Went to nearest Jio Store to port my Service to Jio , They said I have to come in February as there has some new rules in Jio , I am 18.9 Years old. I can have a sim card on my own . I think so. Kindly look into it. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @TRAI Using jio No.9803349957. But net speed at my home(B-12/895, Adarsh Nagar, C Block, Nayagaon, Mohali, Pb) is very poor. So, using Idea SIM on 9814588923 which provide better net speed than Jio. Please take action so that I can port to Jio. Contact.9814588923

@JioCare Gigafiber internet is not wrkng since yest. I registerd a complaint SR00000YPLMD and the tech said its a backend issue and will be resolved by 2day. I called support 2day and got to know that issue was marked as resolved w/o even confirming while it is still not resolved

.when i file complaint they say we are improving , but how long In 2 months you can't fix a Small issue.If you can't then quality of engineers you are having are very low graded. At least Idea take care of it's all coustomers .@JioCare

@JioCare Jio Giga Fiber connection applied 10 days back. No installation done yet. No call from customer care. Yesterday raised SR which got closed automatically without any update and resolution. Got following SMS Your service request number SR00000Y9J7G has been addressed.

@naveenaAlur My brother was their customer for past 7 years and the network issue was creating a lot of problem while working from home. So he shifted to @JioCare He didn't face any network issue after that. Try porting to @reliancejio
