Never thought I would be tweeting against @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence. Almost a week since I placed a request to shift our Airtel Xtreme connection, no response still. The technician is suggesting to take a new connection instead which will be done today, not the shifting.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel past few months have been quite troublesome for us, the internet connectivity has just sucked in, even the audio calls aren't working properly in a place like Delhi. Its 4G in name only performing worst than 2G.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Id7025043861net speed reduced drastically as not making double payment of Rs590/paid on 5.10.21 through Paytm.Complaint filed in Ist week of Nov unresolved. Airtel claims payment of 5.10.21,Rs 590 refunded on 30.10.21 but no credit in Paytm.

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia really fail to understand the need to verify the address for a disconnection request of postpaid mobile connection. It has been pending for a while now. How can i get this done sooner ? Why do you take so much of time to resolve a disconnection ?
