    @Airtel_Presence very poor & pathetic service. Xtream connection not stable, very frequent service down for maintenance. Overall highly dissatisfied within 5months of using @airtelindia Earlier I used @reliancejio not a single problem for 2years.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber my connection is not installer yet, you have charged me for all 6 months and 2 days no service no calls no engineer alotted when I call sales person they say the wait is from Jio team as no service

    @JioCare Absolutely pathetic,no concern for customer's privacy, Jio mobile number 9827392685 notification being sent to others email IDs. Only assurance is given and no corrective action taken.

    Thank you so much airtel @airtelindia making me realize that porting out to Jio @reliancejio is the best option. 6 months of patience is now over switching to jio today itself because they have a better customer support and will most likely not have problems

    @ajeetbharti @JioCinema @JioCare needs to improve/augment its #JioFiber platform - make it stable, change/improve/update the Wifi Router and the STB. Btw, the Jio Remote (used with STB) needs complete redesign and stability.
