It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

Jio network is worst. I talked to cx care executive for network issue and they told me to fill survey after the call. But i am unable to open the survey link which is sent by jio. Before activating 5G kindly improve ur 4G. @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima @MukeshAmbani06

@JioCare @reliancejio why jio fiber isn't working from 28 hrs our whole area is facing this issue and if we call helpline they say that it will be on within 2 hrs.I have been calling them 28.Its above 24 hrs and from my plan one day has been wasted without use.This how Jio works.

@VishnuPadia They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved my 5 nos to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare
