Got my number ported to @airtelindia and the guy who came and ported charged ₹299 as recharge fees but even after successful porting, recharge wasn’t done. Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I got unlimited 5G on my number in the airtel app.. I activated unlimited data on 5g network. But it's totally fake.. I am able 2 use only my 2 GB and it keep on counting on 5G network. It's fake advertisement by airtel. My location is Tezpur assam.
