Very bad experience with customer service. They always told me to wait for 24 hours to resolve the internet connectivity issue in my area and its been 10 days But as usual they made fake commitment every day and no resolution till yet. What should I suppose to do @JioCare

@JioCare Booked Gio Fiber connection on 27th September ( connection NO0000NIF872 voice number +917553550776) and got assurance of installation in 2 hours. Today is 6th day and still Jio people telling same story of 2 hours. Kindly help.

@JioCare Hampering my work as I use wifi for my office work not to surf just internet. You tell it is valid reason to raise relocation just to change the poll point. on Saturday issue came. Sunday and Monday already gone now it's Tuesday and still issue is pending with no guarantee.

@JioCare Job is to fix the issue. I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.
