    @JioCare your installation team is bullshit..of panchkula,haryana 48 hrs and installation not done and power supply issue being stated since last 40 hours and still not resolved and they are ready to give money back as they cant do their job on time and just bahana .. poor JIO

    @reliancejio For the last about two months, there's almost no internet. No assurance, when the service will be restored. Jio just looting its customers. Will jio compensate us for our loss. Ambanis don't care, they have Powerful network in the government. Must surrender jio sims.

    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    @KVRAO_CIL @JioCare actually, @reliancejio big problem is high no of customers, jio is unable to handle so i think people should release some burden from Jio shoulders by porting no in other operator. everytime i complained about slow internet,network issue, CC told me that is bcoz high no of custmr

    @JioCare I'm really surprised to find Jio still asking me about the trouble, I am facing. It's same case that after listening to full Ramayan, one asks, 'who was Ram'. There are only two possibilities that either jio doesn't want to understand or doesn't have brain to understand.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @0Nita_ji @Asliambani I am using jio sim but in door connativity issue many of day's.if company not give any permanent solution so quite Jio sim from my mobile and use Airtel sim after ten day's kindly provide me batter service.

    Technician came on my offline complaint and he is not able to solve this issue. As it is back end issue not a technical work. If you are going to solve it in 1 day then i will accept otherwise I will disconnect it. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup #jio

    @JioCare I am deeply annoyed with the service I wnat my money back which I have paid you in advance for one year subscription. It is a clear cut case of Fraud of" Wrong Commitment "or we can say befooling people.

    @JioCare Because Jio authorities didn't pay heed to my complaint and never tried to show any interest in solving the issue, I have decided not to Recharge my Jio Sim anymore.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber your services are so - so bad in my area since 2023 it shows 5g but barely matches the speed of 3g is so so so bad I am so disappointed. A year ago we brought airfiber which worked fine till now and we are facing the same problems again ...

    @JioCare @JioCare Today my address was reconfirmed, but after that the entire day passed without delivery, activation or resolution. Advance payment was taken long ago, yet the SIM is still pending. Valuable validity/reservation time is being lost due to delays attributable to Jio. Customers deserve service, not endless follow-ups. Order No. NO00015F496T.

    Extremely disappointed with the experience from Jio. I ordered a new SIM and received a message that home delivery had been initiated under order NO0001DQZUNG. However, for the last 4 days, there has been no delivery. The assigned delivery executive, Manish (8950099986), either does not answer calls or disconnects them despite repeated attempts to contact him. What is even more frustrating is that I have also reached out to customer support, but there has been no meaningful assistance or resolution. A customer should not have to spend days chasing a delivery that was promised by the company. A simple callback, update, or alternate delivery arrangement would have prevented all this inconvenience. This experience has been time consuming, frustrating, and highly disappointing. Kindly arrange immediate delivery or initiate a refund without any further delay. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio
