    @JioCare @reliancejio I am using ur sim from a long time. Today there is no network in my mobile. When I complaint u said it was close due to incomplete information. I visit jio care they are saying for new recharge and new membership. Why ??? Check direct message and solve it

    @JioCare Jio Fiber is not working after installation. Boy name Satyam sold me this connection and his senior person Rahul they Both aren’t taking my call. It’s 10th day today of not getting Internet service after paying full money on 1st day. #worstjiointernetexperience

    @reliancejio I ordered one airconditioner on 16.11.22 vide order 16658999650195963A for 28990 The same was never delivered but marked as returned on 07.11.22. Since then I have been writing both to cs and cshead but with no result. Reflects poorly on the company's working.

    @JioCare Booked Gio Fiber connection on 27th September ( connection NO0000NIF872 voice number +917553550776) and got assurance of installation in 2 hours. Today is 6th day and still Jio people telling same story of 2 hours. Kindly help.

    @JioCare for the last 60 mins that I have been without connectivity on my JioFibre router, I have been unable to reach or even access a Customer care executive. There is no option on the IVR to speak to someone so i can make a query or seek an immediate solution.
