  @JioCare @reliancejio I have jio phone 1 and is still in warranty, its keypad is not working properly and is hanging very frequently. I had gone to service centre in two states and both directed me to another one saying the issue can't be resolved there 1/2

  I seem to have gotten no right solution to a problem every Airtel sim user is undergoing here. The solution of swapping with a new sim was put forth, which is a result of lack of probing; but porting into either @Idea or @reliancejio would do. Thanks, Airtel! @Airtel_Presence

  @JioCare HI! I've been complaining since 2017 for internet and call issues in my area and still there is issues. We paid the same rates like others do and these is the service we get. Please do your fcking job sincerely and we'll fcking do the recharge or pay the postpaid bill.

  @JioCare after multiple folow ups, u hav agn raisd another tkt SR00001BNMGW (been 20 days nw). Earnest request, don't close this until i cnfrm satisfactory resolution, FYI thats hw customer service tkts work acros industry . Don't try 2 show good TAT KPIs by blindly closing tkts
