    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @JioCare I just want someone to give a visit... Dats all.. If it's possible then OK otherwise I have to surrender all the jio connections I have... If u cannot provide service o have other options too.

    @shubhamHarit4 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare Hello team why the network speed is decreased when the prepaid plan is not expired it feels like harrasing without punishment so plz look into this

    @JioCare @reliancejio Horrible service provider. When I have a outage of internet service provided by you and scheduled an appointment for today, your system postponed it by 48hrs. What should I do? Change the service provider? This is 3rd complain within a month. Horrific.

    @ViCustomerCare Funny how you guys never cease to dissapoint your patrons !!!! Its easier to get duplicate @reliancejio Pre paid Sim than get my duplicate @ViCustomerCare Post paid sim ! Reaching new heights everyday in making a mockery of what we call customer service !!!!!

    @JioCare Thanks for the response. When we visited last they found the DoB record is different between adhaar and jio database. They could not proceed. Is there a solution for it?
