    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @JioCare 3 days internet Is down and no one to solve the problem! Only sevice numbers but no technical support! The service request number is SR000016I2S6.
