    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    @JioCare What are the health issues, used one month new device, did ur representative mentioned at the time of pick-up, it is not done him, ur advertisement for trail version and after pickup ur cheating the public, this is the way ur doing business.

    @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio @JioCare Hi I took a new connection on 17th Jul 21 I have been asked to pay 4948 for six months subscription and they assured of one month free (1st Month) But I received a bill of 106 to pay by Dec 31 Your reachability is very poor 9066894294

    @JioCare Jio number 7827104714. This is also in my name. Location is same as above shared handset iqoo 12. The problem we are facing is very old not new. At a particular room in my house jio works absolutely fine but if we change location jio service is dead.

    @JioCare Thank you very much @JioCare @reliancejio for resolving the issue. I am getting good speed now (on ur speed test app). Bt I am unable 2 stream HD videos, play online games and evn properly access apps like Instagram. Maybe, mother nature's interrupting u guys providing services .

    @JioCare This is the speed of jio internet. From the past 15 to 25 days you are saying the same thing. What is the use of paying for 100 mbps if it doesn't work . If we don't pay the amount will be accepted. It will be disconnected immediately

    After payment, Jio AirFiber service is completely unresponsive — no proper support, delays, and no clarity on refund. This is happening in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and I am personally facing it. @JioCare this is not acceptable. Fix this immediately.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani My JioFi (+91 7662334377) is completely down since Monday more than 7 days now). Raised 5 complaints, promised engineer visit multiple times but no one came Support giving wrong updates daily. Working from home remotely this is affecting my job badly.
