    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @MUKESHAMBANl in my locality, we are unable to use Jio mobile Internet service due to very poor network. Kindly improve internet speed in Assam, otherwise we'll change our connection to @airtelindia

    I applied for jio fiber on July 28. They called me right away, took my payment. But it is now Aug 1 nd the Jio fiber is still not installed. @RelianceJio @reliancegroup @RelianceDigital is very good at taking money Bt no service is provided. Plz refund my money ASAP.

    @JioCare The biggest problem is that you simply marked the complaint as completed without even asking from the customer whether the problem is resolved or not or at least you could have informed that complaint is completed but it seems you guys give recorded answer every time.

    @aashuderiya We are always at your service. You will find all the answers to your queries under the FAQ section in your JioPOS Lite App. Once you open the App, on the main screen itself, towards the bottom, you will find the JioCare segment. The SMS that you have received has a video (1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio next day valsad jio fiber branch representative Mr. Rajiv has told me that he will be compenset my chair cost i.e. 300/-only. but nobody has contact after that. today i hv call to jio helpline but your representative nt launch complaint.please do the needful
