    Using @airtelindia broadband for last 12 years almost. Had a network problem hence raised the complain. Due to arrogant customer care, i decided to disconnect the connection. Now it’s been 10 days, broadband and landline still working. Sent an email last week but no response.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence trying to reach out to customer care from last 2 days for my broadband connection. IVR/Chat support have so many glitches, it doesn’t capture your complaint correctly and there is absolutely no option to speak to customer care. Frustrated.
