    @JioCare I'm not able to connect to the internet on my Jio Set Top Box but my other devices work fine on Jio Fiber WiFi. Any solutions to get the internet working on the STB? It is connected to the 5Ghz network already.

    @JioCare worst service u have . I am trying to get complaint for non working jio fibre internet bt not getting posible due to continously cut my call bydefault from your side . 3rd class jio.apna dabba apne ghar hi lgayo .much more better Excitel than urs 3rd class low services

    @reliancejio @JioCare facing a network issue at Terminal 1 IGI airport. Not a single network bar is coming on my mobile not able to call or send msg and no Internet. My fellow passengers are facing the same issue. Not expecting this type of service from you at Airport.

    Where @Airtel fails me to make voice calls, how come @reliancejio is able to ensure a smooth network and voice clarity with no call drop?

    @JioCare Thank you, but at a location Block C12, Yamuna Vihar Delhi , the internet connectivity of JIO is extremely poor so 4G or 5G internet both are irrelevant at this location in Delhi... Pl do something to improve services at Yamuna Vihar Delhi 110053.

    @TriShool_Achuk Jio is worst @JioCare @reliancejio I am using 5 numbers which I am porting soon. But the issue is other brothers are same as jio. What to do ?

    @JioCare I'm old school. Integrity Loyalty matters. I stayed @airtelindia even when @reliancejio ambushed the 2 main operators customer base with free offers. I come with some attitude of a spoilt brat too. If you have the courage to match, only then touch me.

    @SamsungIndia What is the use of new and good phone, if 5G connectivity is horrible. Check @reliancejio quality, in office buildings...it is better to go back to 3G or 2G for calls.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what are you doing man not improving their services the chat bot in ur app is bullshit,no one picks up the call in 198 waited almost 15 min and the main problem is We the users are experiencing a major call drop in jio .Im fed up in talking with Jio sim

    After checking on the response received from @Airtel_Presence it was a wrong decision to port my number from @JioCare I will soon be back to Jio once my 28 days of trouble is over with एयरटेल

    @JioCare @reliancejio Wifi calling does not work on samsung fold 3 on jio network. I turn it on & it automatically turns off in few seconds. My jio number stops working when i am at home as network coverage is not available indoor & wifi calling doesn't work (even on a jio fiber)

    @JioCare @reliancejio No network coverage since yesterday. Problem is to a particular number but Customer care is reluctant to understand and resolve the issue. Pathetic services . Tried Telephonic support ,in app chat services nd no reply for email. Resolution time gvn is 10 dys

    @reliancejio @JioCare we paid for a set top box but no one is coming to install. Customer care is rude and does not bother to give update. Keep giving new install dates for which we keep schedule on hold and no one turns up. Very unprofessional @MoitOfficial

    @reliancejio SR0000376WAV Service fault detected as per the diagnostics run on the app. Visit was scheduled for June 6 between 10-11 am. Which is now postponed to 6 pm. Please expedite. We are facing issues since a month now!

    I am writing to lodge an appeal regarding the non-resolution of my JioFiber connection surrender and the pending refund due to me. Background & Context Existing JioFiber Connection: +91-4479698624 New Jio AirFiber Connection: +91-4431730930 Reason for Request: Relocation. Your site engineer confirmed that JioFiber services are unavailable at my new location against  relocation order no: CO0002ETLB76 Required Resolution : I request your immediate intervention to: 1) Process the formal surrender and disconnection of the JioFiber account (+91-4479698624). 2) Arrange for the collection of the router if not already done. 3) Issue a full refund of my security deposit and unused plan amount, either as a direct bank transfer or as a credit voucher applied to my active AirFiber account (+91-4431730930). @JioCare @reliancejio
