    @ACTFibernet It's ok to be down for once in a week I can accept that. But please don't do it ever single day please guys. I am paying my money to you for my work ok. Do take it serious. Have lost many days using my mobile net. It is not ok to be discounted in middle of important office meet

    Worst broadband service @ACTFibernet @FiberAct . Simple modem reset issue not resolved in 24hours every time customer service says this time, that time but non happened so far. False commitment. ACT BUT NO ACTION

    @ACTFibernet You are really poor in handling customer requests and complaints. I can't even speak to anyone other than the customer service executive who has the robotic answers but no one resolves issues.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working for last 2 days and registered a compliant in app and called up the helpline nos. No response instead false commitment Ticket no : SR10349072032232. Kindly resolve the issue by today as we are more depended on data for online classes and WFH

    @ACTFibernet I am your customer from 2011/12,the time you connected my area. It's 10 years now.The old router is not effective.Can u oblige by giving a new router.I am continuing with you despite other better offers. I don't believe in hopping.Also satisfied with u r service.

    @kaapiccino @Truecaller @ACTFibernet There is only a provision to raise complaint on internet disconnection. My issue is about billing. But I couldn't reach out to their customer care. The nos. are not working. App has only faqs, no option to register complaint on billing.

    @ACTFibernet I hv paid 1 year Subscription in mrs.R.Lakshmi’s name.Last 72 Hrs,there is No-internet connection & Ur service is very bad.None of ur staffs r responding wt respect.Infact some hv abused my staff & threatened us to surrender #Broadband.FYKI @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet Resolution cannot take ages! The issue is you and your team is not even trying to solve the issue. All that you are doing is; putting up standard blurbs - not focusing on the resolution or customer pain. It’s been more than 3-4 weeks and you folks are not able to do a basic job!

    @ACTFibernet Internet down for 48+ hours and still no resolution. No response from technician, no customer support, nothing. You are telling “back online” — which is completely false. This is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP or escalate to someone who can actually resolve it.

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues - I'm really sorry to say this, but your customer service is severely lacking - I've been raising tickets continuously for the last two days, only to be met with delays and resolution of tickets when the issue was not yet seen to at all😠
