Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Every time I am told it has been escalated and to be resolved in 4 hrs. Even today just now I was told to wait for 24 hrs.
