    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence same is the condition in Banglore since last 14 months. At 700048 PIN code I don't think there is anything worst other than airtel network.

    @airtelindia 3days ago I logged a complain regarding the speed issue, and got a response with a response number, stating will be resolved within 8 working days. During this WFH situation I need to wait more than a week with outworking.. such a stupid customer service you provide

    @airtelindia I have really serious complaint. I did ₹398 recharge. It was showing 2 days remaining and the Airtel app was asking to recharge. Recharged today ₹398 again, the remaining 2 days vanished, cycle started from today itself. This is very bad compared to Jio.😠😡

    @MasqorA @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trust me, i go into remote villages and thankfully find @airtelindia coverage whereas jio fail miserably outside city limits, i have travelled all the over the country and its my personal exprnce, yes net speed sucks quite often but I rely on dre network. Vodafne fails everywhere

    @PhonePe_ @airtelindia I am not sure what kind of integration you people have done, but i believe it to be non-functional. Twice i have done a recharge of an airtel number with @PhonePe_ but the recharge was not applied to the number. And the support teams just blames the other

    @JioCare What's the point? It would be I guess 10th ticket that you guys raise and then close as per your will. Horrible experience with @JioCare. You guys don't take notes, don't maintain logs, don't resolve any issue. Learn something from @airtelindia on how to resolve complaints

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel system is a fail. Recently recharged on Airtel mobile through airtel upi for urgent requirement. It still shows in process from 3.5 hours while the amount is deducted. I even requested to do new recharge and refund old one but no assistance.
