@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@JioCare The worst day. From 1:pm to 3 pm no wifi , From 6:30 pm[12 jan] to 1 am [13 jan] no wifi nor mobile call nor mobile data in Poonam Nagar, andher east. How is Jio going to compensate the affected subscribers?

@Im_RajatSharma @reliancejio @JioCare Haha wow! Time to switch to Airtel. Have been with Jio for 5 years, but jio care will not accept their sim doesn't work with 5G in roaming. And no one will help, the ridiculous team without calling and investigating will tell you, currently 5G is not available in your area.

Disgusted by Jio service... When everyone exited about 5G... Here in Coochbehar WhatsApp message are in waiting... What is the of releasing 5G when you can't have stable 4G connection @JioCare @reliancejio Suffering from last 7-8 days... And surviving using Airtel 5G...via wifi.

Nonsense and fraud @reliancejio @JioCare . I took ₹399 half yearly connection in the July. The sales person told me 1 month would be the free if i paid 6 months amount once. After 6 months the connection was disconnected. I called customer care now they are telling that 1/2
