I was in hospital for a scan. Told that person to return the call by evening. No call. Thinking of surrendering jio for this lack of apathy.

The sales guy when he sold the connection said Rs 2500 is refundable deposit, I take it as it is. Now when I cancel, I get all kinds of explanation. Installation charges and security deposit.
