@JioCare Wow thanks for your concern 🙌🏻 Very huge company giving such silly answer, why amount cannot be reverse ?? Jio company don’t have right to fetch back the recharge??? If customer already having 1 recharge then other 1 will be queue only so why can’t we get back that? @JioCare

@JioCare Usually the issue gets resolved within 2 days or the next day at best. Doesn't work for someone who needs to stay online 24/7. A 24 hour response doesn't count as a quick resolution, its mediocre at best which i didnt expect from Jio.

@JioCare My device is Xiaomi 10T5G, which supports all 5G bands, still on My Jio and website it says unsupported device. Kindly look into the matter and fix it. So, that people like me, with 5G can use Jio 5G on their devices.

@JioCare I dont think we can turn this around because the service is not streamlined enough that the company can sort issues on time. Raising a service request is a bit of a hassle, the local guys dont pick up the call and the engineer comes whenever he wants to. Tried it a few times.
