    @JioCare I requested for cancellation of jiofiber on Monday but none of your employee came to disconnect jiofibre yet now I am trying to call you no one answer my call .. if you don't want disconnect the service then please give my refund otherwise disconnect the service fast

    @reliancejio I ordered one airconditioner on 16.11.22 vide order 16658999650195963A for 28990 The same was never delivered but marked as returned on 07.11.22. Since then I have been writing both to cs and cshead but with no result. Reflects poorly on the company's working.

    @JioCare I wasted so much time waiting for installation, calls, and updates, but there was no proper support from the team. Honestly, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll buy Jio services again and I’ll definitely not rcmd
