    @airtelbank Done this multiple times and informed the same to @airtelindia executives every time. This payment is directed to browser and most probably not an app issue.

    @Airtel_Presence Your app is stil not workin and I am not able to change the plan. No resolution even after 8 days of complaining. Doe even any one bother in @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to solve the issue. Just by calling and saying that a teammate spoke to me doesn’t solve the problem.
