    @ACTFibernet your representative called me few days back and after discussion he said some discount will be given and it will reflect in 2 days but it’s still doesn’t and you suspended the service . Can you help immediately

    @ACTFibernet applied for a connection and paid 3779 for six months. Now the act sales executive is saying connection is not feasible. I totally agree with this. But the refund is not initiated from act. Please help ASAP

    @ACTFibernetHYD dear sir we are still facing the decrease in the speed we are paying for 200 mbps but we are getting for 75 mbps this is getting customer very angry and I think rest of the act customer are facing trouble @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I got call from ACT team, There is no feasibility to connect the box in My area. Also said it will take time to resolve the issue, you may disconnect the connection, we will initiate the refund. Team it's been week still my issue not resolved its hampering my work.

    Unprofessional services from @ACTFibernet. Very bad experience so far and not recommended. Technicians doesn't bother about solving issue and keep on wasting time. They can delay a simple 2 minutes troubleshooting for weeks. Don't listen even raising multiple tickets. #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet I lost hopes this will be rectified without causing any damage to@my profession. Imagine 2 days of outage for a work from home professional. Not just me but my wife’s job is also affected! Please disconnect. I’m sure there are other ISPs who can resolve issues like this faster

    Since 20th of last month i have complained and faced internet connectivity issue for more than 5 times, due to which there was no internet for approx more than 8 days altogether, i would like to know how will you compensate this? @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD y so much issues ?

    Guess what. It has been more than 30 hours and still the ETR getting updates automatically with neither the update or not the notification of what happened with internet 🛜. Such a worst take by @ACTFibernet on customers. I had enough and ready to switch for better 👎 @ACT_Issues

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It appears that the assigned personnel r not working on this matter, ur staff is unresponsive to calls. This is unsatisfactory. I am now considering to change internet . In next my msg, I will include other internet providers in this discussion to view their plans.

    @ACTFibernet You should scrap your app. It’s the most useless app. It doesn’t give any resolution nor its user friendly. No resolution to my request for 4 days. You don’t care about the customer since you have recd the payment upfront. You can refund the payment & close the connection.
