    @ACTFibernet No internet for the past two days ! False promises every where that the issue will get resolved by one day , two days. No response , no action ! The service is at worst! For the first time , I felt why I am using this for the past 10 years ! SR10130809808722

    @ACTFibernet worst n pathetic service at bachupally area hyderabad. out of 30 days only 20 days active.. 10 of days downtime... bakwas ACT service.. @HathwayBrdband can you please provide your service in my area am really fed up with these ACTing guys .. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet Before we enjoying the plans provided firstly you should resolve the issue raised by us in SLA 72 hrs complete no one responded on the issue. The best poor service by you people I feel pity

    @ACTFibernet really pathetic customer service.. has been trying from last 1 hour to get connected with, the automated msg makes me wait for 12 min and disconnects.. there was a complaint raised 4 days back and not resolved yet..really pathetic for such a big company..UNBELIEVABLE

    @ACTFibernet act guyz have setup servers in Regent Park premises and agreed that they will pay their server related electricity bills but never paid, now elctr dept. have disconnected power. Pls intervene the situation and help to clear the electricity bill, ~ Regent Association

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday at 19:10 raises a Internet connection problem with SR10129735059172. After 23hrs I am waiting for resolution. Neither got call nor solution. Due to such BAD service, we are waiting for @reliancejio #JioFibre service desperately.

    @ACTFibernet Surprising how this company is running at the time of connection they fooled the customer on TAT and now they activated my account from backend without informing the customer. This is the business Tactics. Someone plse guide me to take legal action.

    @ACTFibernet : internet is not working since 2 hours. Reason given is there is a powercut in the area where the box has been kept. Ups backup gives only 2hours. Shouldn't this be handled from your end? This is happening 2nd time this week.
