@JioCare I stay in Mumbai.. there already is JioFiber in my area. My pin 400604. Maybe the area manager is least bothered now probably cause of substantial customer pipeline.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Nice way of harassing customers by calling from various number for new schemes on which DND Is activated. First give proper range and proper connectivity to the customers and solve there network issue🤨 @reliancejio is the only option now🤨

@JioCare There’s no number showing on my screen not even able to receive that call with headphones then how i had conversation with that number. There is no option to receive or hang up that calls only phone was ringing and disconnected automatically

@ViCustomerCare you guys have shitty service man. I have been a very old customer and pay a premium for ur services but I am seriously looking at switching to either @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio for sheer better connectivity. I have been struggling with ur call drops.

I have raised a request SR000013TEP7 on 26th Jan at around 5:30 PM for not being able to make outgoing calls and access mobile data but it's been around 48 hrs still there is no resolution to it. Haven't expected such a pathetic service for @reliancejio @JioCare
