@airtelindia While I was complaining to 121 about this from my mobile (+91 9963791073) at 5.48 PM the call dropped. Your personnel did not even bother to escalate and give me a callback. What do you expect the customer to do? Dial 121 again and repeat the story from beginning?

@airtelindia Moreover my connection is poor and rarely in working condition. I have been giving multiple complaints over the past few days over the connectivity issue. With dwellings coming up in thousands in and around Bachupalli you need to come up with better service.
