Rushed to airtel store but the staff says has been facing such issues, no server etc.. Not expected from airtel... Thinking of porting.

Your store took payment for a fiber connection that your engineer later confirmed isn’t available at my address. I then requested AirFiber transfer, but I still have no resolution or refund.
