Forget about 4g 5g, there is no signal at Kolapakkam and in particular her school where thousands of teachers use cell phone. We are planning to move out of @reliancejio

Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. Satya 📢❗🚨 (@The_SatyaDVV) reported@reliancejio I paid for JioAirFiber and a technician visited my home for installation. He confirmed that installation was not possible due to signal and connection feasibility issues. I immediately requested cancellation and a refund. Despite this, my refund is still pending. Your local executive is now saying that I will only receive a voucher instead of my money. I do not accept a voucher and want the amount refunded to my original payment method. More concerning, my Jio order status shows Installation and Activation completed even though the service was never installed at my home. I have raised this with the local executive and his manager but received no proper response. Please investigate this issue and process my refund urgently.
