You know how many subscriber we have. They all have to provide high speed net. Your Thank you that your net speed is 6mbps but till date we have never used 2mbps speed.

Prices of data packs have been increased but the service is same (Network quality low, data buffering, noisy voice calls) . Many times called customer service, same response I got. We are fixing the problem.

For bigger ones there are always debit cards, NEFT & IMPS - I haven't done an RTGS yet - unfortunately don't do such big transactions! 🤣
