So the @reliancejio bubble has burst spectacularly. Forget 4G, unable to get 2G speed. Outgoing & Incoming calls stop all of a sudden & we get messages hours later for missed calls. Time to say goodbye JIO. Giving cheap data is not always the answer...consumers need service too

@JioCare Yup but that’s not helpful, I would suggest if someone can come over and look into this issue and fix it permanently. I am sure it has nothing to do with my phone settings as I have already visited the store and they have personally checked all my phone settings

@JioCare I switched from @VodafoneIN to Jio network mainly for network reasons but seems like Jio is no better than Vodafone infact I am facing more network issues on Jio. Can someone @JioCare @reliancejio pls fix the network issue else will have to switch again after 3 months.

@reliancejio your DND service doesn't seem to be working inspite of activating it multiple times, 10s of telemarketing calls are received on a daily basis. @SanjayDhotreMP, you and TRAI need to have strict rules around the same, its a harassment. Kindly take necessary action
