    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing slow internet every day, regardless of my location. Your customer care says it may take 4 months to resolve. Why should customers keep paying for poor service and wait this long for a fix? Please address this urgently.

    @reliancejio why a customer has to followup cst care to redeem a voucher, currently it's not happening,I got on advance payment of 6months of my jio fiber but voucher not getting redeemed, ideally it should given automatically as extra validity,else its just troubling.

    @JioCare Your helpline doesn’t work and just shows pre recorded messages. We have been suffering from past 3 days, there is no network and you don’t even bother. Paise maangne toh sabse pehle message kar dete ho. Pathetic service. PATHETIC

    Dear @amazonpay & @JioCare, I made a ₹299 Jio recharge through Amazon Pay, but it is still showing “Mobile Recharge Pending”. The amount has already been deducted, but the recharge has not been completed. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @MIB_India i am using JIO prepaid, when data pack is utilised before due date, then why normal sms services are stop coming, we are connected on wifi network. What is the reason for blocking sms? Is it legal way of blocking. Recharge due date not crossed yet.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio Still no resolution. Instead of resolving the issue, your team is just playing the email game. I'm paying for the service every month but I'm not able to use it properly due to frequent disconnections. Either fix it immediately or process my cancellation and refund.
