It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

@reliancejio Hello can someone pls stop those covid announcements before every call. Its getting irritating now. Can't hear the same thing over and over for 2 years straight. Customer care not providing any assistance. Very poor service in that scenario.

@JioCare He is look like given all the excuses on the name of the process but does not seems to be customer satisfaction oriented , and very bad behaviour as a service manager he cannot be talk like this , we are organization and we do not expect such response from a service provider

@airtelindia Why you even try to offer unlimited high-speed data when it's not your cup of tea. Im finding very difficult to survive on your network connectivity. Half of the time it's not providing internet. Looking forward to switch to @reliancejio #poorservice
