  when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

  Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My wifi is not working and I raised the complaint in the app at 8 AM. But the resolution date it showed tomorrow. Not sure why you are not displaying today's date. As per you do we need to wait for 1 day for the issue resolution.

  @Airtel5GIndia @airtelindia Pathetic wifi service experienced with airtel. One of the technician visited last week and told that faulty router will be replaced. Continuously following up on this with his manager however he is giving fake commitment everyday. Can you help in this.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your team has put WiFi in safe custody with 90 days free period, but now sending bill for safe custody charges - including DTH. Pathetic experience from customer service. No email id to contact, no other way to connect w/o waiting 20 min on call.

  @airtelindia internet was dead for 7-8 days, but they’ll only refund ONE day because I "only called once in 4 days." So a total network blackout doesn’t exist unless you beg them daily? Blatant scam. Said they won't refund a penny if you don't call them. @TheSunilMittal, @TRAI

  @airtelindia. very worst service by airtel i have bought air fiber last week from day 2 itself i getting network problem and i called customer care 20 time to resolve this but no person came to my home to resolve this..is this way u treat ur customer
