    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @_MukeshAmbani It’s very painful to see a simple query is not resolved for >1 wk & ur team doesn’t take an effort to clarify too. Best is u have a toll free but no agents speaks other than bot If this continues u may lose ur customers -unlucky jio customer

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

    @JioCare sir, i want to bring to your notice that in night i didn't used data and in morning i just checked my msg and i received msg that you have used 50%of your data, this same problem was before also that time i called your customer care and it was solved again also same prob

    Worst service from @airtelindia @JioCare both playing a game of port number as per airtel its with jio, while enquiry jio saying it's with airtel @TRAI pls confirm the number belongs to which network holding the sim 8610338009

    @JioCare When is that earliest?? In this wfh situation all my works are effected due to this downtime. I will have no option other than closing my connection if the issue is not solved before tomorrow's afternoon This is really pathetic service!! It's just 2 months since switched to jio

    Most of the areas in #Chennai have the same problem which is created by @reliancejio First of all they don't get any permission to do this, secondly they create a mess , hindering water supply to trees and breaking of tree branches.. #SaveEnvironment #SaveTrees #SwachhBharat

    @JioCare @reliancejio @HotstarReality Being an AI & Automation Engineer, I know it's a backend token provisioning / API sync issue. Tried all basic troubleshooting (Clear cache, login via Jio data), but token is stuck. Your portal form was glitching, but I've successfully raised a ticket. (2/3)

    @JioCare U guys are insane. It’s been a month and there is no tat with the SR. Today I am donating my amount to you poor people so that u can get some salary. The amount doesn’t matter to me much but the service a lot and you guys have proved that how Ambani is so rich @mukeshambani566

    @JioCare I have never seen a customer care service like this. My JioFiber has been down for over 3 hours, and even after calling customer care 3 times, they refused to register my complaint. This is the worst customer support experience I've ever had. Please resolve this ASAP
