    Hv u put limit on speed for people who have recharged for an year already? It's like .5 to 1.5 Mbps from past month tried complaining but no responce? Even BSNL 3G is almost 8mbps, sry but worst nw of year vi is giving 12-16mbps. Take a note. Thank you! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare worst ever service Its more than 18 hours my jio esim convert request has not been processed instead after following all steps… I am porting this number. ..there is no option to call customer care

    @JioCare Refund is not of security deposit.. It is for the advance rental paid... U even don't know the refund?? Pathetic service ever..

    @reliancejio Jio's internet service has become very poor, phone based work is done, if not able to do the same then there is a possibility of becoming unemployed at all, prepaid speed of 20 KBPS Even after a dozen complaints, the situation remains the same.
