    @ACTFibernet Deeply disappointed with the service. I have mentioned i have urgent works, still there is no escalation of the complaint. I have been using ACT from 2015 and this is not gud at all. Just some days back I paid for a 6 months renewal bill.

    @ACTFibernet We signed up yesterday for a 100 Mbps connection (CAF 102800585515) & paid 3 months in advance. Promised installation yesterday or today by Navya (97408 31843). Since then, there has been no response to calls/WhatsApp. Customer support escalation also unresolved.

    @ACTFibernet Still no Update from Act and it's Technical Team. 5 plus Days still no Connection. None called from Act. I don't know how many Existing Customers of Facing issues with AcT services. As i am the New one, Promised connection within 24 hrs but still no response since 5 days.
