    @JioCare @JioCare if you cannot solve this issue, say it transparently, I'll choose to go with other networks who looks super reliable. They are all up and running super fast. My network bar is just 2 pts, Internet speed is 30 to 60 KBPS.

    @JioCare Hello team, still my problem is not solved. I am quite fed up with the service. Got a call from someone today in the morning. I was in hospital for a scan. Told that person to return the call by evening. No call. Thinking of surrendering jio for this lack of apathy.

    @JioCare Hey, to use your subscription across other devices, you do need to activate it once during every recharge cycle by launching the respective OTT app on your Jio STB connected to your JioFiber network. Please let us know whether you would like to opt for a STB - Yogesh
