I called your customer care, she said concern is raised and it will take 2 weeks to resolve!!!! Signal is zero in my area of noida...for calling we are depends on the JIO wifi network... Now porting is the only solution.

Jio is right, its recharge got finished 2 months ago, still call OTP comes. Jio 5G also runs unlimited.
