I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.

Since then I have been writing both to cs and cshead but with no result. Reflects poorly on the company's working.

Now new engineer said router need to change and that was supposed to done yesterday. I am still waiting.
