@madhuusv @reliancejio @airtelindia Yes, they have become bad now!! Aghast because their customer care also have no clue, doubt if they have any quality team monitoring complaints. Always template replies. Client profiling is something they should work on. Not good sign for them..

@rajupp Yes me too. People whenever would call, perpetually my number doesn’t exist or out of network area!! And data speeds rocks at 0.30 mbps!! @reliancejio @JioCare doesn’t help!! Only lip service on social media. No call back, no updations in tower, which they promise always!! #sic

Such a bad experience with jio networking so upset.@reliancejio It has Poor internet connection in sion area. This networks even can't play videos on youtube if u increase quality from 240p to 360p its buffering. Please try to improve your network i wasn't expecting this from jio

@reliancejio internet seriously sucks!! I can’t believe I switched to this service from another one. Such a scam! The team only asks u for info and then does NOTHING about it. VSNL guys were more responsive! How it’s giving others a run for their money is an enigma!

@JioCare I have visited Jio store thillai nagar trichy for sim replacement, they not ready listen my query and not provided proper response. After that I have visited Jio store Chathiram bus stand branch and replaced my jio sim. Feeling bad about jio store Thillainagar😡😡😡
