    @VodafoneIN wasted whole day if can't provide service why take cust for a ride ordered new sim card was supposed to be delivered today but no phone ,no agent came to deliver have doubt if choosing Vodafone was right or wrong this is just the beginning.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone slogan has been changed from happy to help to happy not to help cust sir applied for post paid simcard 4 days ago sms received we will deliver and our exec will come and do kyc afterwards I came to know it was a new year joke vodafone played on me very bad.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIdeaIN extremely lethargic customer service, where a service complaint raised on 8th december needs multiple follow-up, and remains unresolved till today. This despite escalating the issue to the appellate in Mumbai region(1/1)

    @VodafoneIN very bad experience by Vodafone executive. I have recieved call from +917506690280 to convert my prepaid to postpaid. I have converted to postpaid but the executive give me false information now he is not answering call

    @VodafoneIN Dear @VodafoneIN I am getting calls from your executives again and again, without any resolution.This is highly intrusive, and frustrating. If you cannot resolve, let me know in writing. Various executives keep on calling me at any point of time through the day.

    @ViCustomerCare most of the time my number doesn't register to available tower and ppl always tell me my number is switched off. This is not an issue with my mobile as other number works fine if I switch sim.
