@JioCare Just do one thing cancel the connection & refund the recharge amount its 1100 bucks ur customer care executive abhijeet says tht 6th January is the time engineer gave for visit n then he says u gve ur preferred visit time i said send him today then he says i cant gv todays time

@JioCare Issue still not resolved technical engineer came & fixed few things but issue is still not resolved. It was supposed to be fixed 3 days back but things are getting delayed without any proper explanation we are following up everyday but no benefit.
