    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @reliancejio I need invoices for the payment receipt nos. TB00000K40YL dated Feb. 2, 2021 and TB00000M3QD2 dated March 7, 2021. Each payment is in the amount of Rs. 1178.82. I was never provided any invoice for these transactions. (1/2)

    @SameerKhunti @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber team don't understand problem of customers. After installing they don't listen to your problem. My internet was not working and it got resolved after 3 days and for that I called customer care multiple times. Also I pleaded to the jio fiber booking guy. #WorstService
