@JioCare Having a nightmare with jio fiber. After telling me my recharge was unsuccessful through sms and that my amount will be refunded in 7/10 days, they decided to activate that plan when i had already sucessful started another.. so now i have two consecutive plans, HORRIBLE

My brother stuck in Dubai just coz we believe in jio International roaming 1102 rs package and we didn't get any call facilities from this even your customer care not support us one of ur member is not actually have knowledge about this pkg @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare Several times calling to jio customer care then connected but after few times it had been disconnected. If my bill will be changed properly then ok,otherwise I'll be complain to TRAI.
