    I recently ported my wife mobile number from Vi to @reliancejio. Not at all happy about the network coverage. Forget about 4g 5g, there is no signal at Kolapakkam and in particular her school where thousands of teachers use cell phone. We are planning to move out of @reliancejio

    @JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

    Jio Fiber is down since 4 PM yesterday (SR00001B7TSC) and frequent disconnection minimum 5 times a week. Jio Fiber is becoming unreliable internet connection in our area. No proper solution. Check on this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My Jio number is not working from yesterday. Incoming and outgoing calls and SMS are blocked. This is very important number linked to bank account. If there is any theft, then jio will be responsible.

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @reliancejio i have a jio wifi router which is prepaid. I wanted to ascertain whether it is active so that i could recharge it. I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Jio care /customer support repeatedly replied same from last 1 year but no one able to resolve the matter till yet.. I already recharged annual plan. Next time I will go to other isp except jio.. Bogus/poor/pathetic service at all....

    @JioCare Fibre connection has been down for 10 days. Despite multiple scheduled visits, no technician has visited yet. This is unacceptable and amounts to harassment of a paying customer. Please resolve the issue immediately or process a refund for the downtime.

    @JioCare @JioCare Very disappointed. My JioFiber complaint SR0000386ZJ7 was marked as resolved, but internet is still not working. Engineer first said router replacement was required, then informed it was a fiber line issue. Earlier also, a false "Customer Not Available" update was given

    @JioCare please fix your impotent customer service people, outright pressuring us to take another fiber solution and asking us to verify email while your **** app doesn't let me verify my email, either help or JUST DON'T PROVIDE WIFI Service. If ur customer care is **** too than I'd rather shift to Airtel.

    @JioCare Please upgrade the nearest Jio tower to 5G in Kerkera, Karanjia, Mayurbhanj, Odisha-757037. More than 15 users have already complained through customer care, but network and internet speed are still poor. Kindly conduct a network survey and improve coverage. #Jio5G

    Hlo Jio Support, I purchased a JioPrime 2 around d end of Sept last year. Recently, d battery hs strted draining vry quickly, evn with normal usage. Could u pls let me knw hw long the battery wrranty is valid nd whether I can get it checked or replaced undr warranty? @JioCare
