@airtelindia I mistakenly did a recharge to an incorrect number few minutes back using Paytm. When I called your cust service, they said NO to return back the amount. Operator Reference Number: 1025068272 @Paytm no help from Paytm or Airtel.Such a bad service

@airtelindia I ported my jio number to 9210015737airtel just 1.5 to 2 months ago that no call is coming any one is dialing my number the number is telling wrong and all calls are going from my side,There is no customer hearing in airtel,no one should port in airtel #airtelblack @AIRTELINDIA6

@Paytm your FINAL response to all of this is, we can't help. I want to request everyone not to use PAYTM for any transactions. With my experience it seems that if something goes wrong, they won't be liable.@airtelindia very disappointed with your response to this aswell!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Id7025043861net speed reduced drastically as not making double payment of Rs590/paid on 5.10.21 through Paytm.Complaint filed in Ist week of Nov unresolved. Airtel claims payment of 5.10.21,Rs 590 refunded on 30.10.21 but no credit in Paytm.

@airtelindia Worst service by #airtel.My number : 7012020688 needed to convert my SIM to E-Sim and for that I called airtel customer care and they told It will take 7 days to get an e-mail updated but now in Airtel App the complaint is shown as closed while my e-mail id is not yet updated.
