    @reliancejio @JioCare thanks for the worst network service. Only one signal bar indoor & outdoor in my vertex LAKEVIEW villas, hyderabad. PIN code-500090.even after raising complaints since years nothing done by jio. Moving to other operator.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have taken fiber connection of jio and respective area manager has asked me to pay for 6 months so that I would be getting one month additional internet for free of cost.Raised this concern with Jio and still the issue is not resolved after 1 week.

    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    Please everyone don't take Jio Fiber connection, very poor service. After installation within 10 days, 3 times no internet connection issue occurred. This time, it's been 3 days no resolution. All tickets raised where closed automatically.😭 @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare no respect of customer time and money. Eta for tech visit has already passed and no-one called till now. CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

    @JioCare During the resolution @reliancejio is asking to provide my location’s longitude and latitude to resolve the issue. @reliancejio team wants do everything from AC cabin even though the issue is related with network issues. #JioNoServiceProvider #JioNoNetwork

    @JioCare I checked Akshay , the problem is multiple SRs raised but they are closed by technical team without resolution and confirmation. I again had to raise another SR. The whole system is behaving fraudulent. Something is not right. Pls get my connect restored.

    @JioCare Installed Jio AirFiber and it’s been trash from day one—zero speed. Filed multiple complaints, no fix. The last support call was rude agent went on a Marathi rant. Check your call recordings and fix this.
