    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @MUKESHAMBANl in my locality, we are unable to use Jio mobile Internet service due to very poor network. Kindly improve internet speed in Assam, otherwise we'll change our connection to @airtelindia

    I have faceing heavy network problem 24 hours.. Less then 512 kbps download speed remain 24 hours. No network coverage many times. Its a serious network issue for me.. @JioCare @reliancejio @PMLUCKNOW

    @JioCare @apradeepchwdary What I don't understand is that why do you need personal information to rectify faults in the network? If you look at the screen shot with focus you notice the coordinates of the location. Send your technical team to investigate. This is the simple solution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare since last 5 days customer service is just asking to restart modem.Nothing else. Am I hear to waste my time for restarting the devices every hour. why don't you replace the modem or send some knowledgeable engineer on site.
