It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

Worst maintenance and repair service. The guy made a fool out of my mom since i was not available at home. The guy came for repair and did nothing took the otp and closed the service request. I have again made a new service request but still no response. @JioFibre @reliancejio

@JioCare jio number was used for years but deactivated on 25th Jul for zero usage, Mr.Manjunath customer care manager not responded positively & asking proofsof, @JioCare @reliancejio bad customer service, I believe Jio will sort out the issue immediately.

@JioCare Sorry Jio...i cannot trust you. I have surrendered my Jio fiber connection and device was picked up on 28th June. I have taken a new Jio fiber connection in UP. Now your customer care is extending the dates for deposit refunds. First it was 15 July, then 25 July and then 1st Aug
