    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @JioCare A map shown and updated regularly on what area has been covered by jio fiber would help. And just to inform Jio fiber hasn't even come in THE WHOLE Goa state yet so idk how buildings are being concerned here

    @JioCare I recharged my phone yesterday and my internet is not working with my active plan. customer care employee told me there is weak signal in my area, I am using JIO here since 2 yrs, what exactly has happened yesterday! Looking for an immediate action.

    @JioCare I had made a request to relocate my Jio Fiber connection on the 02nd May-22. But till date it is yet to happen and everyday am given false commitments by your Customer support that the same will happen the next day !!!!! Can you help me with a definite timeline ?
