Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

outstanding service by @airtelindia, after upgrading to airtel fiber I have raised almost 10 service requests for broadband issues in last 3 months, it's like they're breaking it intentionally to have more number of service requests and the outages lasts for 24-48 hours everytime
