    @VodafoneIN Since the past 3 months, I have been getting extremely poor network reception at my home, and this issue is faced by all Vodafone subscribers. I get only one bar of network and that too, it is not 4G or 3G; it is Edge. Kindly send your network engineer to my address.

    @TRAI @VodafoneIN I am 14 year old customer. Vodaphone is charging for Intl roaming services which has not been used as Vodaphonehas issue and now they are not taking corrective action nor allowing me to speak to senior.Can someone plz help urgently.Nor I can call their helpline

    @VodafoneIN converted postpaid to prepaid at your store. They said insert SIM a half hour later, call 59059 when network shows. 5 hours later your call centre says this will take 3 days. All of this is so disappointing. Time to go to Jio I guess.
