I’ve slow internet issues for few months now each time I raise a complaint some random guy calls and says issue fixed. It works fine for a day or two, however, same issue continues!!

Your technician's fix something and close the ticket but the problem arrives once he leaves. Need action. Not paying sure until it is resolved.
