@ACTFibernet Sadly it worked only for 24 hours & became unserviceable again. New SR10130949239282. The technician was worried about closing SR than providing lasting resolution. Now I am without uninterrupted internet for the last 10 days. So much for big claims made by @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet, @rsprasad If the customer account has been de-activated as they moved to a different location, where they do not have ACT service, why are you not been able to credit back the balance amount to the customers bank. what is the use of it ?
