    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So, around 40 days ago my SIM card got corrupt due to unknown reasons. Now that I got a chance to get it replaced during #lockdownrelaxation...it never happened. As apparently, my sim card never carried the number I have been using for over 14 yrs!

    Hi @airtelindia, in this #COVID lockdown you have decided to provide the poorest broadband connectivity when people needed you the most. Your connection is either too slow or not there at all. And your pathetic app is of no help as it keeps saying "everything is fine".

Please change my number Postpaid to prepaid immediately. I will port my number with other operator. Paying around 300+ from last 4 months.

    @airtelindia I have done 2 recharge for my 2 DTH connection on 25 April for three months as below. 3011297374-001: Rs 1711 3011297374-002: 1254 Only 3011297374-002 is working as per my plan. 3011297374-001 doesn't work. In all channels TV code 4 is coming.

    @airtelindia What a **** if i had known that u will change the rule 2 years back then I wouldn't have recharged my account with this balance. And also if i had done so whats a big deal i am paying you the amount equivalent to your recharge plan. You should provide the service
