    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare No network inside the house.There r 150 houses in this township nd each house has atleast 3 connection.Should we all switch off Jio ?

    @JioCare Hi, My JIO handset is not functioning properly.I wanted to shift my jio sim (6370733324) to another JIO handset but failed to get network . I seek your help. Or I may be allowed to use the above stated jio sim card in any other 4G hand set.

    @JioCare I have tried reaching Jio atleast 50 times and they do not seem to care about having me as their customer. I have applied multiple times for new fiber connection since last 4 days and yet I've got any follow up from team.

    Terrible customer service #JioFiber wifi down since last morning,no resolution even after complaints, will have to wait another 24hrs,call center person, Mohan completely inefficient and cut the call when pressed for estimated time to resolve the issue @JioDigitalIndia @JioCare

    @netshrink @cepune @reliancejio we had shifted to Pune some years back. to our surprise, there never was any power outage during that 1 year and because of which, our inverter battery had gone dead. am amazed to witness your personal account
