@reliancejio My experience with Jio dongles is poor. The speed is not good enough as the claim. The pre on post top up is convenient to recharge but does not deliver at all.

@JioCare now only come to know while trouble shooting internet speed issue with Jio support live chat person (vivek) that there is some issue in chembur area n some services are down n will take approx 10 hrs to restore, hope it will resolve before estimated time. @JioChat

@JioCare This is your all time repeat answers . Next time you will reply network is work fine or you might be using earphones etc. What a boring reply you give even after some pics given of bad network. It's getting worst everyday. 1st it was internet but now even calling problems 👎👎👎

Jio is going to launch 5G soon. But I don't think it will increase the data speed. Currently we are purchasing a 4G pack and literally it is working like 2. Not able to open you tube with a 4G pack wow..@reliancejio @mukeshambani..You should work on your poor services.
