    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my no. got deactivated I want to reclaim that no. as it's my old no. Plz help me with the process. Also if a no. is deactivated it should not be issued to anyone for atleast 90 days so that orignal owner can reclaim it as their no.'s are important for ppl.

    @JioCare order no :-No00015dl2f9, o ordered sim and that is the order no, it was supposed to b delivered by Saturday, till now no response , a request no was given :- sr1234034f98l , is now showing doesn’t exist. Plz help

    @JioCare @JioCare Booking done on 15 April, today is 27 April β€” 12 days with no installation. This is unacceptable. Delay is due to your ODU stock issue. Please escalate, arrange ODU from nearby and confirm installation within 24 hours. No more generic replies.

    @JioCare @JioCare Re-opening request is not a resolution. Please share exact installation date & time and confirm ODU availability. This issue is already delayed for 10+ days due to your stock problem. Kindly escalate to senior team and ensure installation is completed within 24–48 hours.
