    @airtelindia changing from act fiber to airtel fiber is proving wrong decision. Connection goes off every once in every week. Support team will always come to resolve only the next day not on same day.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have raised a service request 10091634659 and it was assigned to the technician.He was due to come yesterday but still we are awaiting.This is frustrating as we can’t raise another request since there is an existing one alive.

    @JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel

    @airtelindia I've been trying to request for secondary DTH connection against my primary DTH 3028284300-001 Despite multiple requests via 121 they are unable to log a request due to some technical issue. This is very disappointing and am really frustrated chasing customer care.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unable to use 5G internet. I have 5G enabled handset and active Airtel sim card. Network preference opted 5G from the settings menu. Look into the matter.

    @Tauhidalam2k14 @airtelindia I faced the same problem. My complain was registered on 17th Nov 2020, and it's been 9 months, these morons couldn't provide a solution. Despite having a 4G connection, I had to opt for separate broadband. Quit Airtel as I have. They will turn your life in a nightmare.
