    I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare I praised jio for their remarkable turnaround time. But it seems like jio is also taking the same route as Airtel. Can you help in resolving my issues. Joio doing the same as done by Airtel in the past. @JioCare

    @reliancejio I am a loyal Jio Customer since the time it is launched, but the issue which i raised long back about poor network is still not resolved. Getting just about 0.25Mbps speed under the name of 4G, living in Tata colony, Mulund East, which is a city area.

    @JioCare Day 3 - Jio Fiber issue still not resolved, no one from #Jio even came or called to take note of the frequent Internet disconnection ! #Airtel is far far better in providing customer services, regretting the decision to go for #JioFiber
