    @JioCare How long did I have to wait for resolving the service request w.e.f 08.08.2022, The pickup representative of @JioFiberChennai who picked my device from home was updated misrepresented, it is ur fault one month old device and running good till 30.07.2022,

    @reliancejio jio fibre network is down for the past 3.5 hrs in chennai Iyyapanthangal area, 600056. and no action from jio network on this. Remember that many are working from home and this is jeopardising our office works. #jiodown.

    @JioCare for past 2/3 weeks the network strength has dropped considerably. No new construction or anything has happened near me.

    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @reliancejio should do a comprehensive audit of the operations of its #IndiraNagar full service center. They are potentially mishandling devices forcing to service thru them. Remedy and repair process suggested sounds bizarre and ridiculous even for the dumbest people. @JioCare

    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    @reliancejio data quality in my location is terrible. I get a max speed of 2mbps at night and during day i can barely surf on the internet. My current location is Poonamallee Chennai-600056. Please improve network quality by installing more towers since there are many jio users

    @JioCare @JioCare I am using Jio Fiber WiFi, but it is currently not working. After registering a complaint, I received a message saying that the technician will visit after 3 PM on 30th April. Today is 28th April, so the WiFi will remain unavailable for two days.

    Is this airtel fiber wifi just to waste time? Every month for 2-3 days it just doesn't work and there is no way that you can have any convo with a customer support but a useless piece of chat bot which is on repeat mode. Didn't have this issue with jio.@airtelindia @reliancejio

    Pathetic service, worst experience! My Jio Fiber has not been working and I have been constantly following up since 26.04.2026. Engineer visit is being rescheduled without my request/consent or knowledge. No resolution till date. Just fooling the customer. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare There is just one SSID on the device. Have u guys gone mad. This new device was installed 5-6 months ago and it doesnt support dual band. Slow internet. Poor connectivity. Connection drops randomly. SSID : T-Rex8

    @JioCare @jio_fiber, please check your records before updating my ticket status. It constantly shows a "Technician Visit" between 11 PM – 12 AM, yet no one arrives. While calling to customer service they are proving it would be resolved within the time. ​Request ID:SR00002KQ0BO

    @JioCare I am on a 300 Mbps JioFiber plan, but getting only 40-60 Mbps over WiFi and LAN. Complaint SR00002KP0EY, raised on 24 April, remains unresolved. The technician rescheduled multiple times and did not show up today. Very poor service. Please resolve urgently.
