    @trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

    Vodafone network is dumb in GOA since noon. Very insecure network, we have regular call drop is common but now,full phone communication off. Thank GOD that whatsapp call is working in the Hotel. @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN Poor network n unclear voice calls...facing a really hard time during this WFM period. Even after complaining so many times the issue is still not resolved. Guess its time to say good bye to you.

    So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

    Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

    @ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

    @VodafoneIN I have applied for a post paid to pre paid conversion. And it's been 3 days now sim has not been activated. Trying to call customer care, but I feel it's bullshit. Kindly change your customer care. Talking to an Autobot is not customer care services.

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

    @ViCustomerCare bought a new SIM card and it is already past 24 hours but my card is not active with the basic plan I opted for. I paid online and not able to use the service till now. I have even DM support.

    6 minutes of IVR hell later, no one answers at the @ViCustomerCare. It's not 35 days and counting since I have first registered a complaint about a non-functional number. Zero resolution. Thankfully, I Have the conversation as proof.

    @adityakuber @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare dose not care about that, I'm From West Bengal i had really good experience back there, now I'm in Karnataka and stuck for lockdown. And here I'm facing the worst network experience. This about it. It's 2021 and in kalburgi there is no VOLTE.

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vi stop calling people in the name of @reliancejio I sent requested Port from Vodafone to Jio and did all the process. Call 1 :Vodafone tired there best to save customer. Call 2: the fraud starts,+917204920098 ask to cancel port telling port requested twice.

    Day 20 of begging @ViCustomerCare for help. Not receiving calls/SMS on my primary SIM. Not able to do any bank transactions because I can't receive even OTPs. How cruel can a company be? Still finding out. Please stay away from Vi. #FraudVodafoneIdea #FraudVi

    @ViCustomerCare Ported my Jio number to Vodafone (7003295488) Its been more then 24 hours Jio signal went off and stopped all its services. But still I'm not getting Vodafone signal. I think doing MNP to Vodafone is a blunder. No customer support also. @Baleshsharma5
