    @JioCare Jiofibre is available in my city but not in my area .. and every fibre like bsnl,airtel,etc is available in my area except jio why service provider of jiofibre of my city is saying it will take 8-10 month's to come in my area.. please help

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio your internet sucks between trans harbour line from Thane - Panvel also on harbour line from CSMT - Panvel since 2019. When are you planning to work on it?

    @JioCare I have a jiofiber connection which is not working since 11th Dec. Even after repeated complaints the issue has not been resolved. Now they have messaged that issue will be resolved on 24th December. Why am I being charged if service is not provided. Service id 5423562123
