    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @JioCare I asked your site engineer to cancel my recharge, not cancel my connection. I'm asking you again, are you refusing to provide me services In lieu of the money I've paid ? If yes, I'll simply raise a complaint with the consumer forum.

    @Ravisutanjani @JioCare All looks rosey but reality is that even after having Jio fiber connection am not able to watch single match after first day . Seems the infra is scaled down. Tried with different internet connection same issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare pathetic services I have been trying to recharge from the Jio store and my money was deducted many times but no recharge was successful for the Jio plan. It’s jio’s services which are getting poorer everyday. Hope this reaches to them now cause no help.

    @JioCare Net connection is too much slow in our area even vedio calls couldn't gets connected nor we can pick up the call rest is futile exercise
