    @JioCare Many users have problem but they don't even try to contact you they just adjust with the problems but I am not one of them, I am using 3 number of jio and the problem as same with all the number, I am providing the screenshot look the speed of data, You must check on ground.

    @JioCare I ordered one airconditioner on 16.11.22 vide order 16658999650195963A for 28990 The same was never delivered but marked as returned on 07.11.22. Since then I have been writing both to cs and cshead but with no result. Reflects poorly on the company's working.

    @JioCare Job is to fix the issue. I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.

    I request jio to pickup my jio fiber box ASAP and refund security amount. No one came for pickup even after calling customer care 4-5times.. they just say your issue will be done tomorrow but tomorrow not came till now. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Engineer came and visited the site. But unfortunately your 24 hours of TAT to resolve the issue which anyways you are not able to complete is not allowing me to raise relocation request as again it's needed 24 hours to get the request close.

    Very bad experience with customer service. They always told me to wait for 24 hours to resolve the internet connectivity issue in my area and its been 10 days But as usual they made fake commitment every day and no resolution till yet. What should I suppose to do @JioCare

    @reliancejio we are facing the Internet connectivity issues in My Jio fiber last 03 days & complain already registered with the customer care but we wonโ€™t get any solutions till now . Now I want close my connection & refund my money because I am chasing lots of issues from JIO .

    @JioCare Jio never delays recharge payments by even a minute, but customers are expected to wait indefinitely for service restoration. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Please escalate this issue and arrange an engineer visit immediately.

    @JioCare And the local team is not ready to support as according to them no complaint has been raised. Logging complaint via app or to connect with live agent, both options not there. Fix these issues and make your interface user friendly and contacting to support team hassle free.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Problem - Jio AIR Fiber Box to router cable is damaged. Solution - The cable needs to be replaced 48 Hours passed since the case logged. No resolution Issue Status - Customer rescheduled/On Hold (A False status ) ~ 10 times PATHETIC SERVICES, NO EMPATHY.

    I'm user of both @reliancejio @JioCare mobile prepaid and postpaid Fibre but despite almost 20-25 Complaint, follow ups and hopes from retention excutives still the issue which almost have been through last half a year not been resolved and now I just want to rest this case here and want to withdraw from all the services provided by @reliancejio.     @JioCare my relocation request has been pending for about a week. One was made earlier this week which was canceled by your service partner, the new request was supposed to be attended today, no one showed up. I even went to your office at Mansi circle Ahmedabad with the request.
