    when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio @JioCare Their network is proving very troublesome, so if you have any advantages like you, especially the support I need is that the caller tunes are unlimited, then I will use your SIM 👉🏻@airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Appellate Authority (Ref: 11034263474) also promised a 24hr fix, not honoured. I filed a formal complaint with both DoT (CPGRAMS Ref: DOTEL/E/2026/0043199) and Coimbatore Consumer Commission (Ref: 202607100464). Fix this.

    @Airtel_Presence Every 4 hours @airtelindia send message that problem isnt resolved. 30 hrs no wifi in a Metro. That should be out of world equipment that cannot be fixed

    Still this problem is not solved @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I can't use my airtel number because this area doesn't support airtel network. Many others also have this issue. I switched to another operator. Resolve this asap.

    @JioCare Of late it seems jio has put some cap on the internet speed. Worst part is to use jiocare app using @airtelindia sim. How do I get to raise the complaint with the ombudsman.

    @airtelindia my wifi has been down since 30 june 2026 and my recharge ended on 5 th July 2026 . Your executive asked me to recharge to start it and yet it didn't start I have been frustrated from 30 june no resolution thinking of terminating our relationship with airtel.

    @airtelindia paying 1500rs pm (post paid) also, no proper network. Data runs like bsnl network. Wats d use,paying 1500 every month?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A technician visited home to fix the reported issue against the reference no. 657443113. There was no issue observed in set top nor any item found defective between TV and set top box.

    @airtelindia very bad experience I am your customer since last 5 years for Airtel black’ TV channels not able to see and now Airtel app does not allow registration of complaint. Customer care only asks for new connection and not chat only asks was this communication helful
