The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

After multiple calls and emails the connection was terminated and after a two months the equipment was returned to my location and then collected by the jio ground team as well. And after that I was promised a refund for failed service
