    @reliancejio 🚨 Severe network issue in JULJULI, Kishanganj, Bihar (PIN: 855107) for 6+ months! Zero internet & constant call drops. We urgently need a new tower here. Our entire village is frustrated and ready to port to Airtel if not fixed ASAP. Pls resolve!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Unable to schedule an engineer visit for my non working jio air fibre . Engineer came today resolved the issue but same problem I am facing in the evening. Kindly help as its hampering my work otherwise I will switch to another service provider

    @JioCare Even after 8 hrs from reaching out to u guys online, still issue perists. Getting an updated msg that technician visit is scheduled for 2pm??? WTH IS THIS?? You keep extending ETA without any update? Been more than 3/4 days without internet, what's happening?

    In big 2026 @JioCare cannot arrange an immediate slot to an engineer to check the interrupted internet service, the waiting period is 2 whole days, this is for using their highest service plan.
