And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

And escalation team is saying that I have to take the router myself to the new location whereas the customer executive saying that the partner will pick up.

Devarsh Shah (@devarshh_08) reported@airtelindia Airtel Unlimited 5G is such a scam. I have recharged for the unlimited 5G network factor, but it still uses up all the data from my 2GB a day and I need to add data boosters. Very much disappointed in airtel, planning to switch to Jio or VI.
