  It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

  @JioCare Every time I schedule an engineer visit for a specific slot, the engineer either does not arrive during that slot, visits before the scheduled time without coordination, or simply puts the service request on hold.

  @JioCare My Jio Home Wifi has a plan pack with Speed of 159 mbps , Nowadays it is not even showing 50 mbps i have taken assistance from multiple calls and even raised a service request but they resolved the request without even coming .... Please resolve this Jio ....

  @kanth_mayur The system doesn't work. I m in NCR for a short period & wanted to install jio fiber net . There was no port available; I have to now rely on Jio air fiber, which is typically meant for remote villages , jungles, mountains . Such is situation of Delhi NCR. @JioCare
