@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@JioCare Pathetic Internet and Customer support! 3 outages of 1 complete day each for this month. I asked customer support to disconnect 3 times, but they are not even forwarding any request to disconnect. Refund the upcoming month plan too. @Airtel_Presence Let me know your plan

@someshgips @JioCare What is the distance difference between basement & ground floor? 🤔 Did you tell installer that basement is below ground floor? On the border between ground floor & basement there would be tension due to @JioFiber9 signal is not reaching your basement
