I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

I paid the initial refistration cost or whatever tht is for jio fiber. And the sales guy talking to me said he is going to send somebody for installation and KYC. And it’s already been more than 10 days and he has stopped picking up my phone. He does not reaponds to my messages. What a Fraud!!!
