    @JioCare Hi all. Thanks for twitter support provided. I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I hope this is not repeated in Future.

    @JioCare Another Awful Lie. With reference to Service Request Number SR00001BCO8V, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +914479697446 is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.

    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

    @JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

    @reliancejio why poor signal at @AiimsBibinagar campus? @MoHFW_INDIA How come poor arrangements leads patient friendly environment if someone has to wait for one plus hour only at OPD in line? Why can’t we create online OPD/emergency registration system for patients on mobiles?
