@JioCare JIO Fiber +91-4435601545. Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

JIO is not here to provide solution but to betray customers by giving this scripted answer every time we complain of a network issue. Their temporary problem is somewhat permanent.
