    It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Request ID is SR00001EI9V5. My internet has been down for the last 7 days. After experiencing your pathetic customer service, I request you cancel my services and refund the amount for this month. Terrible experience with Jio. Don't buy their services.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice This is regarding my service request no SR00001EKHF2 for jiofibre connection issue. I have booked a slot for 1-2pm dt 14.10.22 but my resolution slot deferred to 16.10.22 without making my call to me.

    What is this rubbish Network service from JIO . Internet is not working, I had recharged for 2GB/day not even 500MB is used daily. Very low speed. @reliancejio #5G

    @JioCare My jio Fiber STB remote is not working complaints but still no action yet. Service engineer assigned for that but no any visited. Kindly do the needful as I am unable to see anything. @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what is the use of taking Airtel black when I can't get good service? I had raised a complaint 3 days ago and your hard working engineers are still on their way it seems! Should have gone ahead and taken @reliancejio connection with 3 months free 🤔

    @JioCare @XiaomiIndia @OoredooCare hello, My main problem is to solve it. My sim is of Jio Rajasthan India. Currently I am Qatar. Jio network also comes here. But I am not able to use google pay or phonepay here. Can't connect bank account, otp doesn't received. Thanks
