  Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

  when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_wireless it's been 6 days without my Wi-Fi service. I've been calling customer care every day, and each time I'm told, "It will be fixed tomorrow." That "tomorrow" never seems to come. This is extremely frustrating. Pl cancel my Airtel WiFi

  Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , My airtel wifi is not working since last evening 30th July around 7pm till now 31july2026 5:40pm and there is no fixed ETA provided. It keep on increasing and due to this my official tasks are getting halted. Fix it on priority ASAP.

  @airtelindia I have recharged for Rs.349 plan Transaction ID is 642062775.And received confirmation message for the same. but still the plan is not active and not reflecting in my airtel app and internet is also not working. and asusual no response from customer care. Whats next?

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been facing a lot of frequent disconnection with the Wifi. I have raised it multiple times , still it is not resolved. Please help me with the resolution or else I would opt to discontinue the service.
