Airtel has worst network service with compared to JIO…. Before 3 months i have switched to Airtel from Jio . But airtel is more worst than jio. @airtelindia I am coming back to JIO soon @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I applied for a Jio Fiber connection on Saturday and when your engineer visited, he said connection can’t be installed as there are no ports available. Then, I sent a cancellation request to your service guy and through sending a DM to you.

@airtelindia, my broadband connection is not working since yesterday afternoon. I haven’t heard back anything and your customer service facility is pathetic coz there is no option to talk to a live person.I am just waiting this month to end so I can switch to @reliancejio
