  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

  when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @reliancejio @JioCare Their network is proving very troublesome, so if you have any advantages like you, especially the support I need is that the caller tunes are unlimited, then I will use your SIM 👉🏻@airtelindia

  Requesting users to not to pursuive further more with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence as they wont fix the issues at their end if anything breaks/broken. Simply they suggest to visit nearest store / wait for their long process / long waiting time

  @airtelindia I raised a complaint about my Wi-Fi issue 15 days ago, and it still hasn’t been resolved. Despite waiting this long, I’m not getting a proper solution or clear update.15 days without a working/reliable internet service is unacceptable. Please look into my complaint

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Since then, 3 days and counting with no resolution. The customer has to call again and again, wasting his own time and patience, only to get more and more frustrated every time. Multiple calls, multiple complaints, same useless promises.

  @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel is on the verge of end in terms of customer services, the brand known for its commitment is loosing its goodwill because of inefficient team. Very disappointed with the worse services. Its a time to change i guess.
