    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Adding to the concern, the assigned technician informed me that no service would be provided on Sunday and allegedly asked for money if I wanted service on Sunday. Despite multiple appointments and follow-ups, Jio has failed for service

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber What kind of services do you provide? I have put a relocation request for fiber & hv paid for the relocation but none of your representatives hv contacted? D date was yesterday only. Pls resolve this asap or hv to get another service provider.

    @JioCare They provide the worst service. not providing internet to my area for like a week no customer support , only chatbots for customer Abs **** company No one should use @reliancejio and @JioCare

    My work has been impacted and my time has been wasted. If this is the level of service Airtel provides, I will be disconnecting my fiber connection and moving to @reliancejio or @BSNLCorporate. Extremely disappointed.
