    @JioCare Its like i am on a mission or goal to achieve my above mentioned concern of uninstallation of Jio fiber,my money almost 8000 is struck with u, interesting thing is your customer care don’t have old records of failed commitments,never faced such prlm with local internet providers.

    @JioCare My internet is not working and I have been waiting on the phone line for 30 mins without an answer from your support. Your selfhelp diagnostics is the worst. It says everything is good even if the router light is not glowing green.

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

    @JioCare I requested for new connection which was cancelled many times due to I am not giving extra charge. After complain it was installed last week but that device is not working properly on that time technician said he will come again but yet the he didn't come and problem is same.

    @JioCare Still not a single update or communication from @reliancejio , let alone a resolution. Meanwhile, your customer care has been spamming me with Jio Fibre connection request - a connection I already have. That's how trash your services are.

    @JioCare gave me one of a nightmarish experiences. Internet got broken on 23rd April 9:30 PM. Been waiting for technician for over 36 hours, 1hour+ calls with their support who have turned out to be most useless, and 2 appointment reschedules -internet stays broken. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio 9529195127 was my num and now it’s showing network issue when trying to call some1 but if I try to call on this num the phone is ringing but no 1 is answering. Wen trying to customer care it’s saying incorrect DOB year. Did u given away no. to some 1 else?
