    @JioCare Jio4G= 2G worst network, complained many times but still you are upgrading your network, as per jiocare many users are using jio network, so net speed is slow...Now time to Port.

    @JioCare I called your customer care. I should be allowed refund or credit of the period for which the Jio Giga Fiber was not working. Why should I pay for the period when you could not provide service. Your customer service executive Muhid denied taking a request for refund or credit.

    @utsavtechie @reliancejio always bring something new like with 4g they bought VOIP & now with 5g they are bringing VONR but one thing is constant 🤮🤮data speed is very slow compared to others.

    @JioCare Please don't give me automated replies, 'Akshay'. 5 days of downtime is not acceptable. I want your ground/NOC team to fix it ASAP. And I want validity extension. This is your infrastructure fault. The entire neighborhood is down.

    Hi @reliancejio I am from Kerala, Malappuram. we have jio tower near to us. About less than 500m distance. But speed is low and high latency when my phone connect to 4G+ network. During 4G only network no issue. Please solve my issue.
