I have been a regular customer of @airtelindia for last 7 years, I never had such bad experience which is convincing enough to push me to change my mind. Their employees are proactive to do their sales, once done they won’t even pick your calls morover they start to disconnect.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No response from customer care. Promise made by your executive on 18 July did not fulfill yet. Nobody responding to mail sent yesterday. Your team landed me in trouble that there will be 2 days blank at my work. Pathetic customer service.

@airtelindia ur service is very poor. I hv changed my plan to prepaid on 19/7/2020. Still you hv stopped my network on 23/7/2020 night. 2nd mistake hv sent me bill of Rs 317/- u give big ads on TV people hv no complaints.air tell's service is v.v.v poor.

Pathetic Service from @airtelindia. I am so called "Airtel Black" Customer and a ticket raised on 12th Oct is still open and every time I call them they will arrange for a call back and no one called me yet. I have been on call with Airtel RM's at-least 20 times last week (1/2).
