    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    Five months ago @JioCare assured me of providing adequate network at my location in response to service request number SR00000Q2UBS. Yet to see any progress. @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN

    I call @JioCare Appellate authority to ask them,when my issue will resolve? They said within 2 days. After 2 days I called them back, that my internet is getting worst, Appellate authority said "working". I asked them should I send them clip?" They said "WORKING" giving me 10KBs.

    @JioCare This has been delayed again...I did not receive any call just another message that it has been delayed due to technical reasons...i am very frustrated with such futile efforts..I contacted customer care and same rubbish thing @jagograhakjago
