  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

  Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @airtelnews I upgraded to 100 Mbps hoping the issue would finally be fixed, but clearly nothing has changed. And the customer support experience is even worse. I’ve complained 10+ TIMES. Every time I’m told, “The engineer will visit tomorrow.”

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my WiFi at home is not working for last 2 days…money is being paid on time…but coming to service…it’s becoming worse. The agent is disconnecting my call and no some seems interested in resolving..I am trying to get hold of someone to get my internet at home working again. Don’t think only about money, think of service as well..pathetic..seems needs to change my ISP immediately…

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very disgusting service in last 7 days every day your engineer comes and make the network worst instead of fixing it . Every day I have to complaint. Wifi is not working single e-mail is not possible just because of your tolerance.

  @airtelindia Worst service! It’s been 4 days and I’m still hearing “today or tomorrow.” No resolution yet. I already ported my mobile number to Jio. If this service continues, I’ll switch my Airtel WiFi to JioFiber too. Complaint: 11037125039
