  Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

  when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My data isn’t working properly since morning and even the Airtel app isn’t loading. Airtel WiFi service person who was supposed to come for WiFi installation didn’t come today either. Completely cut off from internet - this level of service is unacceptable! Please resolve this asap

  Dear @ViCustomerCare, port request for my father from @airtelindia to VI is missing. SIM delivered on 20 Jul, ₹854 paid. On 21 Jul, your rep asked us to cancel and promised activation in 3 days. Customer care now says no port request exists. Please resolve urgently. Thank you

  @Airtel_Presence @vikascreateyug @airtelindia boasts about dedicated 5G network to Postpaid customers. The FRAUD company's network down since the first hour of rain. All claims r FAKE. The Wi-Fi is down, Mobile network is down to 2G. Even BSNL prepaid works better than 5G postpaid. Jio 5G is Truely 5G.

  2. I am facing issues in incoming and outgoing calls. My @airtelindia SIM is connected to the network and the internet is working but when someone is calling at my number it's showing either switched off or nothing. When I am calling someone, it's not getting connected.
