Imagine if I have to make a call to anyone at midnight, I have to walk about 500 metres into open area to talk. Nobody can reach out to me on my number like ever.     @airtelindia 1. Rs. 10 recharge is not working on 4G handset 2. Incoming is not working without any pack but initially sim was with lifetime incoming. Totally customer harrasment policy. #recharge

    Aap @airtelindia ki chronology samajhiye. Don’t send hard copy of bills-> start automated calls to the customer after missing the due date coz bill wasn’t sent-> customer will request for bill -> @airtelindia will say “ we will help you” -> Dur date miss -> include late fees now.
