It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

@AnanthSuresh3 @JioCare Bro it took me a great hassle to finally get 5g first activated on my number and then there was a problem still with 5g network availability, however from last weekend suddenly I started having 5g network on my device but yes it took me around 2-3 weeks atleast to get this done

@JioCare is honestly the worst isp customer care service I’ve encountered. Just got relocated to a new house 100 meters away from the older. Raised a relocation request on previous Sunday, they told me they’d check if my location was serviceable, which I confirmed by asking

@DoT_India Thanks Sir, We have seen these Network service providers only provide services from where they can maximize the revenue like in individual Flats.We have both operator @Airtel_Presence & @JioCare But they don't bother to give good coverage in Basements areas apart from individuals

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio - my issue is resolved. But from my experience just a normal connector change caused more than 24 hours. Due to this internet was down.was told that it would take 48 hours to resolve. would suggest to resolve the availability issue of engineer at earliest.
