    @JioCare I have given porting request of my prepaid mobile number 7021368904 to vodafone on 2nd May. Despite passage of 10 days , request of porting still pending at Jio. The reason of porting being poor connectivity issues at Kolshet Road, Thane west.

    @reliancejio @JioCare there are almost 5 to 6 connections of Jio in my family alone and none are getting even decent internet speed at my home address. Request you immediate attention your contact center has been a big disappointment they absolutely do not have any resolution.

    @JioCare Im un happy & sorry to declare to shift our two jio sims to other operator as after our very early annual recharges done in Nov.2021 which r yet to start 26th.Jan & 10feb2022.All of sudden ,signal gone zero. I changed the both sims We got many assurances but all in vain

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is very poor network speed in kolwa, dist. Dausa. Its like we are using a 2G network. Maximum people using JIO, but it is totally wastes of money and thinking to switch in Airtel, pls look into the matter. My mob No. is 9414955674
