    when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio @JioCare Their network is proving very troublesome, so if you have any advantages like you, especially the support I need is that the caller tunes are unlimited, then I will use your SIM 👉🏻@airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

    Been a customer of @airtelindia for 16 years, the network has gone to dog ****. Whatever new space tech they have invented for network prioritisation, is messing up prepaid bandwidth big time. Need to reevaluate my network provider.

    Disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare! I requested network improvement for the last 20 days, but no action was taken. Today, I officially ported my one Jio SIM to @airtelindia. Customer service matters! 📱"Jio network services have been terrible in my area for the last 30 days.

    Regarding @airtelindia I called lots of time to customer care bcoz my wifi is not working properly but no one is helping me there, I called to local technician as well but they are also not giving me any resolution even they are not listening us @Airtel_Presence @airtel_wifi

    @airtelindia 14 days .. its like my whole month money us wasted . I paid for the premium service but never received the service ... is this the kind of service you are providing @airtelindia .... just to enable the premium service is that much amount of time you need whole 1 month ..???

    Once again I went to the CP (Connaught Place) @airtelindia customer care center, but they said there is no need for re-verification. Even they don't know why my mobile connection got disconnected. It's been more than 24 hours since the phone was disconnected, and you people are just making a fool…@Airtel_Presence
