@JioCare Hello team, still my problem is not solved. I am quite fed up with the service. Got a call from someone today in the morning. I was in hospital for a scan. Told that person to return the call by evening. No call. Thinking of surrendering jio for this lack of apathy.

@JioCare nvr expected this from jio. I hv been fiber customer since 1+ yr always subscribing999 plan whch comes with prime, hotstar. Whch jio claims that comes free with 999 plan. But the fact is that u hve to pay 1499 extra after one year to continue using prime. Such a scam
