    Dear @JioCare Can do increase your network coverage apart from increasing the prices ? Customer representative are giving the same reason for last 12 months and there is no benefit of contacting them coz now even i know their answers. #jiopricehike

    Your service engineer are not resolving this issue they don’t come in the morning, they come only when its working and say it nothing is wrong with your connection. I am wfh and i need it urgently @JioFiberVoice @JioCare

    @JioCare I'll be switching to other service providers, probably you guys are least interested to resolve network issue, repeatedly complaining since last 2 weeks. Same issue facing with my jiophone too. I'll bear loss of 7m validity and throw your jiophone as it be useless without jio sim

    @JioCare my broadband service stops every night till 11am in the morning. I am not able to do my office work. I am requesting you to please resolve this issue urgently.
