When spoke to amazon prime customer care, they clearly stated the plan was effective from 1st Dec 2021 to 1st Dec 2022 which completes 12 month/ one year subscription. Why @JioCare @JioFiberChennai is cheating customers continusoly in the name of benefits? #JioFiber #Jio

@JioCare My Jio number is not working from yesterday. Incoming and outgoing calls and SMS are blocked. This is very important number linked to bank account. If there is any theft, then jio will be responsible.

i don't know why but in my area internet speed of @reliancejio went very low in between 8:00pm to 9:30 pm. many times i had tried to submit report regarding this issue from call,jio chat with whats app but still jio lacks in improving service it is seriously very ridiculous 😠
