It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

@JioCare @JioCare it's been a week and I haven't even been provided with a status update. All I ask for is to relocate my connection from one street to another or refund my money for annual plan. You people provided assurance about your service when I took the connection(pathetic).😫🤬😤

@reliancejio seems jio does not want new customer l contact jio customer for porting my number , but with out any visit to my home the request was closed.
