    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, I am facing frequent internet disconnectivity issue and I have rised this concern for couple of time but the issue is not rectified. And there is no proper complaint rising channel that mobile app is sick with the process of autoset questions and answers.

    @ACTFibernet we lost connectivity yesterday evening and raised a complaint immediately. Until now, there is no update. When I called to customer service, I was kept in waiting for 15min before someone connected and kept me on hold for few minutes and disconnected call. Disgusting

    @ACTFibernet FALSE promise given by ur sales person while taking connection stating the router will support internet speed up to 300 mbps, now wen I upgrade the plan to 100 mbps, ur technician confirmed that it will not support.

    @ACTFibernet not that good I have called them for resolution but it took 30 mins of call but no one connected as all agents are busy. pay bill if your connection is in suspension.. They tell to degrade plan and pay but they will again charge you double amount Ac :101497973314

    @ACTFibernet & the height of unprofessionalism is when ACT app will just generate a ticket number without resolving the problem. Pathetic. 'Service request for this issue is already raised with reference number SR10163668209124. Our team is looking into it & will get back to you shortly'

    @ACTFibernet Why is your customer care so unprofessional. The services haven't been restored yet pleass expedite. Despite the given time for restoration of services by 1 PM, it's still not been restored. There's no internet in your junkbox of a modem.
