@airtelindia Airtel is unable to keep to promises. Many are not getting the bb speeds promised. It is a breach of contract and customers deserve concessions, refunds. It is illegal to accept money and not provide service. 4 days my request not looked into. Disciplinary action??

@airtelindia @jagograhakjago executives and retailers are making false promises and porting people to Airtel. This is a malpratice. Is this how Airtel doing its business? The retailers ask people to contact customer care and they keep asking us to contact the retailer.
