This must sound like music for @reliancejio. There has been a huge decline in customer service quality at @amazonIN over the last 3 months. Initially thought it was due to festival overload. But it looks like it is more than that.

@JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

Hey @reliancejio I am not receiving fine signals in ujjain (bhargava nagar) since three days. The internet connectivity is damn slow. When will it recover?
