    @Airtel_Presence Thanks for calling up, I had paid for fiber modem and xstream stb, INR 900 & 3999 approximately, now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is giving out combos, I am at a loss here, please do intra-department discussion and let me know a proper solution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My outgoing calls have been stopped. I am shown as zero balance! There is a threat to stop incoming calls & service altogether. All because I made payment ahead of schedule! On 13 June I paid Rs399 twice, one since the transaction was not completed!

    An extremely pathetic service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am not able to call even helpline number despite cleared all outstanding amount. 90% of internet data is unused since Feb 2021 and not have even called 100 minutes :( @VittalGopal
