    Being a part of a jio family plan is there no option to get network coverage in other countries? @reliancejio @JioCare why was I asked to do international roaming recharges in that case (well twice) ? Anyone else has any idea? @reliancejio you are in need of better agents!!

    @JioCare I am not getting any network in Sector 40 Gurgaon from 4 days now. Can you please tell what happened here? Just going outside sector 40 everything is working but 0 network in sector 40.

    @JioCare As for your assurance of 24 hrs resolution, already 54 hrs have already passed.what was being done in these 54 hrs to resolve?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Horrendous customer service for Jio Fiber. Don’t sell Mesh Extenders on your website if you can’t support them. Mine came defective and there is absolutely no way to replace or return it. After knocking every door - I finally give up after 3 weeks.
