Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @MUKESHAMBANl in my locality, we are unable to use Jio mobile Internet service due to very poor network. Kindly improve internet speed in Assam, otherwise we'll change our connection to @airtelindia

@JioCare @rya_anurag Jio care appears to be following the same standards as BSNL OR MTNL as far as the custome care is concenend. they did not work on assiging a new technician after the first technician escalated the issue

@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, I am in touch with priority care team & shared bank account details on 22-july, they assured refund within 3 days but i am still waiting for a refund which was supposed to be given almost 3 months back. Pathetic customer care !! @DoT_India

@airtelindia , repeated and concurrent disruption of #AirtelXstream WiFi. Despite complaint of n no of times the disruption is still prevalent. Hoping to switch to @reliancejio now.
