    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have raised a service request 10091634659 and it was assigned to the technician.He was due to come yesterday but still we are awaiting.This is frustrating as we can’t raise another request since there is an existing one alive.

    @airtelindia changing from act fiber to airtel fiber is proving wrong decision. Connection goes off every once in every week. Support team will always come to resolve only the next day not on same day.

    @airtelindia Subject: Request to Allow WiFi Extender Usage for Broadband Connection Respected Sir/Madam, I am using an Airtel Broadband connection with a WiFi connection number: 04015311420. Earlier, I was using a WiFi extender/router along with your broadband connection without any issues. Recently, during a complaint visit, your technician informed me that the usage of WiFi extenders has been technically restricted or blocked from the backend team side. I humbly request Airtel authorities to kindly allow the usage of WiFi extender/router so that I can access uninterrupted broadband connectivity throughout my premises. The extender is essential for proper signal coverage and smooth internet usage. If the restriction continues, I may be forced to cancel the existing broadband connection and shift to another broadband service provider who permits such usage.     @airtelindia ur wifi is not providing high speed internet. Everyday I'm dealing with slow, very slow, internet. Either give a refund or provide a free upgrade. Total waste of money
