It's been a month since my first complaint. No improvement. Over this period I could use barely 10 GB data (against 25 GB monthly plan). I'm highly disappointed with jio 4g, @JioCare , and @reliancejio . Now it's time for me to make my moves.

@JioCare @fiber_jio Look into the below complain on urgent basis: SR number is SR0000147UFT. Jio fiber Internet service outage going on for days, no suitable reason / information shared by local representative of Jio fiber. This is not how we expect Jio to compete.
