@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think it's high time you complete the process of refund and we can check for the alternative. You customer service executive Sarath promised that by 12pm IST the installation will be done but no one turned up and I dont see any reason to wait.

Don't know whether @GooglePayIndia and @airtelindia combine fraud people very bad experience in there combination Whenever my payment failed airtel will say we didn't received payment and gpay says amount has been credited to Airtel this happened with me twice but no response 😠

Disgusting service offered by @airtelindia where the technical executive confirms the broadband service can be provided. Once the booking and payments are done, he doesn't turns up. Extreme professionalism displayed when we tried reaching but he disconnects

@AnimeshMaiti7 @airtelindia Don't ever do port to jio. Very bad experience I had from last 2 years. I have now even got airtel for another support. The worst service is of Jio. Airtel is far better. Just complaint on airtel and they will sort it out. Never think of porting to Jio. Bad choice of porting.
