It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

No one shouuld take JioFibre connection. The after sale service of Jio is extremely poor. I have no wifi access since 27th June.I am trying for the last 6 days but I am not getting any resolution. The technicians are extremely unprofessional. @JioCare #extremepoorservice

@reliancejio Reliance jio is the most ignornant company I've ever see. For the past one year internet speed has gone from bad to worst . Whenever I complain about the speed they say there are many users in my Area. Guys all users have paid money and you have taken money . So why this excuse?

@reliancejio I have sought a clear clarity on what happens to the amount I paid as Pre-on-Post of INR 555. No conclusive answer, no customer care, however, every 5 mins I receive calls from recovery agents, that's how customer friendly Jio is !

@singersrinivas @airtelindia See they don't even care to reply, what's the use of the SIM if there is no network. Time to port, upgrade to Jio @Jiocare
