@bada_paww @ACTFibernet So true... Their service is pathetic. Frequent disconnections. My net is not working since last 12 hours. When I call their customer care, they get away with some flimsy reason with no solution. Imagine the work getting hampered during WFH in pandemic.

@ACTFibernet I'm not at all happy with the resolution. I have got loss of pay because of your delay in service. Who is going to bare it. Almost 3 days LOP has been imposed for me because of your service delay. Once subscription end I'm going to remove act connection for sure.

@ACTFibernet I applied for new connection in the name of jadam rajesh on 30 Jan 2022 and I paid the amount. It's already 2 days .Till now they didn't given the internet connection.They came yesterday and said port is not there.please slove the issue and give connection soon.

@ACTFibernet why is internet not working these days at night? I am working working and u have to work at night time and its literally 3 to 6 mbps internet when my plan is 75? What am I supposed to do? Last agent came did nothing. I am losing my job because of this.
