And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

Earlier, the same amount of usage would last the entire day, but now the 2 GB gets exhausted within half a day, even though my usage pattern hasn't changed. This feels unfair. Please investigate whether there is an issue with your data usage calculation or network. If this problem is not resolved, I will have no option but to port my number to another service provider.
