    @airtelindia similarly on my return on 25 th Oct 2022 again on my transit from Dubai to Hyderabad international roaming charges have been charged without any authorisation. I have called customer care today and requested for reversal as both the instances I have NOT AUTHORISED.

    @airtelindia I've been trying to request for secondary DTH connection against my primary DTH 3028284300-001 Despite multiple requests via 121 they are unable to log a request due to some technical issue. This is very disappointing and am really frustrated chasing customer care.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have raised a service request 10091634659 and it was assigned to the technician. He was due to come yesterday but still we are awaiting. This is frustrating as we can’t raise another request since there is an existing one alive

    @airtelindia We have our broadband down due to fiber cut from 2 days, raised complaint yesterday, and escalation today. your technicians don't even care to call back in a community airtel exclusive with 450+ connections. Time for @reliancejio as a competition?

    Got my number ported to @airtelindia and the guy who came and ported charged ₹299 as recharge fees but even after successful porting, recharge wasn’t done. Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelindia Since couple of weeks the Airtel network is very badly down, I was approaching and raising the compliant in Airtel app but the issue was not resolved. But it will prolonged and no-one look into on this issue. .

    Being black customer and associated with Airtel for so many years this is very very disappointing and feels like it's deliberate to push customer to go for new connection instead of secondary. Request @airtelindia to address this at the earliest

    @yabhishekhd @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare operators are already doing something like this. I tested it myself with the same device, network, and location, just switching between different plans. Postpaid versus prepaid showed a huge difference in internet speed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence stop spreading false information to customers. Your representatives are claiming my last recharge was on 08 December 2025, while I clearly recharged my number with ₹349 on 20 February 2026. I even have the payment proof. Why are your staff lying again and again instead of solving the issue properly? Completely frustrating and pathetic customer support. Fix this nonsense and reactivate my number immediately.

    @airtelindia At least give customers essential OTP service. Calls not working is understandable for expired plans, but OTPs are a basic necessity now.

    Such a sick customer support by @airtelindia, entire day there is network outage, i have raised ticket, no response from airtel team, upon calling the service person there was a vague and arrogant response. Worst service even in city like Bangalore

    Still no response, callback, or resolution from Airtel despite repeated follow-ups, DMs, and public escalation. Now, Airtel has also disconnected my broadband connection because I refused to pay the falsely added Amazon Prime charges. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India
