    @airtelindia Dont go with Airtel it’s worst then any other I was useing act previously that was good but they frequently charge penalties then I shifted to hathway that is aslo good but it take 24 hours to resolve prblms then I took Airte and got to know it is even worst than local internet

    @airtelindia Hi I took Xstreme servicces last Friday. Till now the ott apps are not activated. Customer care also has no clue. Let me know if I can get a refund if the problem can't be solved.

    Is there a provision that a person can go to an @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence store to complain about broadband? Because the incompetent people at Airtel aren't able to fix an internet problem in 4 days. Heck I would probably get a new connection in less than that.

    @airtelindia I am very disappointed with Airtel services overseas in Australia, New South Wales, my phone is not catching any signal from last 2 weeks. I tried to contact on 121 and 198 but not get any solid solution so for, they said may be my sim is damaged need to be replace.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence trying to reach out to customer care from last 2 days for my broadband connection. IVR/Chat support have so many glitches, it doesn’t capture your complaint correctly and there is absolutely no option to speak to customer care. Frustrated.
