    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare No internet speed since last 5-6 days at Sector 70 Mohali. Any problem? Absolutely low coverage as well.

    @JioCare why your service is so crappy? Even when i have the signal, i still struggle to make a phone call, today i was waiting for an important meeting and i wasn't able to connect with the other person because of this shity service.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Jio people came and embezzled the interlocking tiles from our ramps to install their wires through the gutter pit. They never replaced the tiles. We didn't get our tiles back. Nobody has come till now for the repairs.

    @JioCare what is your turn around time for the closure of one customer’s issue.. is it one year?? Because I had reported a issue last month and I only been given fake promises, I suggest you should say no to it on the first place so that we can look for other cellular networks...

    @JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

    @JioCare @reliancejio No 5G data for 2 days in Sikiya Narayanpur Mirzapur 231305. Ping 2000ms, speed 0 Mbps despite full signal.Diagnostic logs show very weak -102 dBm on Band 28 (NR_SA).Past executive promises failed to fix it.Tower engineering team needs to check this urgently.

    @TRAI please do the needful We are paying for the service, but not getting service. If we check the old record of 6 months how many times we had complained. No proper solution from @JioCare @reliancejio .

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago JioFiber issue pending for days. Missed engineer visits, now pushed to 17 June. I have suffered work-related losses, yet no commitment on compensation or full refund. Customers should not pay for prolonged service failures.
