@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@JioCare Hi. I got just a formal mail from “Ayan” from jio care. But no reply after that on my issue. I lost my airtel and jio sim at same time. I got the airtel eSim in 1 day where as jio is not bothering to reply me. Why is it “SO POOR SERVICE ” from Jio despite of multiple follow up.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been raising the case but not able to get any solution pls guys switch to @reliancejio you will get better service than airtel
