    @airtelindia There's no one to listen to your issues in Airtel whether mobile or broadband. Their App is also of no help. It has specified functions only. Just pay your bills and there's no one to attend to your complaints and queries. Bad experience.👎

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if i dont get an resolution by 30th i wont be using the xtreme fiber wifi and will just throw away the router for sure. And be sure i am going to file a complain on @TRAI for all the behaviour issues which i have faced from you guys.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel calls affected badly in Delhi. For making one call, have try for 20 times than one call gets connected. For incoming my contacts complaining that we unable to call you. People facing same issue plz retweet.

    @airtelindia Constant link drops with 01193993318_dsl connection. Since April, every month the link drops post the 20th. The local team is not helpful and is only concerned with the “happy code”. They close the complaint without resolving the issue. Same story for May and June.

    @abhinabadas @airtelindia Airtel will empty your wallets.. There are so many hidden charges Wait till you get monthly bill. My advice switch to some other local network. @Airtel_Presence is pathetic. You will end up calling 121 & 198.. but no resolution..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 5 days of outage in a month. And that too during the office hours. What you expect from your customers? And amazingly your mobile data also stops working when broadband goes down. Being a customer of airtel from past 11 years. Time to move on.

    @airtelindia your enterprise services sucks. No service level committments. PRI goes down and your CFM teams does not have Tat to raise tickets and assign to Field team. Competitors r far better than Airtel which i am saying after struggling with u Guys 10 times in past 2 month.

    Hi @airtelindia Can you please let me know if I can change my network carrier while I’m in United Kingdom, I have a @JioCare Sim from India but it doesn’t seem to work anyway. Let me know if I can port to another network while on international roaming.
