  I’ve been a loyal Airtel customer for many years, but I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I’ve been trying to get my WiFi connection (DSL No: 014111673319_dsl) disconnected for the past two months. Despite repeated calls to customer care, the issue remains unresolved. Instead of disconnecting the service, Airtel continues to generate bills, forcing me to make unnecessary payments. What’s even more frustrating is being kept on hold for long periods every time I contact customer support, with no resolution. Is this the level of customer service Airtel stands for?   @airtelindia It's been 2 weeks since I requested the relocation of my Airtel Wi-Fi and the experience has been extremely disappointing.Every customer care executive gives a different answer. One assures me that Airtel Wi-Fi is available in Vyara, while another claims it isn't.

My office called that Agent and he said that he was assigned my complaint by mistake as he works in a different territorial area. This is what AI and automation of #Airtel is doing. Highly inefficient.
