Message from @reliancejio states that Roaming Services in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh are NOT available for prepaid users and for Numbers migrated from Prepaid to Postpaid using My Jio app or website, instructing us to visit a nearest Jio Store to convert from Prepaid to Postpaid.
