    Today is my xm from 2 PM. & @reliancejio your network is down from morning. This happens from several months. So what should I do now? Service is soo poor, that the customer care doesn't response. I also tweet this from my friends internet connection VI.@MukeshAmbanima @JioCare

    @reliancejio It has been more than 36 hours since we've lost our #JioFibre connection. There has been no kind of intimation from your part whatsoever. Customer care completely unresponsive. Really lousy service. Extremely disappointing experience.

    @reliancejio hi this my order number CO0000AUV396. For Uninstall my Jiofiber device which i have raised on 25th of February 2021 but today is 24th of March 2021 but still it has not been picked up.and when ever i am calling your customer care they are only rescheduling
