Went for SIM reactivation but your store staff misused my Aadhaar to open an Airtel Payments Bank account and activated ₹149 insurance WITHOUT my informed consent. SIM is still not working after hours. This is clear mis-selling + KYC misuse. I request: Immediate SIM activation Cancellation of account & insurance Full refund Strict action against the store staff involved If not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to @RBI and file a complaint with the consumer court. @Airtel_Presence please take urgent action.
