  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioAirFiber service was down for 4–5 days due to a network fault. I was promised a refund/extension, but now customer care claims my tickets are ineligible. Please open a priority escalation ticket and credit the outage days to my account.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Airfiber makes potato of people money. They close the ticket without revolving. It is is third grade internet available in India. Their service team is pathetic and the support team is potatoes. 14 days and yet no internet , tickets closed without solution. #jio #fraud

  @JioCare Hi Team, your JioFibre customer care team is not able to solve a simple Internet connectivity issue. I have been asked to go to app to register a complaint by your customer care which the app also didn’t raise asking me to call customer care. Ridiculous, right?

  @JioCare My Jio SIM is facing a severe network mapping issue. When I make outgoing calls, a completely different wrong number and name show up on the receiver's phone. Also, incoming calls are showing 'Call Not Sent' / unreachable.
