    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is not working since 2 days and we are only depend on broadband for our work. Call customer service about 8-10 times still the issue persist. Sometimes customer service agents r not responding on calls properly.

    @ACTFibernet 1. You are resolving temporarily not permanently. 2. U r team is taking minimum 1.5 day for fixing problem. Poor sevice pathetic service. Unskilled 3. These two days you are billing to me without any sevice. 4. U r are not even compensated any single day from past 5months problem

    @ACTFibernet Are you guys idiots or what at this time in night you disconnect the service for no reason even after so much of follow up and resolution. Either your system is crap or you play with customers. I need the connection to be activated as soon as possible.

    @ACTFibernet Bought dongle and its again cost me ₹2000+250 recharge. 4 people working at my place due to this issue we may lose jobs.

    @TAAssociates @ACTFibernet My Act Account: 101013365834 is disconnected every things since 20th September 2021, for no reason. You connect after calling everytime and disconnected after 2 days. I am frustrated with this service. I am working from Home, but I have no internet.

    24 HOURS without internet! The service from @ACTFibernet has become absolutely pathetic. Multiple follow-ups and the ETA doesn't change. Can't #WFH. To make matters worse, the executive response was unhelpful and rude. I regret paying a yearly premium last month. WORST SERVICE!
