    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @reliancejio My JioFiber is down for 2 days in Gurgaon. Now Reliance Mobile is not connecting to Airtel network. There is no one manning your customer service number for 2 days. Is this birthday present that you give on Dhirubhai Ambani's birth annvy. Shameful service!

    @JioCare I am unable to charge my old Jio dongle which got expired since I didn't use for last 7/8 months (since it was not required). Can you help in this regard. Your team on customer care number didn't even try. .

    @JioCare @reliancejio The calls are constantly dropping, or people cannot hear what we speak; please look into the matter with the cell phone network in Jogeshwari Area; it is creating a lot of inconvenience for the users
