    @ACTFibernet , there was power fluctuation in our community and after that the internet connection disappeared. Now the modem is on but we can't even see our network. Have tried all we know but no connectivity. Please help

    @ACTFibernet same problem internet issues ,not connecting this is happening every 4 months ,and we complaint but it's been 72hrs no response at all . Very bad on your part. If this is the case we have 8-10 connections in this building ,will deactivate and take other good ones.

    @ACTFibernet facing connectivity issue at home after power fluctuation. It's working for all others in the community but for is it doesn't even appear in the available networks though modem is on. We did all we can at our end but no internet. Please help

    Usless #actfiber @ACTFibernet I have been asking for replacing battery in the junction box, I have raised 3 requests all being closed with no solution. And your service tickets are worst. No number works. What kind of service is this. Updated your numbers.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Looking for the immediate response. As I have checked all the old payment details where I have made the payment after making a call from my end for update invoice. This need to be done automated for the discount and waiver for the customer's.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am really pissed off by your team services. It's been almost 7 days my internet is not working. From 7th December I am raising a ticket daily. The worst part is they are marking the ticket as resolved without even resolving the same.

    @ACTFibernet @Balamallladi complaint SR10759081369592 raised on 05/07/21. I spoke with customer executives several times. My problem didn't get resolve and I am not happy with your service especially technical team is worse in Vizag.

    @ACTFibernet Waiting since 11 days to get the cable upgraded from CAT 5E to CAT 6E. Following it up with your customer care almost every day and only answer I get is, it's been escalated to higher dept. May I know what it the reason behind the delay? I NEED THIS RESOLVED today.

    @ACTFibernet Do I always have to tweet in order for my issue to be resolved? Second time within 30 days I am facing an internet issue. Two employees rely on the internet as they are working from home. And all we're asked to do is wait for 24h. How fair is that?

    @ACTFibernet it’s been a week since I got the installation done. Speed is pathetically slow since then and the modem provided can’t even support 5 meter range. U need to sit next to modem to be in range. Stop claiming u guys are best in market. #Fraud
