@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia having serious 4G network connectivity issues at my area circle near Rampally, Hyderabad. To call, changing network to 2G and calling since can't connect calls & data at 4G. Single point it shows all the time. Please help us to improve 4G network.

@VodafoneIN its been over 15days since i ported to vodafone And not even a single time did i experience good network or 4g speeds. The 4g never worked and i hardly find singnals across the city. I am running it in 3g only n I need to wait 3months before i switch to @airtelindia

@airtelindia does't make any sense by calling immediately by seeing my tweet. It really matter to the customer how fast you can provide the solution. As per the latest SR your service the engineer supposed to visit my premises yesterday evening. No call. No updates yet.

@vizagobelix @airtelindia I will tell u how frustrating it is...when I was playing PUBG, the game gets struck for few seconds when I get a message. I lost game several times due to these stupid messages from UNLIMITED, ShoppersStop etc. apart from airtel 😩😩😩😋😋😋

@airtelindia today is the 5th day from the date I had raised an issue over the Airtel internet connectivity loss, all I have got are false promises of quick resolution over email, chat, phone conversations, text messages. Airtel’ you can do better than this!

@airtelindia seriously your customer care sucks.. i am in call with them since last 40 min out of which 25 min in hold. In my building neighbors are using 100 mbps Airtel vfiber connection but to me Custcare says my area is supported in my area. This doesn’t make any sense to me

When I asked the agent to connect me to the manager for better clarity as he was not able to help, he clearly lied that no manager is available. I would request @airtelindia to stop fooling customers and train their agents better. I am heading to file a complain tomorrow mrng

I am an @airtelindia customer since 4-5 years now and EVERYDAY is a PAIN with this network. The agents will fool you and add packages you dont even need. When you call them they will tell all lies. If you are a postpaid customer then you are in a big mess. @airtelnews @TRAI
