    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare I and my family have four jio connections. We are facing very poor internet connectivity at village matwani (142053),moga, punjab. We are unable to use internet. I have registered many complaints with customer care since last two months. But couldn't get any solution.

    @JioCare The prime account is of some other person, who is not at all related to me when I checked with prime. @JioCare please check your service personnel if any of them has hacked my my jio account and activated it on there prime account.

    @JioCare i want to opt out from your service, but I have yearly pack. After recharging yearly pack your data speed went to hell. Kindly refund my money so that I can port out. I have complained on @PMOIndia grievance cell. Once user opt for yearly pack, net speed go downward.

    @JioCare Nodoby from @jiocare take the issue and provided any services for me to get service id. My registered phone number is 7012723393. I only have one amazon prime account and instead of gettingy free subscription to my account it has gone to some other prime account.
