@reliancejio Last month it took 10 days for ur engineers to repair my connection. it's only been 2 months since i took this connection and fibre wire has been cut 4 times. How much pain would u like to give to ur customer. I'll go to consumer court if this is not sorted this time

So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

@JioCare Problem of gettin msgs of missed calls is 4m n likewise COULD'NT CONNECT problem is with almost all number. Hwevr calling was available with my alternate BSNL number not having Volte netwrk. Restartin phone or putting phone to flight mode for sometime clears dis problem.
