    @JioCare It appears the JioFiber service team has mastered the art of excuses rather than resolutions. Even after 4 days, my service remains down, while the only update is “our engineers are working on it.” Truly impressive levels of inefficiency for a premium service.

    Worst experience with Fiber internet so far. The service is unreliable, and customer support is practically non-existent. Complaints remain unresolved for days, and getting a meaningful response feels impossible. Very frustrating experience. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare I will never recommend Jio services to anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service. They were very responsive until the payment was made, but after taking the money, they completely disappeared. Extremely disappointing experience

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed. My JioFiber set-top box has not been working, and despite raising a complaint 4 days ago, no technician has contacted me and no update has been provided. JioFiber service no: 6182317807. Please resolve this urgently.
