Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

Services of @VodafoneIN @ViCustomerCare r improving so fast. I complained abt 4g data speed, they improved n gave me 3G. Again I complained,services went down to 2G..then again 1G. Finally now, even 60% calls don't get connected. @TRAI what do u say on this coverage enhancement?

@VodafoneIN Vodafone has the worst customer service. I went to voda store for postpaid to prepaid. They kept calling me 25-30 times to convince me to use postpaid. Even after I told them I want prepaid only.

Do not upgrade your @VodafoneIN 3G SIM to 4G, no matter how many calls or messages you receive. I've upgraded mine yesterday, It's been over 24 hours and a new one isn't working. VI Store asked me to wait for few more hours as it's a known issue. @vodaidea_news @ViCustomerCare
