when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia your network is just degrading day by day! First home, then entire Western Express Highway (atleast my route from Andheri to Dadar), then trains, now even my workplace doesn’t give signal! Call drops, not god Internet speed and connectivity issues! Constant issues!
