    @reliancejio rather than promising offers and vochers, u guys need to work on network connectivity for your customers. Simply saying that you can email us, or can raise the appeal with Appellate focus on giving the quality which you promised on day 1 to all 120 million customers

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio what a pathetic service r u providing..i had recharged my number with data pack on 31 August...and my almost 10 GB end in one night without using...and customer care service is even worst

    I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

    @JioCare Because Jio authorities didn't pay heed to my complaint and never tried to show any interest in solving the issue, I have decided not to Recharge my Jio Sim anymore.

    Technician came on my offline complaint and he is not able to solve this issue. As it is back end issue not a technical work. If you are going to solve it in 1 day then i will accept otherwise I will disconnect it. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup #jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Very bad experience with jio I am sending PORT request to 1900 again and again but SMS not able to send Very fraud company indeed No customer care I tried alot to send SMS and also tried to contact customer care but in vain

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I recharge my both numbers airtel and jio But both have same problem of internet and voice break and disconnected call. Thanks for providing us this type of service and both company have broadband plans but they don't want to (airtel) shift connection

    @JioCare In addition to this, my no. Is disconnected without any prior intimation to complete the incomplete information, I could have done that earlier if informed properly through any txt or mail. It's not my fault that you did not conveyed the problem to me

    @JioCare I am seriously fed up with this situation. I paid ₹1,200 for the relocation request in March—March. Since then, I have received no communication or updates from your team, which ultimately forced me to book a connection with Airtel instead. Whenever I contacted customer support, I either received no proper response or was passed around without any resolution. After months of frustration, I had almost given up on recovering the amount. However, about a week ago, I received a call from a representative (Abirami - +916382952311) who assured me that she would help process my refund and that I would receive the amount by June 2. Since then, every time I try to contact her, my calls are disconnected, and my messages go unanswered. I have reached the end of my patience. I expect my ₹1,200 refund to be processed immediately. If this matter is not resolved without further delay, I will have no option but to pursue legal action and escalate the issue through the appropriate consumer grievance channels. Please treat this as urgent and provide a clear update on the status of my refund. @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Today again, no engineer visited and my internet is still down. It has now been more than 4 days since I raised the complaint. How many more days do you expect me to wait? This level of service is completely unacceptable.
