@airtelindia Airtel is unable to keep to promises. Many are not getting the bb speeds promised. It is a breach of contract and customers deserve concessions, refunds. It is illegal to accept money and not provide service. 4 days my request not looked into. Disciplinary action??

Hi, I am facing difficulty in receiving call and also not recieving OTP. The connection is very poor and already I have from @airtelindia they have upgraded and changed settings. If issue will not solved I have to switch to another account. Location- Asansol
