Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I personally spoke with Customer Care, who confirmed the SIM can be activated/reissued through the store. Please verify the issue.

Disappointing way to welcome a customer. To top it up there’s no way I can reach out to customer care- all I can interact with are AI bots.

It is down since last 4 days and we get a standard reply from the CC that services are down in ur area and will 5-6 more hours. We have office work and rely solely on wifi as ur mobile services are pathetic here.
