Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.
