@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup My Jio Mobile no.8424823262 Worst internet network provided by JIO. Since a month I’m are facing network problem, informed your call centre twice-thrice but No use. Either refund our recharge amount or give service. Citizens must boycot JIO.

@JioCare i live in a small village "parsaunikalan" post - Padrauna, district - Kushinagar. We do not have good internet options. Few provide over air which is too costly i.e. 1300pm 15mbps max. I do wfh and face lot of issues. 1/2

@JioCare Since 2018 I am getting same scripted answer. You have been working , you will keep working. When jio was launched it was boasting for signal penetration thru any kind of surface. Now this excuses. We are not staying inside bunker that jio signal can't come.
