Your slogan “hum har jagah hain” doesn’t really seems to be valid in my area, as we have poor reception throughout. Have lodged in multiple complaints but not of use. Go to the Airtel store , they might have to change ur post paid plan for it to work. They changed mine and wallah it magically started working and they did acknowledge that it was their side issue. It’s not apples issue.

Your engineer arrived to fix it, but because I have not received the “Happy Code” over SMS, he says the connection will be terminated. Two simple questions: (A) If your network is down and I cannot receive the SMS containing the code, how is that my fault? (B) If my broadband is still not working, how exactly am I expected to give a “Happy Code”? I am, quite reasonably, not happy. A customer service process should solve problems, not create new ones.
