@airtelindia Providing essential service is outside the purview of lockdown since day 1. Still your airtel outlets are closed in Salt lake in one of the posh localities of kolkata. As a result of the fact broadband services are hampered after Amphan. Pls resolve SR 117914176.

@De_evil1 @airtelindia After Amphan most of the lines in one of the posh localities of salt lake is disconnected. The lines hv snapped. It is an essential service. You cannot shrug of the responsibility. We have to pay the Bill's from 20th May 2020. This is ridiculous and inhuman.

Airtel Thanks App is a total waste @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia,been trying to reach the customer care, to change my postpaid to prepaid service, I couldn't register a complaint anywhere. I couldn't get the location of airtel stores too, all I keep listening to is recordings.
