I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.

Omshivaprakash (@omshivaprakash) reported@JioCare @reliancejio My request to AirFiber was not processed and I had to ask that connection request to be cancelled - NO0001DP69UW this is the order number. No refund issued so far. There is no way I can reach any human being who can resolve this and there has been multiple posts here on social media asking this to be resolved. When i ask for a resolution, I get a dumb welcome message. Do you want me to file a consumer court complaint for all the trouble you have given so far without offering service or refund?
