    @JioCare My internet is STILL NOT WORKING. SR No. SR000037OTEN. You committed restoration by 14th June 2:46 PM. That deadline has passed and the service remains down. For days, I have received nothing but apologies, assurances, and false timelines.

    Dear @JioCare , whenever there is a power cut in my area, the Jio network completely dies for all users nearby. This is not an indoor coverage issue. It’s been months with no resolution. Please investigate the tower power backup and share a timeline.

    @Vairamuthud2001 @JioCare Same here. They also took money for installation last month and dint install. When i asked for refund,no response!! I called customer care,emailed them still no response. And their social media team is most useless

    @JioCare refund my money and cancel the connection cuz I don’t wanna face this issues nor I have time to call again and again for just being scheduled and no actions taken.

    @JioCare My JioFiber relocation to JioAirFiber has been completed as JioFiber is unavailable at my new address. However, my previous prepaid balance of ₹9,416 is not reflecting in the new account. Customer care calls keep disconnecting. Please help resolve this issue
