No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

Only after attempting these steps is one permitted to call them—and even then, if the problem persists, a technician won't be available for another 15 days. Just grin and bear it, because the situation is exactly the same with other service providers as well.01332357677
