Such a bad experience with @ACTFibernet initially it was bad speed, then relocation is frustrating. Customer care not bothered. They promised 24hours but nothing delivered I’m a prepaid customer at a loss. It was a mistake switching from @airtelindia really frustrating.

@airtelindia worst service. Don't fall into the pit with their promises. I was promised 100Mbps and after payment installation everything they say 40Mbps is the max speed limit for the broadband. Now chasing the customer service for my refund!! 🙄🙄 #AirtelSucks

@airtelindia both sms and internet is not working fine since 2 days in my prepaid connection. Mind you this is in Yelahanka Bangalore where everything was working fine until then and when contacting customer care there is only option to raise ticket which says 7 days to resolve.
