    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio Despite raising 30+,complaints, Jio has not fixed the network in my office location. And I am unable to browse even a basic Google search. The internet speed is less than 50kbps and no action has been taken by Jio so far in 3 years. Pls help

    @reliancejio this for second time I am posting in Twitter group on Reliance Jio Fibernet issue which happens very frequently and not getting resolved. I raised service request for internet not working on Saturday evening and till now, Monday @12:30 it sis not resolved.

    @JioCare @arunkumarhegde Even I faced similar issue today. To add our card/not should be an option that we should be given. You have no rights to decide on our behalf. Also we can't be asked to use other options just because you chose to mandate card addtn under Cr crd option. the option must be provided
