@kaapiccino @Truecaller @ACTFibernet There is only a provision to raise complaint on internet disconnection. My issue is about billing. But I couldn't reach out to their customer care. The nos. are not working. App has only faqs, no option to register complaint on billing.

@varunkrish Is @Airtel_Presence good? I've @ACTFibernet. Speed is good but every five minutes the connection disconnects for free seconds or minutes and then comes back. While Netflix and all ok, the problem comes when doing video conferencing

@ACTFibernet Oct 7 same issue - kept restarting my router & after 4 hours only when I called the technical person, he said that the Junction Box power was turned off by the other user. Am I paying for the Internet only to use on alternative days ?

@narayananh @ACTFibernet Yeah that's why I dumped them. That's because the server box battery is weak. Good luck asking them to change that! I left after one such problem where the neighbour didn't want the box in their house & internet got cut for 17 days straight! Airtel or Jio is better off!

@ACTFibernet My ACT connection in Nagole has severe latency jitter 24/7. Internal ACT hop (10.x.x.x)fluctuates 2ms→30ms even on LAN, proving backend/OLT congestion. Tested on multiple routers & devices; same issue at another ACT home nearby. Pls escalate to backend OLT team ASAP
