couple of days and move on to another service provider. The general feedback on your service is poor, wonder if you have given up due to competition from @JioCare #JioGigaFiber

    @reliancejio keep work on retailer happy they are roots if u not give benefit to retailer it's not good ki like 3000 pm sales and do 5 activection then u get demo plan ..Only 1 gb and jio to jio free ..If I call another network then no demo plan look airtel voda retailer benifit

    @JioCare I have been installed Jio fiber net modem on 2nd sep but till date my activation has not happened... I’m fed up with the worst customer care and they raise tickets and that is not resolved but I receive msg as ticket closed as activated.

    @reliancejio jio not retailer friendly we sales ur product but we need to rc 149 pm same another oprtr giving 1 gb per day and free call any network ur jio give 1st tgt and give 1 gb and jio to jio free t day I am closed my retail jiooutlet . I do rc from another rc portal

    @JioCare I not able connect my network using Jio, some times it will connect but some times it's not connected completely, so can you please increase the signal in my location

    @JioCare @reliancejio Have installed your #JioGigafiber in Velachery, #Chennai few days back..the maximum speed received is less than 40Mbps than the committed 100Mbps..and couple of other issues.. kindly rectify.. #CustomerService #CustomerExperience #JioFiber

    @reliancejio We have shifted 180 CUG to JIO. JIO had assured they will put a new tower near our factory Loomtex Exports at Karur,Tamilnadu for better signal. Now after shifting no one is responding from JIO. This is unethical. You can reach me on 9841032132. Milind Mungikar

    @TRAI respected TRAI 🙏 MY JIO NUMBER+918999705225 WAS DISCONNECTED FROM @JioCare .from last 2 months they not providing me support. They keep saying your number going to VI @ViCustomerCare in 7 days.but both of them giving me false hope. My mother need my number..1/2

    @JioCare Subscribed for 01 year jio 5G with 1.5GB data per day, but unable to access internet. At home and at office, coukd access internet through bsnl wifi but without wifi, the internet through jio 5G is very horrible. Pls solve this problem.

    @JioCare @Starlink After 3 months network fluctuating 4g 5g seems fail in "janak singh road" naugachia ,853204. company @reliancejio taken prepaid amount and now feeling cheated. No technical staffs are shorting this problem.

    @JioCare @Verizon @VerizonSupport For visitors from India to LA..don't go for Jio IR.Have been in LA for 12 days without NW. Verizonwireless is not avbl in most part of LA. As I exit LA,I get connected to Verizon Wireless-Jio at the airport finally. No support fm Jio at all

    Worst broadband service ever provider, I have placed a relocation request on 28th May 2025 — still no resolution. This is worse than state run BSNL. Zero support, zero accountability. Think twice before choosing Jio Fiber! @reliancejio @JioCare
