It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

@sunitajagadeba @reliancejio People may get access to high speed internet connection by putting the umbrella of radiation for the kids, will suffers the most. People are now so much money minded that I feel bad about we don't get the right support with in the system even if we are part of it. #RelianceJio

The behaviour at jio stores by their store managers and staff is horrible. I went to one today, rather than solving my prob, the staff told me to port my number to other telecom service. @JioCare your employees are doing the work for your compeitiors.

@JioCare @reliancejio i have registered a complaint yesterday my wifi is not working under SR00001CENY8, no one has turned up yet , and when I spoke to jio care they said someone Danish visited at 1.30 at updated that my premise was closed, without even visit how is it possible

@JioCare Issue with my JioFibre connection.. It's been more than 30 hours. Poor service. Raised support tickets two times, engineer not visited in assigned slots. No calls or follow ups from engineers.
