    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia really fail to understand the need to verify the address for a disconnection request of postpaid mobile connection. It has been pending for a while now. How can i get this done sooner ? Why do you take so much of time to resolve a disconnection ?

    @airtelindia Whats up with your service? I lodge a complaint everyday for internet down it works for 3hrs after ur executives do some tweaking and then again I have to complain! On the other hand our mobile phones don't get service at all either.Been 6months of this nuisance

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - tried to reach customer care at 121. I was not allowed to connect customer care rather given a complaint no which is expected to resolve after 8 days. In case of emergency I need to wait for atleast 8 days. It shows not worried of customer problem
