Facing problems with online recharge.Complained online but of no use,visited the customer centre where they kept shifting the liability on other executives. After 1 hr the response came that least they can do is lodge a complaint.@TRAI @airtelindia request you to look into this.

What a sorry state of @airtelindia .. lost ph yesterday .. went to their centre for replcing the SIM gave all the documents promptly at 6-30 pm. Told the activation wll b within 6 hrs.. now its 19 hrs running. SIM is still dead .. Pathetic service 😡😡

@Ravisutanjani Let Mr. Mittal suffer in his incompetence of @airtelindia broadband/tele network. If I was left to suffer with #Airtel , would still be using a 40 Mbps “broadband”. Glad that @reliancejio gives the option for 1 Gbps plans.
