    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare JioFiber has one of the worst customer service experiences. Constant refund delays, endless excuses, and no clear resolution. Customers are forced to keep waiting while their money is held back. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.@JioCare

    @JioCare I am a subscriber of Jio Post paid mobile services.Even after advising to Jio my limit of monthly usage as per plan ,Jio is generating exorbitant bill.On complaining,simply giving excuses.Anti Customer mind set,worst service provider.
