But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

How much pain would u like to give to ur customer. I'll go to consumer court if this is not sorted this time

The wifi and tv failed soon after installation and I have had called the customer care 5 times, still they are not raising the issue. Now I can't even call on that number. I somehow managed to call one of the past engineers directly and pleaded them to fix the issue. One more time the issue occurs and I shall throw away your connection.
