@JioCare @reliancejio if i recharge for a year atleast i should get minimum 30000 non jio mins. Look into this on priority otherwise i will shift to other network who provides everything unlimited in a pack. I m a very premium customer u can see my recharge history. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Complaint no 128339128 in UP and UP east Customer care are worst, it only sends messages but no one looks at the problem. Grievances are not looked in to instead w/o confirmation it is stated that it is resolved. Static IP and port forwarding issue still unresolved

@airtelindia Abysmal service when dealing with faults. Airtel simply lie about when the fix wil be complete then extend the deadline when they fail to hit it. Mendacious and utterly unreliable. Be honest about what the fault is and stop sending bogus resolution messages.
