Imagine if I have to make a call to anyone at midnight, I have to walk about 500 metres into open area to talk. Nobody can reach out to me on my number like ever. Not so dear @airtelindia, What personal grudges do we have? Exact one year back for some reason my sim stopped working out of blue and today same thing has happened again. Customer care won't bother to respond. Better you do something before I do.
