    @JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

    @JioCare Looks like your earliest is still miles away!! No resolution for my issue yet!! It's been 3 days since I lost my internet and no body is bothered to fix the issue!! Namesake service request and eta for resolutions!! Lost complete faith on #JioFiber #worstservice

    Most of the areas in #Chennai have the same problem which is created by @reliancejio First of all they don't get any permission to do this, secondly they create a mess , hindering water supply to trees and breaking of tree branches.. #SaveEnvironment #SaveTrees #SwachhBharat

    4.5gb per day in speed of 3g and sometimes 2g. Everyone live in 2020 but i live in 2010 'cause of ji network. What the hell @JioCare.

    @reliancejio should do a comprehensive audit of the operations of its #IndiraNagar full service center. They are potentially mishandling devices forcing to service thru them. Remedy and repair process suggested sounds bizarre and ridiculous even for the dumbest people. @JioCare

    @reliancejio jio fibre network is down for the past 3.5 hrs in chennai Iyyapanthangal area, 600056. and no action from jio network on this. Remember that many are working from home and this is jeopardising our office works. #jiodown.

    @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio @JioCare Hi I took a new connection on 17th Jul 21 I have been asked to pay 4948 for six months subscription and they assured of one month free (1st Month) But I received a bill of 106 to pay by Dec 31 Your reachability is very poor 9066894294

    @JioCare How long did I have to wait for resolving the service request w.e.f 08.08.2022, The pickup representative of @JioFiberChennai who picked my device from home was updated misrepresented, it is ur fault one month old device and running good till 30.07.2022,

    @JioCare I am facing issue in my router from the past 5 days from the time of installation. I am getting only 10-20 Mbps speed on 2.4 GHz. Band. Two time service request raised but no resolution. 8248363580. Please change router.

    Installation ke time back to back calls, payment ke baad complete silence. 6 din se na installation hua na proper response. Calls tak receive nahi ho rahe. Is this the service quality of #JioAirFiber? @JioCare @reliancejio please resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service. My WiFi has been down for days with ZERO response from support. Your tech installed Jio AirFiber instead of JioFiber, lied that it’d “auto-convert in 2 months” it didn’t. We were also billed 1 month extra. #JioFiber #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare You cs executive was saying this problem solving taken 30 day and this 30 days was very long period I can't wait so long that's why I can prot my sim to another telecom company please I request you to same data pack carry forward to another sim. That sit. I had no time to chit ch

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been more then 2 weeks my wifi services haven't been restored. Yor customer care executive keep on giving assurance of resolving my issue within 48hrs on each call, but still no luck. Am so fed up with yor services. Please look into it & resolved it.

    @JioCare Hi I have jjo fiber. There is perennial problem of frequent internet outage. In addition, the router also frequently disconnects. I emailed jiocare. I get only auto response. Pathetic service.
