@JioCare But I do not want such rest, it is very bad, suppose if an emergency call is to be made, then first it speaks for 1 minute, then after that the call will take place, then when will I talk @reliancejio #MukeshAmbani

@JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

@JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

@JioCare This is what ur person said few hours back & been telling since 6 days. Within today it will be restored and complaint is escalated to higher authorities but all false promises. Bad service from such a reputed organisation.

@JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

@JioCare Jio is continuously saying that they have initiated the cancellation, but I don't see any update. Neither I have got any mail nor any text about the cancellation. Once you have taken the money, you have started harassing the customer. You haven't done anything #jiofraud #jioscam

I ported my own number out of Jio and also got two other people ported out from jio and asked those people to port out two more people from jio. When I complain about slow internet speed in @JioCare they say that there are more @reliancejio users in your area so the speed is slow
