    @airtelindia Hi I took Xstreme servicces last Friday. Till now the ott apps are not activated. Customer care also has no clue. Let me know if I can get a refund if the problem can't be solved.

    @airtelindia I have not authorised and Airtel has done arbitrarily without my CONSENT and This is UNETHICAL behaviour with a bonafide customer. I demand the reversal of these charges immediately with due apologies for putting me to inconvenience

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unable to use 5G internet. I have 5G enabled handset and active Airtel sim card. Network preference opted 5G from the settings menu. Look into the matter.

    @FullTosss @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Alright solved the issue. Go to the Airtel store , they might have to change ur post paid plan for it to work. They changed mine and wallah it magically started working and they did acknowledge that it was their side issue. It’s not apples issue.

    @airtelindia my number is 9890184348. Recent did reverification on 22/5/26 after which my outgoing service was blocked on 25/5/26. I have visited company store and mailed my Aadhar details and photograph to the higher officials and store manager told me problem will get resolved.

    @imhiteshpatel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel and Jio Fiber support has become very frustrating. Most customer service is fully automated, and even the assigned relationship managers are often unresponsive. better to go with a reliable local broadband provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Did esim swap from one mobile to another mobile .. it was mentioned as 24hrs sms block for safety .. but now its more than 36hrs .. i dont see anyway to contact customer care other than useless IVR..

    I seriously doubt if Airtel disconnects the network on weekdays. Whenever I'm on WFH or leave, the modem isnt working. Happened multiple times but today it's out for the entire day. I have used twitter more for customer care than fun.. Indian consumers are doomed @airtelindia
