    Dear @VodafoneIN i have visited your store TWICE personally as my sim not working. TWICE they gave me a replacement & assured me it will work. TWICE it has been rejected despite me giving original ID proof! Number of manager (pritam) assigned 2 me is out of service. #frustrated.

    @ViCustomerCare ur customer since 2006. Visited VI store Ghodbunder road, Thane. Pathetic behaviour by staff. Travelled 25 mins to reach at 7.55 pm. Was told to go & come back tomorrow. Had to fight to get my work done. Porting to Airtel. May God save your business in India

    One retailer done same task in 60rs and also with the same adhar card Dear @ViCustomerCare agar aaise problem solve karoge to aapka sim use karne ka koi fayda nhi its better to port in jio where sim replacement cost is zero,friendly jio officers,no extra cost,no misinformation

    I am over with @Vodacom and @ViCustomerCare service .I can't take it anymore after so many complaints the don't fix the problems with ping and network issue . They don't hesitate to increase the price of the recharges.
