@JioCare @reliancejio When will it be my area's turn from across the country? I have been waiting and asking for help since last three years but I am not getting any resolution yet. All of India is using 5G networks now and I don't even have 4G network here! Shame on you for fooling the public.

@JioCare Wow thanks for your concern 🙌🏻 Very huge company giving such silly answer, why amount cannot be reverse ?? Jio company don’t have right to fetch back the recharge??? If customer already having 1 recharge then other 1 will be queue only so why can’t we get back that? @JioCare

@JioCare Almost half the day has passed but my Wi-Fi hasn’t been restored nor any service engineer has turned up to look into my problem. I have decided to terminate my jio fibre subscription from next month. Switching to Airtel then.
