It's been 1 month our locality is facing this problem. Your services are turning really disgusting. The Network strength is not even the half now. Even the WhatsApp messages take time to be sent. I hope you fix this network problem soon @reliancejio or we are switching the other.

@JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Nothing works on jio care for relocation. iOS app, webpage, call centre etc. With great difficulty managed with android phone. Managed to register CO0000EZAAJ8 but their team says cannot execute. Totally hopeless service.

@reliancejio, My Jio no plan will end on 6-Oct-21, but from last two days I'm getting reminder messsage before making any call."Your plan is about to expire" Giving reminder is okay, but before all calls making frustate. At emergency situation its become problem. Try SMS reminder

@JioCare Dear @JioCare, we are getting assurance on network signal issue only. Your rep Mr. Navdeep Kaushik (M.#7015686009) conducted survey almost one year back. We are ready to provide space for Jio Tower, but there is no concrete result so far. Hope to get installed tower soon.
