Rohin Arora (@arorarohin) reportedNever take global roaming pkg from Vi. It is useless. Egypt no 4G or 5G & hours wasted complaining. Similar problem happened for S Korea. Needed data for navigation, coordination with tour agents, Uber etc. Had to buy another local pkg. No wonder @ViCustomerCare is unpopular.
