    @airtelindia @TRAI No changes in pack! done it 3 times no one responding in customer care. Neither website nor mobile app updated for new rules. It's pathetic.

    @airtelindia can’t wait for months for Bharti Airtel to address bill reconciliation issues. If there was an intent to address customers concerns it would have been done in these 15 days. Only promises to resolve and stopping calling services, is no way to address.

    @airtelindia I have recharged my DTH on 27th Jan with Rs. 435 as per my existing pack. Now my free channel and some paid sports channel blocked. I have 2 time to your customer care but every time I got the time of next 48 hours. Please take action and unblock my channel

    @TRAI Yes, like @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They are unable to change the package I chose online a few days back. And when I tried to contact #Airtel customer service, I couldn’t get through to them. Their Twitter rep promised that I’d get a call but nobody called me. #ShameAirtel

    As per @airtelindia DTH notifications , desired package already selected on 31st Jan but #AIRTEL seems failed to rollout new #TRAI rule. SetTopBox is dead for many users, resolution time-4 days. What a joke @Airtel_Presence @TRAI #PatheticService

    @prajvalprince @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence BTW same case happened with me. I had to close the Broadband Service. They were not willing to improve anything in 5 years and were trying to resell Fibre connection, which they did not have in my building, Ultimately left than after many many years . USELESS to the core
