@JioCare Ghatkopar East Kailash tower centre. I visited on 21/6 and 23/6 at 6 pm. Sim got struck in dongle. I took it on 21/6 if the centre can take it out.important issue is for customers of my age it’s possible that finger prints are feeble. What’s the solution?

@reliancejio @JioCare @jio my jio fiber internet issue hasn’t been solved since 6 days.5 times appointment was scheduled but no service agent contacted or came.customer care also failed to do anything other than booking one appointment after another!!! kindly solve the issue.

@JioCare SR00001BR6K5 - I call Jio to fix a time slot at 7 pm, engineer comes at 6 - says he wasn’t told ! Engineer then pushes time slot to 9 pm, and Call centre says, no slots after 8 pm. I ask Jio to resolve quick, and they cancel the request ! 👏👏brilliant work @reliancejio
