@JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel

@JioCare @reliancejio i have taken fiber connection of jio and respective area manager has asked me to pay for 6 months so that I would be getting one month additional internet for free of cost.Raised this concern with Jio and still the issue is not resolved after 1 week.

@JioCare @reliancejio your service is becoming pathetic, I have paid for 300 MBPS speed and getting 145 MBPS, even with that all apps and browsers are buffering... Q1.. why don't you adjust the charges when you don't give the speed as per plan?

Please everyone don't take Jio Fiber connection, very poor service. After installation within 10 days, 3 times no internet connection issue occurred. This time, it's been 3 days no resolution. All tickets raised where closed automatically.😭 @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same Issue again with no solution. Customer Care telling same estimated time which keeps on updating. Fiber cut every 2nd day. Excellent network outages with no permanent solution. This is the reason why @JioCare fiber has alot more users in our area

@JioCare @JioCare still same situation. Local engineer came and just reset the fiber device and measure the speed but no improvement. He told me that fiber cable is broken in this area and we will fix it in 1.5 days (from last 6 days same thing told to me!) its look like they are bluffing
