    Airtel SIM not working since 20th Oct. Store denied & asked to convert to postpaid. Got a duplicate SIM replaced from different store 10 days ago. Still the services have not resumed. Asking to visit store again. Is this #oneindia, #DigitalIndia @TRAI @airtelindia @digitalindia

    @airtelindia sorry to say this your customer care representative are not at all serious on their work, they do nothing and giving me a false hope that my internet connection will be alright after few days. From last 2 weeks I am facing internet and voice break issue.

    At this adverse situation in Bengal there is nothing going up wellfor the citizens. As far as connectivity is concerned only Jio #jiocare @reliancejio network is coming rest Airtel and Voda has zero network in most of the areas. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel please help.

    @AirtelIndia I am on your ₹859 Unlimited Plan and my internet has been COMPLETELY non-functional as of 9:56 PM IST on 13th April 2026. I am paying for an unlimited plan and receiving ZERO service. This is a clear violation of TRAI guidelines on promised network quality.1/2

    @airtelindia I have family plan and paying Rs 1900 to Airtel but one of my number- 94268 38567 is not getting data speed since last three days but Airtel is not helping. This is total fraud on customer who is paying 1900 for this post paid plan. What a harrassment by airtel !

    Poor network in Rustampur, Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh) despite having an Airtel tower. Even with a 5G plan, the internet speed is like 2G. If this issue is not resolved soon, users will port to Reliance Jio. Please resolve this urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TraiIndia

    @airtelindia @MIB_India It has been 9 days since the recharge, and we are still unable to use the internet. No action has been taken so far to resolve the issue. The problem remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why we have to pay the monthly charges if you are not providing services. In a single month you have 20-25 technical issues with lot of service disruptions. our work is completely hampered due to this ( 0271710487716_dsl).
