Your slogan “hum har jagah hain” doesn’t really seems to be valid in my area, as we have poor reception throughout. Have lodged in multiple complaints but not of use. Pretty unfair that there’s no compensation for all this downtime. The whole airtel experience is so frustrating - your customer care no. doesn’t work as intended, no way to reach out to an agent through the airtel app and no upfront notice for the inconvenience.
