    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @MUKESHAMBANl in my locality, we are unable to use Jio mobile Internet service due to very poor network. Kindly improve internet speed in Assam, otherwise we'll change our connection to @airtelindia

    @reliancejio i am having a lot of problem with connectivity. People often tell me my phone is coming switched off when it isn't. I frequently do not get service when I'm dialing out. Just letting you know that I've finally decided to port out. Your service is pathetic. @JioCare

    @JioCare My phone got stolen recently and this morning I got myself issued a new SIM card of my previous number. The executive told me that it‘ll get activated within 4hrs. It has been well over 8hrs since issue, and I’m still not able to make calls. Please look into it ASAP
