So the @VodafoneIN executive showed up at the door today to do the KYC, but unfortunately he wasn't getting enough network strength to load the application. Later the network came but was restricted to 3G. Sorry Vodafone!!! Got to cancel my MNP temporary!!!

@VodafoneIN is so damn quick. Just placed and order to port from @JioCare yesterday and the Vodafone guy is coming to my home address with the SIM and for verification in less than 24hrs. Also, Jio called yesterday to ask Why I'm porting, but the call dropped 😂

@ViCustomerCare I hope you will learn how to provide customer service. Bought new Vi SIM card online on 20 Oct 2022. SIM delivery time frame is 24 hrs as per company policy. It's been 17 days now and the SIM is not delivered. Multiple complaints were raised but no help. Order ID: DCHD20102276649
