@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@reliancejio Was planning to buy a #jiofibre and called the man home today. He was supposed to come by 11 but he's been ignoring my calls since 3 hours. Got another number from jio via SMS but that doesn't exist! If the service is already so bad, should I even bother buying one?

@JioCare @reliancejio my jio fibre is not working from past 5 days, complaint also raised, i keep on getting messages that complaint is resolved but still internet is not working, i don't understand what sort of resolution is this. Extremely pathetic services. I regret using jio

@reliancejio why their are network outages every day? Calls are unclear, speed is dead slow and all I hear from customer care is multiple people are using everytime and you don't have even jio fiber here

@JioCare @reliancejio next day valsad jio fiber branch representative Mr. Rajiv has told me that he will be compenset my chair cost i.e. 300/-only. but nobody has contact after that. today i hv call to jio helpline but your representative nt launch complaint.please do the needful
