    @JioCare @jio_fiber even after multiple calls and follow ups, technician still did no visit and issue is still there. What is this behaviour after forcing 12k for 18 months plan? Why is there no plan for less tenure? Is it because you want to loot customers by forcing them for 12 months?

    @JioCare Last 3–4 months, there has been no proper 5G network at my location: Mahadev PG, Gali No. 4B, Opp. Maruti Gate No. 1, Palam Vihar Extension, Gurugram – 122015. Internet speed less than 1 Mbps, and WiFi Calling (VoWiFi) also does not work most of the time. Fix this issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3times ur own so called engineer came and all of them said that in ur location jio towers strength is bad as so many users are there and until the strength is boosted the slow internet issue will be there. And it's so shameful that we pay money for good use

    Dear @JioCare, this is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Despite multiple cancellation requests after relocating, my connection is still active and I'm being billed for a service I haven't used. Pls resolve urgently. #Jio #CustomerService #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare Thisis non sense. I have Jio AirFiber, not cable broadband connection. What local cable operators are you referring to? Please stop sending generic replies & review SR00003A0NZV properly. My complaint is that my AirFiber has been down since 2 July & no engineer has been assigned.

    @JioCare I also booked another Fiber Connection for my second home a month ago, and for somehow reason it is cancelled by your side, and despite 7-21 days I didn't received refund for that Connection yet and while calling in customer care it is auto generated call
