    I changed my home and accordingly changed my net connection to new location, got connected in noon yet unable to access Internet, raised complaint but of no use. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet giving regular trouble, atleast once a week it won't work atleast for few hours.😑😭🤢

    @ACTFibernet why is the act is still using the copper wire when all other internet service provider is using fiber I have learned that act is using copper wire only in hyderabad but not to other city

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10165829312154 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Sep (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT 3 days completed for this ticket issue not solved yet i will discontinue my connection from @ACTFiberne worst broadband service I have ever seen.

    @ACTFibernet I lost hopes this will be rectified without causing any damage to@my profession. Imagine 2 days of outage for a work from home professional. Not just me but my wife’s job is also affected! Please disconnect. I’m sure there are other ISPs who can resolve issues like this faster

    @ACTFibernet We have purchase a new router I thought that would solve my issue but it remains same I don't know what wrong with the act fibernet we are your customers 5 years and you would treat the customer like this

    @ACTFibernet Just speed is not the problem. The Internet is getting disconnected every 30 minutes and my meetings are getting effected. Anyways I have shared my account details with you. Not sure if this finally gets fixed as I have tried to approach you guys every possible ways since 2 month

    Unprofessional services from @ACTFibernet. Very bad experience so far and not recommended. Technicians doesn't bother about solving issue and keep on wasting time. They can delay a simple 2 minutes troubleshooting for weeks. Don't listen even raising multiple tickets. #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet what a worst experience we are paying for 400 mbps speed and we are getting only 100 mbps speed and once contracted with act technician they are saying that there is a problem in your router for the past 2 year router has became the problem

    @ACTFibernetHYD dear sir we are still facing the decrease in the speed we are paying for 200 mbps but we are getting for 75 mbps this is getting customer very angry and I think rest of the act customer are facing trouble @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet You honestly don’t regret the inconvenience caused. While you know the cable needs to changed for 500 mbps speed you are shamelessly justifying how many tickets I have raised even though historically tickets are closed without resolution. Don’t jest wrong doing just replace the cable and refund the amount as services of 500 mbps plan was never rendered. Technician who installed new connection knew very well that max speed will be only 100 mbps on old cable and deliberately left it unchanged. Is this the new way of earning money from customers ???

    @ACTFibernet Trying to make a payment in your app and this full-screen Zippy ad pops up right in the middle, making it almost impossible to proceed This is during the critical payment step! Really poor design choice by your team. Kindly remove/block such popups during transact
