    @JioCare When is that earliest?? In this wfh situation all my works are effected due to this downtime. I will have no option other than closing my connection if the issue is not solved before tomorrow's afternoon This is really pathetic service!! It's just 2 months since switched to jio

    @JioCare I am facing issue in my router from the past 5 days from the time of installation. I am getting only 10-20 Mbps speed on 2.4 GHz. Band. Two time service request raised but no resolution. 8248363580. Please change router.

    Worst service from @airtelindia @JioCare both playing a game of port number as per airtel its with jio, while enquiry jio saying it's with airtel @TRAI pls confirm the number belongs to which network holding the sim 8610338009

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @reliancejio data quality in my location is terrible. I get a max speed of 2mbps at night and during day i can barely surf on the internet. My current location is Poonamallee Chennai-600056. Please improve network quality by installing more towers since there are many jio users

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

    @JioCare @reliancejio No service since morning. MP registered sim but I am right now in chennai. I even went to your jio care and purchased a duplicate sim and it has been almost 3 hrs now. None of the two sims are working.

    @Airtel_Presence Your team told there is some network issue at my location after 48 days that too on next day of getting my PORT request it is too annoying Pls grow up your customer satisfactory work or atleast the response. Starting Jio and promoting the same to all around @JioCare JioCare

    @JioCare Jio Mart has started recharge service, Merchant's of Jio Mart can do recharge of Jio customers, Being a merchant I started providing this recharge service to customers. While doing one of the transaction it showed me transaction failed

    @reliancejio strange to note the behaviour of jio engineer. Without visiting, checking and try to resolve issue im being asked to surrenfer the existing connection and take a new connection which includes installation charges. Is this how it works in kolkata? Cud u pls look into

    @JioCare I did the transaction again and second time it showed recharge done successfully but money from my Jio pos wallet deducted twice, I told about the issue to sales person and his head but they are not helping. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare complaint numbers MR000054K9GB MR000054EA72 MR0000Y4I1I6 Upto July 21 everything okay, & now no network, no 4g, can't talk via voice call, poor signal, check what's wrong. Jio fiber wrote letter to society for NOC. but due to some area issues work stopped, many waiting
