    @reliancejio I hv recntly ported my vodafone no. now Vi to jio, this has proven a big mistake jio store sent me to jio center Kolar Bhopal and instead of resolving my issue jio center Kolar guard sent me back to jio center new market store(no one attented me & tretd my like hell)

    @JioCare Many users have problem but they don't even try to contact you they just adjust with the problems but I am not one of them, I am using 3 number of jio and the problem as same with all the number, I am providing the screenshot look the speed of data, You must check on ground.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2nd day. No solution to the problem. No person visits. I didnt expected such service from Jio. This is total ignorance. Jiofiber after service has now deteriorated to the worst level and do not care about the consumers.

    @JioCare Engineer came and visited the site. But unfortunately your 24 hours of TAT to resolve the issue which anyways you are not able to complete is not allowing me to raise relocation request as again it's needed 24 hours to get the request close.

    @JioCare @JioCare the funny thing is that rescheduling is never required. Jio care itself reschedule at their end. Just check the history how many time this was reschedule and you will know why a customer is frustrated. Every time I plan as per engineer, i receive a reschedule message

    @JioCare I've been waiting for JioFiber installation since yesterday morning. The appointment keeps getting rescheduled, no engineer has contacted me, and despite 10+ calls to customer care, I haven't received any update. I have a job and can't keep chasing support every hour.

    @JioCare : New Jio SIM isn't getting activated, SR No. SR000037CKFF was raised for the issue- new SIM which you couldn't activate in good 7 days. How much time you need to activate anew sim-seems a week isn't enough? Should I try another service provider- they can do it in 1 day?

    @JioCare I’m on a 30 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting only 5–14 Mbps in the morning, 2–10 Mbps in the afternoon, and just 500 Kbps–4 Mbps from 6 PM–10 PM. The issue is worst during peak hours. Please fix this network issue ASAP.
