    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    Pathetic customer care @JioCare @reliancejio compliant no. SR000014B31l- engineer visit promised for 3 continuous days but no one visited and the problem persists. Everyday we call customer care which gets connected after 10 calls at least. Contd.

    @JioCare U can't even identify a customer who's consistently complaining fr last 2 mnths. What can b expected frm u. Thing is that I can move on with other network. But thousands of villagers who r suffering is also my concern because they dnt even know to complain u.@DoT_India @rsprasad
