    when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

    @airtelindia - I have been a customer of your Xtreme Fiber for about 6 months. here's the feedback!! Iam getting irregular bills from last 3 months and this month- Apparently I exhausted 3TB of data (shocking) within 12 days! Don't u think its too xtreme?? Terribly disappointed!

    @airtelindia @TRAI May I know under which rule you are prohibiting your customers from making outgoing calls and messages 2days before the validity that we recharged for(talking about your 365 days plan)? you are charging money for 365 days but providing service for 363days only?
