    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @JioCare Stop fooling people. If this is the case then I would have received update from your so called backend team but no, they believe in closing tickets by lying that customer didn’t answered. I have opened almost 6 complaints since March’22 and every case is getting closed

    @JioCare Still the problem is not solved and due to this not meeting the urgent work and losing reputation damage I have ported my JIO number to Airtal and if you are not able to solve the JIO fiber problem then I will cancel the fiber connection. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @srinarayanapu What's the point if you are unable to get the service you pay for, I feel you should upgrade to @JioCare they are the best

    @JioCare Soon means when..As said non of you are know the issue and putting efforts for resolution. You just replying as social media people are looking your inefficiency. Come with specific plan of resolution and sending usual message @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @JioCare - raised SR00001BF5WH for the voucher issue on 29th May, till now no response and more over they closed the ticket with out any confirmation however we have reopened the same, ask them to resolve the issue as soon as possible?

    @SurajCreative The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare
