    @sid_sa93 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Damage is already done. They designed their business as money first service last, where as Jio approached the market as service first to prove their point to demand money. ARPU was always below 50 before Jio where as people didn't mind 150+ ARPU with Jio. Result of arrogance

    @AshokBagihalli @airtelindia No. You aren't alone. Service quality is really poor from AirTel. No, neither Jio nor Vodafone or idea is much better. It's all based on specific areas so some may perform better at certain place The main issue is inaction from @TRAI & @DoT_India to allow them loot us legally

    I guess u ppl don't know the importance of Customer service.Been 1 week and u ppl didn't respond or call up. Henceforth tomm u Loose a Customer since 2002. Yes i am porting out tomm. Worst Experience. U guys are downgrading at an amazing speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia My accumulated data of 80+ gb is not visible on the Airtel app and according to that I have apparently used 75+ gb in the last month. This is not possible and has never happened in 5 years of using the number. Let me know if my issue can be resolved #Airtel

    @airtelindia is one of the pathetic customer care support. Neither you get a resolution via twitter support neither from customer care support. Their payment bank only takes in money and after that you cannot recharge with it neither you can return the money to your bank.

    Dear @airtelindia customer unfriendly behave costs ultimately to service provider. Stop pushing your app. Allow the customer's full control on his account via website login with password, no forced OTP. And Why usage and balance of #data can not be tracked by website login???
