Two MNCs @amazonIN and @AmericanExpress are setting Gold Standard for customer service in India & no Indian company is anywhere close. In fact the likes of @bigbasket_com @Paytm make you wonder #Whyme while @Flipkart & @airtelindia are ok but nowhere close to "Meets Expectations"

Raised #networkcomplaint multiple times. No use. & You expect full payment to be done on time. Late charges if not done. I am not making full payment until you fix the issue. We #deserve compensation on bill for such horrible service. @airtelindia

What i have learnt from @Airtel_Presence is, When you don’t have network at your place, simply opt for porting instead of waiting for the service provider to install tower at your place (being fooled of since 2 years) just to show your 14 years of loyalty with them @airtelindia

They are misguiding public by bringing a Nepali girl saying “i returned to Airtel after trying other networks”, but in reality @Airtel_Presence is loosing its customers. Speed also slow. I keep on using Airtel, still never disappointed me with services👍. Hope they will come up good android dth soon.
