    Cancelled the airtel internet on 23rd July. Still receiving the bills. It was promised that the services will be deactivated within 7 working days, but what about the 2 months advanced rental..i guess that's what customer service is all about @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care service. I requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 22, more than 48 hrs (and counting), with advance payment made & multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    I request @airtelindia, @reliancejio & @VodaIdea_NEWS to please make such plans that if a customer doesn't finish his daily internet data then it doesn't get exhausted and adds up to the future unused data and only exhausts after the completion of its monthly validity period.

    @airtelindia @AirtelSecure @consaff how you can calculate a 12K phone to repay just 3600. repair my handset or pay me the total value you given on reg for airtel secure. As my reg is confirmed for accidental & liquid damage up to 12k now, you deny repairing for 10k cost. why???
