@JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

Unfortunately my issue remains unresolved from last Thursday. Eventually I am cancelling my subscription and opting out from Jio. Once again no offense to you all here but it is the pathetic support I received. @JioCare @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio

@JioCare it's been three days since my jio fibre has lost its connection. Every service engineer is coming and not taking any actions. It's very frustrating to me. Some times thought of to change the network. It's been happening frequently. Kindly take the necessary action.

@JioCare I would like to disconnect my jio fiber connection as I'm shifting my home.. but I couldn't contact the jio staff. When I googled, it says to call 1800 893 3399 but when I called them, he said to call 1800 896 9999 since they don't cancel the orders+

@JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

@JioCare Hi all. Thanks for twitter support provided. I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I hope this is not repeated in Future.

Earlier also, I was in very high fever for almost 3 weeks and still in that condition, I had to work, as 3 week long leaves are out of permission as it is happening due to some @reliancejio minds. So need to see an improvement else in Frustration I will do something bad.

Wanted to get Jiofiber, was told it was available for my house. But the technicians were unresponsive, didn't call or pick up my calls. And finally told me that I couldn't get a connection at all (some weird issue). Terrible experience. @reliancejio @JioCare #badcustomerservice
