@JioCare Couldn't reply due to connectivity issue until reached to local wifi zone. FYI. There are approximately 200 to 300 users in my office who are suffering with the connectivity issue since last 2 weeks. Most probably they would bare for a week more. Rest all you can understand.

@JioCare @reliancejio my fibre is not working from past 3days and i lodged complain vide SR00001H29MT and a technician Asif Ansari visited on 28th Jan but forgot to bring the wire and hence said to come today. entire day passed by and nobody turn up so far! Jio is heading where?

Since there's no response to the above complaint, I believe that customer respect is a last priority of @JioCare . Also, there's no luck on Request number SR00001GW3TU. Hence, I'll port my number to Airtel on 19th February giving enough time to porting process before plan expiry.

Call received from @reliancejio number +912235071583 where Sagar was on the other side. He called for my port out request. His tone was absolutely to insult me as I am going out. Is this the standard Reliance Jio follow for their customer.@JioCare

@reliancejio is in the business of doing fraud these days. One of it's salesperson sold jio fiber service to be and then the same day in the evening the people who install it said that it is not available in my area. It has been 1 month and I haven't received the refund. #fraud

Jio service in Ballia, UP is getting worst, we are taking the unlimited plan but unlimited plan of JIO is worst than the Airtel/ Vodafone 99 plan. From last 2 days we even not able to talk on the phone by using JIO service. @reliancejio @JioCare

Unstable speed by jio everytime fluctuating and whenever i call them they just transfer the call to technical team then they send updates to my router and this process is continuing for 1 week!! Bad Service, Bad Support even because of this i missed an online exam @JioCare
