    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    @JioCare Pathetic customer service process. I travelled on 8th Dec in Emirates dbx to ny. I took in flight pack but it was not working in Emirates as they discontinued Aero Mobile. Now I have been asking Jio team to credit the pack to my regular pack for past 45 days, no solution
