    @reliancejio @JioCare In Navtolia, Gharari, Mirganj, Purnia, Bihar, Jio's calling and internet is very poor and slow for 2 consecutive years. Which is a permanent problem of 500 Jio users. It is requested to fix it as soon as possible.Thanks

    @reliancejio Sir we are being trouble from last two three days regarding installation of our jiofiber we have done the recharge and none of the people are attending are phone call now hoping to be favourable and waiting for your response as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Today I found jiofiber is blinking red i.e out of service. So service requested but earliest available date is tomorrow, 2.1.2023. This means a whole day I have to wait. Why jio service is so bad?
