    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare Its been 9 days since i complained. If out of 28 days plan the wifi doesn't work for more then 9 days in a month then what is the use of such internet service. Instead of increasing your customer base better improve your service first. Its pathetic and poor to deal with all this.

    @reliancejio hello . experiencing issue with jio fibre,service engineer hasn't came Service Request Number SR00001C6NJU for your JioFiber Service ID 299845774703, your service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 20-07-2022 11:00 today 14 July i have to wait this much...???

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai Has the worst customer service. Calling them from past 10 days for service non of the technicians has came to my place to resolve the problem. Facing lot of problem after installing broadband. Worst Toll free service 1800 896 9999. #JioFibe
