    @reliancejio there is no network in any area of my home.. After recharging with heavy amount I am not even able to send a Singh text email. That is how your service in our area. Your chat box people measure my speed and tell me that I have very good strength

    @JioCare Your customer care is a bloody joke. I am trying to get a remote replaced for 2 months and no one responds. I am unable to get the mails as my Pop3 and SMTP servers don’t work and NO ONE in JioCare cares!!! Shame on you!

    Poor Network of Jio in Andhra Pradesh Executive capital Area i.e Visakhapatnam/Bakkannapalem(PIN 530048). Issue raised with customer care but not resolved. Now again raised complaint (MR0000WIWTHF). Let's hope for the best @JioCare
