Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

The IVR call doesn't work, I can't cancel on the app, airtel customer service on X doesn't help, and they keep billing me. There's no way I can cancel fiber plans.
