It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Yes I have done porting to jio. Waiting for jio network to appear on phone. Jio is telling it will take 3 days to complete port process. This was due to irrelevant response from Airtel. I hope jio would not disappoint me

3 days more than 10 agents and still no solution from @JioCare @reliancejio . Disappointing. I cannot use my banking system as my Jio sim number has no network due to IR pack is in upcoming plan. Not a single Jio agents knows how to activate it. Such a shame!
