    @JioCare I'm really surprised to find Jio still asking me about the trouble, I am facing. It's same case that after listening to full Ramayan, one asks, 'who was Ram'. There are only two possibilities that either jio doesn't want to understand or doesn't have brain to understand.

    @reliancejio rather than promising offers and vochers, u guys need to work on network connectivity for your customers. Simply saying that you can email us, or can raise the appeal with Appellate focus on giving the quality which you promised on day 1 to all 120 million customers

    @KVRAO_CIL @JioCare actually, @reliancejio big problem is high no of customers, jio is unable to handle so i think people should release some burden from Jio shoulders by porting no in other operator. everytime i complained about slow internet,network issue, CC told me that is bcoz high no of custmr

    I paid for a ₹200 Jio recharge that promises 15 OTT apps & 1000+ TV channels, but NOTHING is working. Prime login is also not activating. I’ve already raised a complaint 2 days ago and still no resolution. This is unacceptable. Ref No: BROOODM91R7M Fix this immediately @JioCare
