    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

    @JioCare it's been three days since my jio fibre has lost its connection. Every service engineer is coming and not taking any actions. It's very frustrating to me. Some times thought of to change the network. It's been happening frequently. Kindly take the necessary action.

    @JioCare My cellular service(Calls & Data) is not working from around 8AM today. I’m completely disconnected from the world as I have only one sim. Using a passerby Wi-Fi to give this message. Is there a downtime?

    Ported to @reliancejio from @vodafonein1. Happy with the network strength & connectivity. Forget 4G VI couldn't provide basic voice service. Call drop, 2G connectivity issues were the norm. Bought vi card, visited vi store many timea, complained so many times, nothing helped.
