    @ACTFibernet SR10338180575757 : issue not resolved, same disconnection repeatedly happening everyday randomly. As of I observed while using zoom, jio cinema, WhatsApp, YouTube, zee5, Amazon Prime, Cisco webex.

    Worst customer service.. please go for Hathway or Jio. ACT is very poor in all aspects nowadays. Not only now even before I heard the service was poor. Had no other option and made a mistake subscribing to @ACTFibernet Hope @HathwayBrdband expands its feasibility to Perambur.

    @ACTFibernet finding issue only with Cisco webex meeting audio or video, even though only laptop connected to internet. Sometimes I unable hear them and some time others are unable to hear me. Channel setting already done as guided by your agent.

    @ACTFibernet Again today no internet from morning 7 a m. I logged a complaint at appx 8 a m . Till now not resolved. Every week it happens like this. I got a routine message Your ticket SR10366100800614 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 13-Oct between 16:00 to 19:30.

    @ACTFibernet They are befooling their customers by taking money from them and not doing anything after that. I have been an ACT customer for last 7 years. I have never received such pathetic service. If my money is not refunded immediately I will have to take severe legal action.
