    Vodafone network has gone from Good to worse and getting more worse day by day. There was a time when @VodafoneIN network was excellent but it’s gone very bad especially after merging / take over of Idea.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneIN I am been called to tell that the charges are being reversed for one month but my complaint clearly is for two months. SMS evidence of over-charge has been provided. But the larger question of why it is being repeatedly happening for 5 months is left unattended.

We are finishing our trip tonight, and we did it without @ViCustomerCare support, without Vodafone India network and without able use our money we spent on recharge.
