Being a part of a jio family plan is there no option to get network coverage in other countries? @reliancejio @JioCare why was I asked to do international roaming recharges in that case (well twice) ? Anyone else has any idea? @reliancejio you are in need of better agents!!

@JioCare @reliancejio Horrendous customer service for Jio Fiber. Don’t sell Mesh Extenders on your website if you can’t support them. Mine came defective and there is absolutely no way to replace or return it. After knocking every door - I finally give up after 3 weeks.
