I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

Today again, the network went down at 8:00 AM along with the electricity, and the service was restored only at 11:50 PM, after almost the entire day without network connectivity.
