    @ACTFibernet finding issue only with Cisco webex meeting audio or video, even though only laptop connected to internet. Sometimes I unable hear them and some time others are unable to hear me. Channel setting already done as guided by your agent.

    Worst customer service.. please go for Hathway or Jio. ACT is very poor in all aspects nowadays. Not only now even before I heard the service was poor. Had no other option and made a mistake subscribing to @ACTFibernet Hope @HathwayBrdband expands its feasibility to Perambur.

    @puskin_singh @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia I had paid for 3months for free installation and router totally 4195INR, after that 3 engineers visited my location and after 4days they are asking me extra 2400Rs due to they have to fix server in my location so I simply rejected because it's not for my requirement
