    @JioCare @reliancejio Really I am fed up of Jio Fiber services. They committed me speed but I am not even getting signals and they are still continuously trying to sell the new plans and products . Is there anyone who can help in this @JioCare

    Pathetic highly unreliable service and absolutely no physical presence on ground to support. Everything on remote automated responses which mean zilch. Pay money on time forget service seems to be motto of @reliancejio SHAME on the sham of service you provide

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India . Jio sending me so many sms. I have already opted Full DND. Why you are sending unwanted sms on daily basis and also PCN playing Before 5 day's from expiring plan. Please Suggest can i raise complaint in UCC. Don't want any Alert Massages.

    @JioCare I never used JP 594/- for last 5 months as I have iPhones.I do not have Jio phones.I have Airtel in my family and they refund plan amount immediately whenever there is an oversight.But Jio never seems to bother for the customersI feel sad from Jio

    @reliancejio Refund not given inspite of repeated requests. 4 days per month service not provided X 12 months service issues faced = 48 days of lack of service provided. 999 postpaid plus connection + 18% GST = 1179 per month. Refund calculation: 1179/30 X 48 = 1,886.

    @JioCare 4 days already are more than enough. I am out of patience & cooperation. Cabling is already done. Hardly matter of 20 minutes and scheduled appointment is 14 Aug. I will get connection from other service provider by tomorrow. Please close the connection and initiate the refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have opted for jiofibre service & I cancelled it within 30 days but I didn't receive my complete refund back as promised. They deducted 1000 Rs. Because your service engineers delayed in picking up the device that's not my fault so why will i bare charges?
