    To all the #jiousers if you are one of the early customer, kindly do check your documentation. I have just encountered with this fraud. My own number and my dad number got found to be registered on someone else’s name and now we are not able to access the number. @reliancejio

    I request jio to pickup my jio fiber box ASAP and refund security amount. No one came for pickup even after calling customer care 4-5times.. they just say your issue will be done tomorrow but tomorrow not came till now. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare If your unable to solve the problem and not able to give me the proper resolution and proper resolution date then I must port the all three number, that's only have the last option.

    @reliancejio Bitter ground reality of your customer service, I took 4 jio fiber connections for my office in Bhopal and paid in advance the total amount for 4 connections. Unfortunately connection is still not active and now even your representative has stopped picking my phone.

    @JioCare I ordered one airconditioner on 16.11.22 vide order 16658999650195963A for 28990 The same was never delivered but marked as returned on 07.11.22. Since then I have been writing both to cs and cshead but with no result. Reflects poorly on the company's working.

    @JioCare Booked Gio Fiber connection on 27th September ( connection NO0000NIF872 voice number +917553550776) and got assurance of installation in 2 hours. Today is 6th day and still Jio people telling same story of 2 hours. Kindly help.

    @JioCare So again I need to provide an approval from society to get the line fixed. Are you all out of your mind previously you asked raised relocation now you are asking society approval. Why this problem didn't come at the time of new connection installation

    @JioCare Job is to fix the issue. I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.

    @JioCare Hey, I’m moving my SIM from a JioPhone to a smartphone. My current JioPhone recharge isn’t allowing outgoing calls on the new phone. Do I need to "convert" the SIM, or will just topping up with a standard smartphone plan fix this? Please advise.

    @JioCare This is honestly ridiculous now. Every complaint gets the same robotic response and zero actual action. My internet has been unstable for 5 days and your “relevant team” seems to exist only in messages. If no one is going to act, at least share the Darbhanga local team’s contact number so I can deal with this directly.
