@DoT_India @VodafoneIN has deducted money 99 rupees from my account now in emergency I am not able to call. They are not replying to any of my message I sent on various platforms there customer service is not available and charge for that too nothing. Just make my balance 1rs !!

@VodafoneIN you're system & your application is so illiterate that it doesn't function properly on top of that I have requested to activate my DND service which is still not done on top of that your company charged for Intl Roaming very pathetic service by @VodafoneIN Reverse it.

@VodafoneIN online order place for new sim card, just confirmed email received no call or sim has been delivered yet. So long time for the processes this the experience before the processes start. Very bad and worst service.

Rule - No outgoing messages for small recharge like I need to recharge minimum 129 for just one message for upi registration in my phone, I have 70rs balance but no outgoing message. Very bad rules by vi.
