    @JioCare really worst and fraud customer service, we have to fight for everything wth customer team,for router pickup it took 20 days now money back it almost 16 days gone but no response if I called they telling we don't know about this nice customer care service -9884201483

    @JioCare This has been rediculous I would surrender new one move on to @HathwayBrdband I would suggest others too. That's your standard of service so bad. Can't even solve such a simple one @reliancejio @JioFanClub @JioChat @rsprasad @airtelindia service was way better

    @reliancejio We have shifted 180 CUG to JIO. JIO had assured they will put a new tower near our factory Loomtex Exports at Karur,Tamilnadu for better signal. Now after shifting no one is responding from JIO. This is unethical. You can reach me on 9841032132. Milind Mungikar

    @JioCare broadband net not working from morning... I have been trying to call customer care from morning.. Call is on waiting for 35 minutes but couldn't connect to a executive.... App keeps loading not able to complaint in app too... Local executives not responding to calls..

    @JioCare @reliancejio there is no single point of tower in Ramanujam IT park Tharamani Chennai..Always no signal...mainly on Carr building.. everyone facing this issue.. please do necessary action ASAP.. otherwise all are already decided to move another network.

    I used @ACTFibernet and @Airtel_Presence and even @BSNLCorporate but @HathwayBrdband has one of "the" worst response time compared to all others ..@reliancegroup @reliancejio will correct these concerns

    @reliancejio jio not retailer friendly we sales ur product but we need to rc 149 pm same another oprtr giving 1 gb per day and free call any network ur jio give 1st tgt and give 1 gb and jio to jio free t day I am closed my retail jiooutlet . I do rc from another rc portal

    @reliancejio 2nd issue jiopos only run on jio connectivity .So if my sales 3000 pm I earn 90 rs monthly and I do 149 rc for that connectivity .Why when airtel given 1 gb and free calls to retailer no need to sales jio from jiopos it's waist of mny another portal used

    Its been two days i have moved to @reliancejio #JioFiber and already have multiple issues.. Internet doesn’t work in my devices all of sudden. Ipv6 is enabled for no reason. Cant use @The_Pi_Hole with #jiofiber Now when i enquire lot of people are saying about privacy issues

    I am @airtelindia black DAYS plan user and have raised > 50 complaints over call & >10 times escalated here since last 2 mnths reg bills n service Was asked to pay bill twice last mnth & still gtng wrong bills Have some shame! @JioCare please give them customer service trainings

    @JioCare worst service . Last 20 days we are facing network issue. Last week jio person visited and promise to resolve by Wed I.e 20 July 22. Still issue persist.if you r unable to provide. Tell clearly. Poor experience felt.
