    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare it's been 6 months I am waiting for your solution but still not resolved so I think I need to move to other operator because your answer is very generic and not very satisfactory. thank you for your worst service

    @reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima can you update your system? I have to relocate my jiofiber connection. New location is not showing in app while jio fiber service is available at same location. Even new connection is given in new location, but relocation is not possible.
