    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Disappointed is many ways from providing good customer service to product, huge disappointment from all of jio service including jiomart. At the end of the day jio still earn a huge profit and tell the unsatisfied customer you just valuable a ask us to wait. Maybe in 100 yrs

    In our area, Jio is not at all working properly. Since the beginning of the month, we've noticed that the network has been frequently disabled and also internet speed gets dipped more often. Area: Challavanipeta Jn,Srikakulam District,Andhrapradesh,Pincode: 532432. @reliancejio

    Please don't recharge with @reliancejio plan they are very fraud. They are cut our data in the name consuming and tell us to recharge 4g data voucher. I'll portable into other network. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio network very badly effected no signal last 10 days. ur executive told me Said problem will b solve next 10, why it takes More time. Or I can switch to airtel, pls advise. Mob 8369012127 New Panvel sec 9 near DAV School. My off work also hampered.

    Jio is worst network. Only few videos watch and they said your 2gb data consume. Hindus looted by mukesh Ambani and become Rich man. Please all not recharge to #jioscam @JioCare @reliancejio
