    @JioCare My jiofiber is not working .Frustrated with the customer service. The customer service assures you that problem will be solved within 24 hrs and without resolving the issue after 24hrs complaint is closed and again they relaunch a new complaint. It is an endless process.

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @TRAI i want to cancel the istallisation fiber as the engineers said the casket is full in my area so take action against these executive they are not responding in customer care not cancelling it also and not refunding money just playing with the money

    @JioCare Called your customer care multiple times each time was told the engineer is on his way. Now I am told it is rescheduled for tomorrow. Isn't this too much. Such fantastic internet service but you are spoiling the name of Reliance. @reliancejio
