    @ACTFibernet over 8 hours since no connectivity. And we call it Digital India. Ridiculous service and ridiculous customer care. Will be changing my ISP very very soon. @reliancejio Your time to take over and show these guys what true service is. Hope you don’t disappoint.

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for the " ultra speed " reply . the issue has been resolved after 6 days of continuously calling your customer service. In The time I invested in calling your customer support I could have watched Bahubali part 1 and 2 twice . I anyways DM my details. Please check

    @ACTFibernet internet not working. Your App says internet is suspended and asks me to pay the due amount to raise ticket. I want to raise a ticket to tell that there is no due from my side. Paying another 1500 for raising a ticket seems to be too costly

    @ACTFibernet I subscribed for new act connection in Jubilee rd 86, on 2nd October, executive promised me connection within 48 hours, but as of now (192 hours have passed), I am still waiting for connection, poor service and execs dont answer the calls, they reiect your calls.

    @ACTFibernet New connection promised within 49 hours in Jubilee hills rd 86,after taking payment is not yet done, more than 200 hours over,very poor service from Act, staff are rejecting the calls, when called for update, I am calling daily, very stressful and unprofessional

    @ACTFibernet I usually pay my bill exactly on due date for 150mbps, but everytime after the 2nd notification (well before the due date) the internet speed goes down to 10mbps. Well, this is a cheeky way to push the customers to pay their bill by limiting the speed.

    @ACTFibernet Did that basic checks but this happens every month, Once the bill is paid the speed boost up immediately as per the agreed plan. So, it doesn't looks like technical issue.

    @ACTFibernet This is the worst service I have faced with the act. If we select language kannad customers support executive talk in English Or hindi and if we ask for a kannad executive he says I will connect and disconnect our call.This is really bad experience...

    @ACTFibernet I had also called the service center to log the complaint and requested that the connection should not be disconnected on a wrong billing still you have the guts to disconnect 2/2 @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working since last Thursday .Imagine the work getting hampered during WFH. Not healthy to have frequent service interruption at least twice or thrice a month. Wonder if you have enough engineers to monitor/ensure continuous services. SR10365882140434
