@airtelindia’s Fiber has been not working suddenly for the last 3 hours and despite lodging complain from the Thanks app, there has been no solution. Will Airtel refund me the money lost for all the time Internet is not on? Absolutely disgusted by this random outage.

@airtelindia Dalhousie is the downtown of Kolkata and reaching office at 9 AM.. Airtel Broadband and Phone is not working on a Monday. What can be more frustrating? Complain booked- 138987772 and expected to be resolved by 3:30 PM. Entire working day lost due to Airtel. #airtel

Your wired connection is so unpredictable but atleast mobile data used to work at slow speeds however today everything is down! Not sure how to work from home. This is torture!
