    @reliancejio should do a comprehensive audit of the operations of its #IndiraNagar full service center. They are potentially mishandling devices forcing to service thru them. Remedy and repair process suggested sounds bizarre and ridiculous even for the dumbest people. @JioCare

    @JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet was down and it was reported on Mar 25, 8 AM assured it would be fixed in next 24 hrs. After 72 hrs still waiting for fix. We have reported multiple channels but no one care about customer service. Thank you giving such valuable service. #Jio

    @JioCare I purchased a Jio prepaid SIM at Srinagar Airport on 23 Nov 2025. I traveled to Nagpur, Maharashtra in December, and since then the SIM has been showing 0 signal bars and is not connecting to any network. Kindly check if this SIM can be activated or used outside J&K

    @reliancejio I have a jio fiber connection which is showing no internet connectivity since last 5 days. I have raised complaint but no one has visited yet despitei have made severalcalls to the distributer and engineer assigned . This is the worst service experience ever seen.
