The @airtelindia executive was of no help. Repeated the same script of taking out sim, switching phone again --tried that thrice-- but it still didn't work. My wife insisted on speaking to supervisor. After a prolong waiting, she finally spoke to him.

@airtelindia reinstalling is pending since last one week. Every time I get a call confirming that it will be installed today but to no avail. Calling call centre has no solution neither your local service support guys. This reminds me "office office" serial.

I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence

I dialed @airtelindia customer care at 4 PM to sought out the issue and I was assured that I will get a call back. Nothing happened. After 8 PM, my fuming wife, who is without a number and works in banking sector, dialed the customer care. More misery was waiting for her.

@airtelindia pathetic customer service from Airtel. I am abroad and my sim stopped. I followed all the steps told by airtel executive. They issued the sim and it's not functional. Now they say it would take 7 to 10 days more as they seemed to have missed an approval. Please Help!
