    @JioCare 5 days still jio has no answers. If I call jio internet they say call jio hotstar and wide versa .. pathetic speed , poor network , jio is looting people ..

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN you guys literally do not care about customer at all you don't even bother to respond to consumer complaints customer keeps ringing your customer care number and you don't bother to pick up once money is receive from customer let that customer go to hell

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, There is no Jio network and no internet service in Vill- Khoja Nagla distt- Muzaffarnagar(UP). We are unable to make calls receive OTP use mobile data. There is only one small Jio tower in village, which is not sufficient to provide proper coverage

    @JioCare I have been following up since 09 Jul 2026 regarding my non-functional JioFiber connection. Multiple service requests (SR00003AVQX7, SR00003B4DZF, SR00003B98VT) remain unresolved. Kindly escalate this on priority and restore the service immediately.

    Hi @reliancejio , I ported my number from Idea to Jio and received the new SIM, but activation through WhatsApp and IVR fails, showing an incorrect ICCID error. I have contacted customer care multiple times without a proper resolution. Kindly DM and assist.

    @JioCare, what’s happening with your network? Across the country, users are facing slow speeds, high latency, packet loss, and unstable connections. Online gaming has become almost unplayable due to constant lag spikes. Please acknowledge the issue and fix it as soon as possible
