    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care service. I requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 22, more than 48 hrs (and counting), with advance payment made & multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I felt harassment when I was requesting your senior executive to disconnect my Airtel Fibre Network as it is intermittent malfunctioning. She disconnected my call in between.I didn't misbehaved 😡..

    I request @airtelindia, @reliancejio & @VodaIdea_NEWS to please make such plans that if a customer doesn't finish his daily internet data then it doesn't get exhausted and adds up to the future unused data and only exhausts after the completion of its monthly validity period.

    @airtelindia You guys promptly send the bill. But customer service is pathetic. I am a BLACK member and most of the days in the last month, internet was not working and every time I have to go and switch off/on the modem. There are no proper channels to raise a concern as well!

    @airtelindia Is it fair to deny basic services to your customers if he has no validity pack? My validity pack ended on 17 th October 2022 and from the very next day i am unable to receive OTP and unable to connect to yor customer care officials.
