    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @JioCare Ur question”name of the device” itself shows the in-depth knowledge of ur cust support. It’simmaterial, the internet isn’t working & 5 times I have called ur team by now u should have registered the complaint, shared with me the SR# and send a technician..pathetic @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Are you fraud or what why are you sending me same message again and again. If you can't solve problem then tell me or I will make a grievance against you. Already engineer visit is scheduled so how I reschedule and what is meaning of rescheduling when engineer is not visiting

    @JioCare booked a jio fiber connection in my wife's name. Payment made on 8th June. Installation not yet done. Contacted the staff who handled sales. No response. Not lifting calls. Tried help through jio care, even after repeated requests..

    @JioCare Dear Jio, my Fiber & TV were down for 3 days. Every time I tried to raise a ticket, I was only shown a "wide outage in your area" message, so no engineer was assigned. On Day 3, an engineer finally visited and found a cut fiber cable on my rooftop, which was fixed in minutes.

    @reliancejio horrible experience with multiple jio air fiber connections today. Complaints cancelled not serviced, no engineer vists for installation even after begging, jio setup box taken away by engineer saying a new set of router and setup box you will receive

    @Airtel_Presence Right now my service has been down since yesterday. I cannot tolerate this anymore and this is the last time I have called 121. Next time I will terminate Airtel and probably move to @reliancejio

    @Siddharth_lol @JioCare @reliancejio My friend was also facing similar issue. He simply broken the JioFibre box hanging outside on a electric pole. It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.
