It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

Hey @ViCustomerCare why is it compulsion 4 customer to go post paid for 3 month if any want to port in from other operator . Visit your Chembur naka store for port out from @reliancejio to @ViCustomerCare they said I have to go 4 post paid for first 3 month ?

@JioCare Sorry to say that the Jio network is not working properly and the internet service is also miserable. This poor internet connection making us to shift to our old partner @Airtel_Presence . Please do something.

@JioCare Booked a Jio fiber connection on 23 Oct and was told that the same will be installed in 24 hrs. The connection is not yet installed and nobody reached out to me for connection. Pls resolve, registered a complaint as well on customer care no but no help. Very poor service

@JioCare This is inform you to condition of jio network is worst in my area since 15 day I had called jio care but there is no development in network please resolve the issue or I have to move Airtel which is good in my area.

@reliancejio @JioCare You are my ISP. & For more than a fortnight your IP which I believe is a public one is having issues. Cannot send emails, they get bounced also Google server not accepting them & rejects it. Quickly resolve this pls. DM for details

@JioCare if customer due to mistake recharge his jiofiber connection twice in a day for same number and jio refuses to put the 2nd connection on que or refund .Why so harsh punishment to him or her will management have a review of this case
