@airtelindia I asked your execs to cancel the service, and that I would go with another connection. Because I work in a company where it’s required for me to be online 9 hrs in a day. With no internet. It’s not possible. After multiple calls and calls, Airtel did nothing.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the customer support by the name of Anas / Anis was so rude ! Zero empathy ! when I demanded to speak to a supervisor , he kept me on hold for more than 12 mins. After that when I called back twice after disconnecting !

Hello @airtelindia , for the past few days an invalid input pop up for every 30 seconds. It's causing a lot of inconvenience to me. I even called customer care to know the solution and asked to go to the nearest store. But due to lockdown, it's all closed. Kindly fix this.
