    @JioCare @OnePlus_IN There has been no response from your side, Reliance team is forcing us to buy Insurance. One plus team is also not keen to resolve the issue even though they might loose sale.

    @reliancejio it’s too much now, first of all you have low network problem in my area from 3 weeks whenever I call your team they say it will be restored in 5-6 hours but it hasn’t happened yet, and when I ported out you are taking time for clearance, it’s totally harassing Jio.

    @JioCare applied for MNP to Postpaid using My Jio app and your executive called me and told that postpaid is not avilable. So I told him to cancel my order. But in my Jio app the status is showing as Sim Delivered. Please look into it.

    @JioCare facing internet related issue with my Jio fiber. Since I raised my complaint but the engineer called me and advised me to do it myself as he was advising me. Since then the internet speed certainly got down and it's around 300kbps. Will you please fix this asap

    @JioCare first month jio fiber worked well. Second month has been tasking. Could only use it for 2-3 days due to persistent issue. Have registered complaint twice and once with the installation guy. Money wasted time wasted. Regretting the decision of choosing jio.
