@ACTFibernet I spoke to customer care yesterday , they promised me that I will receive call back from escalations team within 4 hours . No call received since yesterday . False information was given stating my router is capable of 300 mbps speed

@ACTFibernet we lost connectivity yesterday evening and raised a complaint immediately. Until now, there is no update. When I called to customer service, I was kept in waiting for 15min before someone connected and kept me on hold for few minutes and disconnected call. Disgusting

@ACTFibernet FALSE promise given by ur sales person while taking connection stating the router will support internet speed up to 300 mbps, now wen I upgrade the plan to 100 mbps, ur technician confirmed that it will not support.
