    In a given month, @airtelindia's Broadband service works effectively and smoothly for a mere 4-5 days, while on the remaining days, one has to switch it off, wait for 10-15 mins, switch it on again, and then repeat the procedure twice a day. Not exaggerating.

    @airtelindia your xtreme box has technical issues. It keeps on restarting and whenever I complaint your service team visit and says that this cannot be resolved. Pathetic services and a company of liars. Your xtreme box model has serious problems please fix this.

    I got the call hopefully ur team would look into issue.Moreover I am facing issues in two Airtel numbers so definitely it’s your network which is causing issue not my phones. Both sims can’t go corrupt at same time Both phones won’t be impacted together! @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I ordered Airtel Dth online which said free installation, the local distributor calls and asks extra money for installation. Just becoz I denied paying extra amount he goes ‘I don’t need customers like you’. Is this how you treat ur customers?

    @kushagr_d @airtelindia @reliancejio Good luck finding the “deactivate” option on Airtel. They accidentally forgot to put it in the HelloAirtel app for broadband. Not sure about the scene with mobile network.
