    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare Giving a generic pre-drafted update that you are working on it does not help at all. You need to find a solution and provide a constructive update to me ASAP. You have been already given enough time and this is not acceptable now.

    @JioCare Hi sir one thing needs to fixed in jio app that if we order something misktelly and after that we want to cancel our our we can't do it because there is no option for cancellation please add this option also otherwise it's very hectic to cancel the order after placement

    @JioCare problem in makin receiving calls, while making calls jio to jio it says person is out of coverage and vice versa, I have to try for 2-3 times and or I have to turn on and of flight mode, then it gets connected/normal.

    @JioCare awesome service received from the area manager Durga Prasad & the service delivery boy Mahesh as well. Who has dismantle the service but since then not receiving the call. This is the service you provide to your new customer
