    @airtelindia Opted for New Broadband connection with Airtel and team didn’t showed up for last 5 days. Post complaint with 121, I was been informed that due to congestion and ports unavailability connection couldn’t be provided. 👏🏻👏🏻Thanks for guiding me to ACT Fiber.

    @airtelindia do u have any sense ? I have requested for PORT due to Internet issues. I have recieved a call from airtel, so told me that we will solve the issue please stop port. I not even recieved a call that the issue has been solved I got a message that problem has cleared.

    hey @airtelindia I cancelled my broadband request because the speed in my area is terrible (which YOUR feasibility check & engineer told me) to find that someone has uncancelled it without asking me. this is unacceptable. I want a refund of my money. pls rectify asap.

    @airtelindia In the past one month I have faced problem with broadband more than 4 times, and each time Airtel took more than 48 hours to temporarily resolve it. Broadband no: 013547275140 It caused loss of 10 working days, would Airtel compensate for the loss?

    your technician cancelled the request bc of low service quality - and yet @airtelindia someone has reopened the request today without asking me! I want a refund. I do not want to be harassed. cancel the request - hope this is clear enough.
