@JioCare How many times do i need to do it? Not just me other socity members akso did it many times..Just for the name sake the engineer will vist and nthng changes.. It's done many times already and most society members are sick of it Ur network @reliancejio @JioCare

But turns out @reliancejio team has hidden this fact from people, especially those who are migrating from Prepaid to Postpaid If I knew about this, I would have never migrated knowing each month I have to recharge ₹502 out of which 95% money will get lost to make a few ISD call

Very poor service of jio at my area for last 2 yrs but every time @reliancejio @JioCare team saying they are trying to resolve issue shortly but no improvement on ground. I think now it’s time to move from jio to some other service providers. Very bad experience
