  Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

  @airtelindia I am facing an issue with my ₹49 Unlimited 5G data pack, which is not working at all despite having an active plan and being in a 5G area. I request you to please resolve this issue at the earliest.
