It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

Jio: Do you have bad network?? Me: Yeah, but i don't know why? Jio: It's because of me lol. Pay the money and i wouldn't provide you anything. Really disappointed because of @reliancejio ..I am using it only because I have recharged it for one year. @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare I am following up for 4 months for reversal of charges with the latest ticket SR00001F1BW0. I have informed your customer service that I need my connection terminated if the issue is not resolved before the next bill is generated. Worst customer service

What is wrong with the Jio network after 5g?! Incoming calls aren't visible on my phone even though the call goes through for the other person on the line. Causing too many inconveniences & misunderstandings. Not to mention the pathetic internet speed. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @devmurari Yes a lot of my colleagues are having jio fiber they are encountering the same issue. When connected with the office vpn with another network it's working. But with jio it's not working.

@JioCare what an internet speed we are getting on Jio 4G internet. Even a single whatsapp sms take minutes to send. And now I am going to port my number. I have complaint about it many times but no solution. @reliancejio @TRAI
