    @reliancejio @JioCare Before making the payment everything was good and I was sure abt good service from Jio but after the payment I'm sceptical. If you are not able to install on time what kind of speed you will give and I should forget about post sales service

    @JioCare It's more than 24hrs. But till now there's no fix of the issue. Using the internet for working from home and since last 24 hrs. Even not able to login..how Pathetic services..called multiple times to customer care.without resolving the issue SR was closed,no suitable

    he started argument with me and ask for delivery OTP directly but i denied that why i need to tell you the OTP where i am not asking to delivered it. You can cancel it on your behalf or if there is any way to cancel it on my end than tell me the way.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare since last 2 yrs we are having jio network issue in our area. Net and calling isn't working inside everyone's house.there are many jio users here.Not getting resolved even after giving complaint.Distance from house to tower in air isn't more than 1 km.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @zoom and reported issue on same laptop when I switch to mobile hotspot that's also jio, zoom meeting working fine. Many times open ticket with Jio and they send engineer and solution is reset JIO Router. Jio should resolve this... (2)
