  @reliancejio Last month it took 10 days for ur engineers to repair my connection. it's only been 2 months since i took this connection and fibre wire has been cut 4 times. How much pain would u like to give to ur customer. I'll go to consumer court if this is not sorted this time

  So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

  @JioCare After five visit of five different engineer, my issue is still not resolved. Now i don,t want to continue support from JIO. One of the worst and pathetic customer experience I have ever faced. Really pathetic. All JIO engineers are running out from support to resolve the query.
