@Airtel_Presence Guys, I have selected my channel packs almost 3 days before. I hv called your customer support almost 5-6 times to activate my pack. However, even after waiting for 15 minutes no executive picked the call & till now I am clueless what to do @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence I am sick of using @airtelindia service. The most unreliable service. Every time you call customer care line gets disconnected. When they call, they will call 5 times for the same thing. They don’t update the calls. Above all they cheat their customers. #Beware
