    @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

    @reliancejio Jio network is worst network of the year in 2021 my mobile number is 8667680360 my recharge is 599 totally waste of money .I request for change network jio from AIRTEL AIRTEL is good compared to reliance jio (But I was 5 years of jio customer)

    @JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

    @reliancejio No any 4G network yet after many complaints very Careless behaviour from Jio. Since 2017 there is no any network in pin code 853201 All time customer cate said that our team working in your location and after 5 years there is no any network. Shame on Jio

    @JioCare @Singh90Pooja Sir i am also jio user but issue in villages is that The net also does not work well here, there is a lot of problem of speed. And the main issue is tha When there is a light cut here, the tower is turned off, for this also we have completed, still there is no effect.

    @JioCare The problem is, you guys are not even concentrating on the actual problem & trying to console me. Go to the email trails & rectify the actual root cause. If not, just cut the connection & revert back the last 14 days payment.

    @JioCare @birlashashank When shall it be resolved? No one have shown up even after more than 24 hours have passed. After contacting to the customer care, the only answer we get is be patient we are working on this. The worst after sales service.
