@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@JioCare We had clearly mentioned to the jio exec, that we are out of network area & would recharge once back. & also, when I recharged for 1499, I wasn't being told that due to delay in payment, Amazon Prime will get deactivated.

@JioCare while giving a new jio fibre connection in our neighborhood your executives switched off the network for entire hub and apparently left without fixing it. So now it has been nearly 7 hours and jio fibre isn't working. Such a great service...🙄

@JioCare Just now got a message that I'll get an update on 29th, so I'll have to wait for two days to get an update as to when my issue will be resolved. No internet at home for past 24 hours and again I'll have to wait for another 24 hours to get an update. Worst ever service
