    My @reliancejio sim stopped working.guys at @JioCare service center not attending calls(tried 11times n every time got till call center callertune. One that did connect asked me to callback after 2 days.@jio atleast tell me how to get a replacement sim. #jio #Help #lockdown

    @TRAI @JioCare My Jio number (7009611083) was suspended on 14th April 2023. I got to know that my services are suspended via their IVR and upon Calling the customer executive I raised the complaint. Which they file under "SIM BOX FRAUD" Then that complain closed without soln

    @JioCare such a pathetic network here at high court Chandigarh premises, seems like jio took us to 2001 times. No internet, call drops. Zero connectivity.

    @reliancejio rather than promising offers and vochers, u guys need to work on network connectivity for your customers. Simply saying that you can email us, or can raise the appeal with Appellate focus on giving the quality which you promised on day 1 to all 120 million customers

    @JioCare your installation team is bullshit..of panchkula,haryana 48 hrs and installation not done and power supply issue being stated since last 40 hours and still not resolved and they are ready to give money back as they cant do their job on time and just bahana .. poor JIO

    @reliancejio For the last about two months, there's almost no internet. No assurance, when the service will be restored. Jio just looting its customers. Will jio compensate us for our loss. Ambanis don't care, they have Powerful network in the government. Must surrender jio sims.

    @KVRAO_CIL @JioCare actually, @reliancejio big problem is high no of customers, jio is unable to handle so i think people should release some burden from Jio shoulders by porting no in other operator. everytime i complained about slow internet,network issue, CC told me that is bcoz high no of custmr

    @JioHotstar @JioCare Such a **** scam you are running without giving exact information on Jio Recharges with the JioHotstar subscription and not offering complete the details of excluding The Hollywood content and much more .people waste money on rechargefirst then on upgrade .

    Pathetic service from Fiber. Complaint already raised, yet nobody has come to resolve the issue. First the visit was rescheduled from 10 AM to 3 PM, and even then no one showed up. STOP GIVING FALSE TIMELINES. Repeated negligence like this is completely unacceptable. @JioCare

    @JioCare Very disappointed with JioAirFiber service. Internet issue still not resolved after repeated complaints. Only fake assurances, no actual solution. If this continues, I will permanently disconnect my connection. Poor support from @JioCare.
