    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @reliancejio @JioCare and I am using this number from last fifteen years in Airtel and more than one year ago I Ported my Airtel number to Jio, never knowing that suddenly my number will be invalid one day without any reason. The above mentioned number is linked to my 2/3

    @reliancejio @JioCare Good Evening! Suddenly my Jio number 9906780012 got invalid at around 08:30 pm. When I called you customer care executive, he told me that my number is not existing in our system. Even my Jio number got disappeared from jio app also. I am a businessman1/2
