    Vodafone network is dumb in GOA since noon. Very insecure network, we have regular call drop is common but now,full phone communication off. Thank GOD that whatsapp call is working in the Hotel. @VodafoneIN

    So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

    Your 4g sucks, if not for anything your service should be prompt atleast at the airports @VodafoneIN Can't believe why are we paying for this painful experience, I wish there was a way to know if you guys are delivering what you have promised to the customers @consumercourtin

    @VodafoneIN Please check your Area network. The fault isn't in my sim/handset. It is in your so called "4G Network" on the Location. Vodafone is absolutely DEAD.

    @ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

    @VodafoneIN Do one thing- send me your executive number.. I don't use any other alternative number. Maybe when you tried that time network would have down. Give me your number i will call when network is available. Thanks!

    @trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

    @ViCustomerCare I have two sim one without any recharge plan and the other one with 365 recharge plan which provide 12 to 12 and 5G unlimited data But the problem is the sim with without recharge plan have 5g network but the sim in which I have a recharge plan never connects with 5G Why?

    @ViCustomerCare You guys still charges for caller tunes and missed call alerts in 2026 when the competition gives it away for free. Network expand karne ka paisa nai, agaye chuddiya todne. Airtel’s priority network is a step into the future.

    I have become fed up with @airtelindia/@Airtel_Presence and its non-resolution of complaints and its pathetic indoor connectivity. I wish to apply for MNP by becoming a user of @ViCustomerCare. I hope #ViCustomerCare has better indoor connectivity (cellular+internet). #MNP

    @ViCustomerCare Selected a number & paid for SIM. Not delivered & even after visiting SIM not given. They said cancel and they will allot same number again. Very poor service. Is this the kind of service you are providing? Location: Kodad, Suryapet, Telangana.
