@Jiocare fiber Service Request Number SR000016W497 is open for 4 days. Adding fuel to the fire, while everyone was home, streetsmart technician gave a missed call, refused to pick response calls and closes the ticket. Jai Hind, lesson on customer service.

@JioCare JIO Fiber +91-4435601545. Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

@JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

@reliancejio Bold steps going into 5G when an open service request is not resolved for 2.5mnths. On followup, I'm being asked to wait more, for the 7th time. Definitely changing operators after this recharge cycle and would recommend all, the earlier promised quality is gone.
