    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @JioCare Am facing this issue on every device and on every website or application. I have raised the issue 7 times your are engineers are not able to identify the issues even they have seen the issue happening in front of themselves

    @JioCare You have wrong information, In my building only I'm facing the issue, 3days back your engineer told me that the router is faulty and need to replace the same. Still no one came to replace it.

    Today is the last day of my JioFiber subscription @reliancejio @JioCare. My JioFiber service request has been rescheduled again and again for the last 3 days. I’m going to tear apart my JioFiber box tomorrow and make sure that nobody around my home has a subscription. Request ID: SR00002KSNJM"

    @JioCare Pathetic service from Jio. Jio Fiber down since 30Hrs, no response even after repeated complaints. Customers deserve better than this negligence. Fix this NOW. @reliancejio

    Hello! @JioCare @reliancejio Urgent Request to Restore My Jio Number My Jio number XXXXXXXXXX was asking for re-verification as per government instructions. I first completed the re-verification through the MyJio app, and it showed that the process was successful. However, after some time, it again started asking for re-verification. Then I visited a Jio Service Center and completed the re-verification again. It was also successful there, but the issue continued. On 5 February 2026, my number was completely disconnected. After that, I again visited the service center, and they informed me that the number cannot be reactivated unless a Tag Code is generated. I contacted Reliance Jio customer care, and they told me that I would receive the Tag Code within 24 hours so I could get my SIM reactivated. However, even after waiting more than 24 hours, I have still not received any Tag Code. The company is not providing it, and my number is very important to me. I request immediate help to restore my number as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio Since March ticket is raised. But JIo team is not fixing the fiber issue. The ticket is also getting closed. DMing ghr registered mobile. Please take immediate action. If questions asked they ask to cancel the connection. Is it the service jio is running?#jiofiber

    @Airtel_Presence What the hell is happening had raised a complaint for connectivity issue escalation team had called saying the issue was escalated for billing and international roam and also no mention of manager misbehaving also no one has called me for network issue time to move to @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio’s modus operandi - call customer care, they take 30 mins to do whatever troubleshot & then try transfertech team who are mostly busy. If tech team is busy, the cust care can’t even raise SR. Even if you get SR raised after much of brain drain, it’s closed without resolution
