  @JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel

Your representatives either disconnect calls, make false promises, or keep saying “it will be fixed in 4 hours,” “within 24 hours,” or “an engineer will visit, yet nothing happens. When selling a connection, your team arrives immediately. When a customer faces a problem, they are harassed instead. If you cannot provide proper service, please disconnect and take back your connection. I don’t want a service that doesn’t respect its customers. #Airtel #CustomerService #BroadbandIssue
