    @airtelindia Disgusting and pathetic service from the whole customer service. Your promotion of Airtel black plan has been a nightmare for me. I have opted for the same and since july 3rd 2021 I am waiting for the same 2 b implemented. The plan has not been migrated n noone helps

    Very bad network service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in our area internet speed 3.3kB/s speed network. I have raised issue in #airtelthanksapp but not solve the issue. Iam unable to use internet, our recharge money wasted

    For complaints filed against the promotional /marketing sms. @airtelindia responds it as a service based SMS rather Its clearly indicates that #Airtel has sold its subscriber contact info to third party businesses who reach us out for Marketing & promotional activities #TRAI #UCC

    When I contact the customer care or the Airtel Field Engineer they say,the order id for your new modem is under process until when this will happen @airtelindia @airtelnews

    When I call 121 the customer care they said that they’ll call within 24hrs but they don’t keep up their words. I’ve been using since 2017. This is Disgusting @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm not receiving OTP frm most of the vendor's specially frm government sites I'm tired & frustrated I've tried complaining 2 Jiocenter & customer care No one is helping me resolve the issue If this issue doesn't get fixed I will be porting to @airtelindia

    There is no network at my house in any corner on any airtel number of my family. The network works perfectly fine if we go out of home in other area. We have been facing this issue for months. Can you fix it or do we need to port to other network? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    I didn’t expect this from Airtel, I have a airtel fiber modem, which has a problem, the technician came home and said modem is giving problem we need to change it’s been almost 10 days, no response from your side.@airtelindia @airtelnews

    But instead they raised service disconnection vide SR10365150074063. This what your customer centric approach? If client requests for a extension you will disconnect the services? Thanks for your support for such a long time. We will move @airtelindia broadband r @JioFiberChennai

    @airtelindia request customer not to believe these bad promise. I have been trying to reach customer care at 121 and email over last 5 days. no proper resolution yet. Same response every time, wait for 24 hrs or wait for connecting to supervisor.

    @airtelindia i gave the complainant regarding my broadband it's been 5 day my internet is not working and when bill will come if it got 1day delay you are charging late payment fee every month i am facing this issue and now i am fed-up with airtel and airtel customer service
