    Pathetic service by @airtelindia. For the last 7 weeks, have been asking for an Invoice for a legitimate recharge transaction. Responses received from @airtelindia, "Team is working on it", but no resolution has been provided yet, reflecting negligence. Kindly help @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @marathiekikaran @marathi_bola this is pathetic service from airtel customer care . I chose my language as marathi and it transfered to the hindi. Why? I requested to that lady transfer to marathi or English but knowingly she said every time
