    @JioCare There doesn't seem to be any customer care number for customers to reach out. The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

    @JioCare We use jio that's u harassing us...?????so I don't want this jio who don't have value of customer time.....who want money before three days of due date..who are beggers who demand money in every morning.....if u want this keep it in option why u do its mandatory

    @JioCare I didnt get any help to start my old jio number lost . I think u dont think old mobile is ever useful . I am really helpless now after so many teeet and jio store visit i really am tired . I lost all hopes now. Such a helpless service by jio
