    @ACTFibernet I just had conversation with one representative Mr Naveen and asked for delay in installation of service, informed will be get done 2 weeks because it was escalated to higher level. This shows their integrity to customers and their response. He disconnected call.

    @ACTFibernet why do you install your wires at such a low height that everytime a truck passes by and your connection is gone . Disappointed by reactivating your service after a one year gap thinking things might have changed . Pls consider customers advice and not technicians.
