    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @JioCare Kindly read my statement again, since last 3 days I have been given appointed for installation each day but no one comes and then new date is given. What is the use of you guys giving appointment for installation when your guys never turn up.

    @JioCare Already three month passed i have ordered for jio fiber i haven't got the connection yet n from ur end there no proper response n no proper update 😡 has DM ur team so many times but still my issue is never resolved Your service has became worthless

    @JioCare Why don't you tell us all what the problem is? It's been 4 days, & without resolving it you send SMS twice that the problem is resolved. Even appellate is sleeping. Where will the consumer go? To your competitors. @airtelindia #XstreamFiber Mumbai.

    @BAbhijith31 @JioCare @reliancejio Should I be waiting for JioFiber to settle down here or go for Other Services? What's your opinion? Because I heard that news nearly about an year ago to have JioFiber in Our area.
