    Worst experience it’s been 10days my issue hasn’t been resolved. Called almost 5 times to 121 and almost 10times to the engineer. They’ll say that will be done today but no use. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    When I call 121 the customer care they said that they’ll call within 24hrs but they don’t keep up their words. I’ve been using since 2017. This is Disgusting @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia very bad customer service and we have outage for brodband for last four days and called Black customer service and they are relectent to take complaint and fix the problem. Airtel, wake up from bad customer service.

    @KeshavS89269532 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Bro, they have kept my cell network issues pending from past two years. Multiple tweets have no effect whatsoever. I suggest u move to Jio fiber, they have excellent service.

    When I contact the customer care or the Airtel Field Engineer they say,the order id for your new modem is under process until when this will happen @airtelindia @airtelnews

    I didn’t expect this from Airtel, I have a airtel fiber modem, which has a problem, the technician came home and said modem is giving problem we need to change it’s been almost 10 days, no response from your side.@airtelindia @airtelnews
