@JioCare I have installed a connection of jiofiber at my home. The installation is not complete, the service agent named Vikash made me do the payment and he went away saying other person will install the Jio and has stopped receiving my calls since then.

@JioCare your Jio Fiber team is such a pain, the sales guy comes,says installation possible,then money paid & then engineers team comes,denies installation not possible,we can't take responsibility for any problems later as 250-300 meters of wire to be used. 3-4 days gone.Odisha

@JioCare @reliancejio Had a new JioFibre connection installed at my place 2 days ago, now all it does is eat electricity and blink red. Installation was botched with half assed wiring. Support on app and customer care number is bullshit.

@JioCare @reliancejio I daily get 8-10 spam calls regarding loans, insurance, credit cards etc despite the fact that I have opted for full DND. What is the procedure to file complaint in such cases? Why my number has been shared with such companies? @TRAI pls take action

@reliancejio What about data rollover facility in new Postpaid family plans? Also I am an exisiting Family Plan user. You will be shutting down outgoing calls for 24 hrs why is that?
