Voice call execs tell me my issue is genuine and RJIO store shud not hav taken 349 for each sim while porting the number. JIo email tells me charges are OK. I AM STUCK.. worst support

I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

In 28 days, I’ve sent 50+ emails, made 250+ calls and posted 50+ times on X, but still no resolution.Even government service provide better support than Jio nowadays.
