@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

@JioCare Facing issue with sms service. I am unable to receive sms from anyone. Even OTPs i am unable to get. Pls help me to fix the issue. Last SMS was received on 28th April. Till now i don't see any sms. Even I deactivated DND aswel same issue.

@JioCare fail to receive the calls as informed by the person trying to call me. I have to reset the network frequently to use the services. Either resolve it on priority basis or refund my money and assist me to port on @Airtel_Presence. You have already moved my complaint to resolved...
