@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence recharge validity of my prepaid sim expired on 9 dec 2022. However instead of providing grace period of 14 days to recharge, Rs 99 were deducted for 28 days extended validity with no call service on 11 dec 2022. This is unfair trade practice

@airtelindia I have ported to Airtel postpaid on 13 December 2022. In the airtel thanks, the number is shown as prepaid and no other details are seen. Sent many mails and requests to the customer care. Still no resolution.

@airtelindia @TRAI Great service provider by you(Airtel India). You and your Customer Care Executive is forcing to change the Service Provider. Mobile recharge today 07.18am. Balence deducted from my account, but customer care says to wait for 4 hour. Great service!
