@airtelindia The app doesn't have enough options or I don't see options to get my issue addressed. If you can help that'd be great or I'll regret my choice of porting my number to Airtel and go back to @Idea where I wasn't cheated by reducing data limit asking me to buy internet pack again.

@airtelindia all ads about great customer service is useless. Had raised a problem on 8th, ur executive comes on 9th, tells me that the speed is slow because of lower plan & suggests to go for higher plan (good sales tactics), I raise request on Airtel app, no response till date.
