It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

@JioCare @reliancejio having a really bad experience with Jio Fiber. Not able to access major services like Twitter, Hotstar, Amazon, Flipkart. Raised multiple service tickets, they're closing the tickets without even reaching out. Raised 2 tickets today both of them are closed.
