    I have a number of JIO and I received a message from JIO for special offer (699Rs) regards the Calling and I internet. But when I recharged then didn't not received any plan then customer care guide me wrong and asked for more recharge. Why? @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    @JioCare Absolutely! But then only till the time payment is in process & after that you guys are least bothered about your commitments. I feel very very sad for such a brand. #HOPELESS #POOR #UNPROFESSIONAL. falling short of words for appreciating you ALL.

    I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare I'm really surprised to find Jio still asking me about the trouble, I am facing. It's same case that after listening to full Ramayan, one asks, 'who was Ram'. There are only two possibilities that either jio doesn't want to understand or doesn't have brain to understand.

    @JioCare bill is showing in applications 782rs which I have paid now When I call to customer care they told me that bill is generated 470 then I asked to refund the extra amount what the hell , my money my connection you will decided what I have to do

    @JioCare I also booked another Fiber Connection for my second home a month ago, and for somehow reason it is cancelled by your side, and despite 7-21 days I didn't received refund for that Connection yet and while calling in customer care it is auto generated call

    Dear @JioCare, this is unacceptable. I raised a complaint yesterday, your technician came and fixed my JioFiber connection, and it worked for a few hours. Today, the exact same issue is back. Is this the quality of service you provide? Am I expected to call a technician every day

    Every 1–2 weeks my JioFiber stops working, forcing me to raise yet another service request. Even your own engineers have suggested switching to another broadband because of these recurring issues. @JioCare (1/3)
