    @JioCare Called Jio today about my pending device request (over a week now). Customer care said “no update on your request” and kept repeating they had no timeline. I asked to escalate to their leader — call went on hold for 3 minutes and then disconnected. @JioCare @JioHotstar

    @JioCare I am not a jio customer. You r sending sms to a non jio number. Fisrt refer the order number and act accordingly. Dont act over smart. Hope you understand

    Raised an internet connectivity issue on MyJio on 31 May,but no engineer has contacted me yet.Even around 15 calls to customer support, I keep hearing the same “priority issue” response. Very disappointed with Jio service. @JioCare Should I still expect a resolution?#BadService

    @JioCare @JioCare no response after the followup question in DM. No way to call customer support, no way to see service requests raised by support team. No SMS updated , nothing. Pathetic service by Jio. Regret applying for it

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI New JioFiber connection taken 3 days ago. STB not activated since day 1. Person came, took the STB box with him & has not returned. Raised complaint & emailed for 2 days. ZERO response from Jio. Paid 4 service I'm nt getting.pls give full refund ASAP.
