@airtelindia sorry to say this your customer care representative are not at all serious on their work, they do nothing and giving me a false hope that my internet connection will be alright after few days. From last 2 weeks I am facing internet and voice break issue.

My broadband complaint was allotted to @Airtel_Presence engineer at 8.25 pm today and no one visited us. At 8.27 pm @airtelindia closed my complaint on its own without resolving the complaint. This is height. Pls take action against them @TRAI

In the last 2 years, the server gets down from 9 pm to 11 pm in our area and we are not able to use the internet, due to which we have trouble. And we are told that the reason for this is that there are more users, solve this problem! 🙏 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Internet is very poor in village area. Customer care service is also not good. You don't have option to speak to agent and have to use twitter. In my village Pimpri 425104, they installed new tower ans the internet is worse than before
