@JioCare my account number 900040594315 has been disconnected, out going & incoming without any prior information inspite of bills paid on time.. saying some amount is due.. request if you can arrange a call back on my alternate number 7702896044, customer care not of help..

@reliancejio @JioCare getting network disturbance while on calls, when we trying to call with jio sometimes the getting engage beep and sometimes not connection for 2 to 5 minutes... Request to check the problem persist and resolve it soon.

Is there anyone from @reliancejio @JioCare help me out, I wasn't able to recharge jio phone which has a package of 49 for a month for calling, nor @GooglePayIndia @Paytm or @PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport was accepting the recharge.. theyshows the recharge packs but not accepting it..

Went to @reliancejio store to complaint about low signals in the house @JioCare guy : not just in your house, we dont even get signals in the store itself 😂 Got tired of complaining to ur customer care.. I'm porting in to some other network asap
