    @reliancejio @reliancegroup Could you please explain, how come MyJio app allows deactivated numbers to be recharged. I had an old number recharged with 127rs data plan, the amount was debited, and sim was recharged. But internet was not working.

    @JioCare Before every call a customer makes till recharge is done?! Is that OK with you @JioCare !! Once or twice in a day, is enough. Call drop is another problem customers are facing. @reliancejio services are getting poorer day by day. Irritating reminders make it more disturbing.

    @JioCare @MuqueemJerry First satisfy existing customers .Your customer service is poor. They want to solve all problems sitting in AC rooms. No technician visits site. In late evening Engg remains abscent.
