    @JioCare I am extremely aware that I am providing certain private information and I will take down those after the issue has been resolved and so far even after 24 hours I have not got the solution of the issue , this is extremely poor service so far I have received from jio @JioCare

    @reliancejio team my internet service is disconnecting freq day by day request to solve it permanently as many time i have raised the complaint but till now your team has not been solved permanently it is frustrating to change from hathway to jio fiber# account no +91-4035573441

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Hi, jio fiber account # 520231541237, activation on 30/08/22, the offer was if I pay for 6 months +1 month was free. Now I got a bill which is overdue and 1 month free not applied. I am unable to reach you customer service. Kindly call back. Thanks

    @reliancejio pathetic customer service. I asked for blocking and cancellation of my old number which isn't in use any more. Customer service is asking 7 days. I even asked to block it 6 months ago too (I thought it's done) . @TRAI

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

    @JioCare As usual i didn't receive any refund . When enquired they raised new SR000017MU0J. I have been waiting from past 3months for refund there is no proper response. Pathetic service by #jio #jioCare . Will i get this issue resolved ??

    @JioCare it took 4 hours for me to watch a 2 hours movie because of your internet speed. I have been raising complaint that speed is low since 2018. No rectification was done. Bloody ********. I repent using Jio. @MukeshAmba

    @airtelindia I think it's now time to switch to different carriers like @JioCare @excitel_rocks and many more not to airtel anymore. Faced many problem during installation and after installation my IPTV was installed after 10-15 days but still paid to that time because of your ******* store.

    @JioCare Hello, in my area many high-rise buildings have been constructed in the last 1 year. Because of this, the existing mobile tower height has effectively become lower compared to surrounding buildings, and network coverage has become very poor.

    @pbimal_ @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Worse in terms of speed and service. Have seen jio not working for months at Olive. Service engineers were hopeless. Treated service requests as passing the parcel. Airtel service is prompt, wifi already resumed within half an hour of tweet.

    From today morning my jio fiber is not working, trying to connect to @reliancejio @JioCare service request is one of the difficult task, I am doing today and at the end not a positive response, My service request timing changing, first it shows 2 PM then it shifted to 6 PM

    @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio Been a month since the jio fiber connection (100mbps plan) & the experience has been troubling (frequent disconnects throughout the day- every day, multiple customer support contacts). Request for disconnect with refunded amount on prorata basis.
